The staff was amazing... I want to especially thank Konstantina from the reception and the hotel manager, who went above and beyond for us with every request. For example, when we realized we had mistakenly booked a room with two levels (stairs inside the room), and we have a small baby, they made an effort despite the hotel being busy and successfully moved us to a luxurious suite that enhanced our stay. Overall, every request or question we had was met by Konstantina with a smile and charm. Thank you so much to you and the hotel management! We will definitely recommend it warmly..."

I would be happy if it were a bit cleaner, and in my opinion, more investment could be made in the food products to ensure they are fresher and of higher quality

The food was great and so were the cocktails. It was nice to have a choice of watersports activities. The room was amazing and the beds very comfortable. You can get a discount entry of 10€ per person to the splash park next door.

The fact that we lost a meal because you check in after lunch and you check out before lunch. You cannot make use of your watersports hour on the day you check out because you have to check out and surrender your pass by 11am but the watersports start at 10am. The different activities taking place were organised by a french travel travel agency and you can't attend if you are not part of that but you are a hotel resident.

The location is super nice and calm. It was a really nice hotel, the food and stuff was really good 😊. Everyone was really friendly and the SUP was super nice. We enjoyed our stay there a lot.

It was end of season so the kids club was not available anymore, that was a pity, we choose the hotel that our daughter has also some activities. That should be actually mentioned before.

The hotel is nice and stylish, beach is small but mostly sandy, and there is big water park that guests can use for free one hour a day. There is also an outdoor gym and a beautiful garden. Rooms are furnished in a modern style with everything one may need during their seaside vacation.

There was a big variety of food every day but it wasn’t tasty most of it. We suppose it was prepared early in the day. Our room was cleaned every day but wasn’t clean enough - there was hair and sand left after the cleaning. Also, there weren’t any clothes drying racks so we had to put our swimsuits on the terrace chairs, which wasn’t comfortable at all. It’s the first seaside resort we visit without drying racks. And the thing that we didn’t like at all was the animation programme. No information about the daily activities, all the animation staff was speaking mostly in French and entertained the French guests. Being a four star hotel from a huge group of hotels we expected much more. Some better organisation and staff coordination.

The attentiveness of the staff was the highlight of this hotel. Everyone we met in all posts was eager to assist, smiling and showed genuine interest in guests. The maisonette was nicely renovated and with ample space for our group of 4. We enjoyed the water sports on the premises (though at extra cost). The dining options were decent, nothing spectacular but in every meal there were a few dishes that stood out. The cocktails were good (for all in standards)... The beach was clean and nice.

The hotel and grounds are a bit run down from the outside (though from the inside our room was renovated). In the beginning of August the resort felt a bit crowded (though service was quick and efficient). You need to reserve a sunbed quite early in the morning. It would be nice if bottled water was on offer as well as coffee made to order (and not from a machine). The kids' club was little more than a space with color markers and a/c...

Beautiful hotel, neat and modernistic decor. Very clean, daily towel change, and room cleaning service. The all-inclusive food, and drinks has a wide selection. The beach is clean and tidy, there are always sunbeds available. The staff, especially at the pool bar, are always helpful and smiling. I would definitely visit this hotel again!

Maybe the staff in the restaurant, some of them were disinterested and rude, but that doesn't change my opinion of all the other good things offered at the hotel.

Overall super friendly staff! Always with a smile. Clean hotel rooms. Also clean restaurant and outside garden! Uncomplicated reception, helped us with some booking problems. Parking is for free. Small waterpark next to the hotel. Usable kanu/kayak and on water sport activities.

Music which was played on the beach was horrible. Every day same old music, nothing new all day same playlist. Indoor bar/next to reception/lobby should have been open but it was not.

The staff were very friendly and ready to help, which made us welcome from the start. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The food was really tasty with a nice mix of Greek dishes and other options. We also liked the poolside bar—it was a great place to sit back with a drink and enjoy the surroundings. The sunrise on the beach was epic. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we will be back!

Amazing hotel. I would recommend this 100%. Everything was perfect. The hotel is right on the beach, the rooms were very modern and very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and everyone made sure We had a great Stay. The hotel has a good animation team, too bad some of them speak mostly french, but We still understood each other and We participated in most activities. The hotel has a volleyball Court right on the beach, waterslides on the property(10€ extra charge) and watersport activities available. We were surprized by the quality of the drinks that are included in the price. We will definately return to this hotel.
