When arriving we got an upgrade due to a bigger room being free. We were with three and had a two person room with extra bed. We did get a free upgrade to a family room. The breakfast was good! There were plenty of options to choose from and everything looked fresh! 10-15 minutes drive and you are in the middle of Chalkis The employees were really friendly The pool was large and well cleaned, we really enjoyed our time near the pool The views on the shared balcony were very nice! There are plenty of parking places!

The room was smelling a bit stale, like it was not used in a time. We made sure to let the water run for a time before using the shower. The drinks at the pool were quite expensive. For example a large beer was €5 and when we were in the centre of Chalkis we paid €3. The prices were equal to a expensive beach club. I understand that you have a bit higher price due to the bar being at the pool and closeby the beach, but it was a bit too much in our opinion.

We were pleasantly surprised that the location of the hotel was right on the beach! In proximity to the hotel and the shore, there are five taverns. Also, the location of the hotel allows easy travel to all the nearby places, like Chalkida and Evia. Special thanks to Stavrula and Georgia, the reception staff! They were very friendly and helpful, and could answer every question we asked!

The hotel was great with a view of the pool and the sea! The whole area was cozy with a few tavernas and lots of people but still quiet. Takes only 10 minutes with a car to Chalkis center if you want more life, shops and restaurants. Chalkis center is very nice! The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful and very helpful with everything. The rooms were very clean and practical! Can highly recommend this hotel!

Absolutely loved our stay at Almira Mare! The location is perfect, right by the sea! The rooms are modern, comfortable, and well-equipped. The hotel’s restaurant offers great food, and the service was excellent. We had an unforgettable experience and will definitely visit again!

We had an amazing time at Almiramare Hotel! The kids loved the two small pools and the playground area. The adults enjoyed the main pool and the superb selection of grilled meats and fresh fish. The hotel's location right by the beach makes it easy to go for a swim or a stroll at sunset. A fantastic place for families!

The hotel was fantastic and everything it says it is. The hotel has it's own restaurant which it doesn't state but should do as it is utterly fantastic. The seafood is amazing! The manager/Owner was lovely and it appeared to be a proper family run place.

The breakfast was always cold and needed more of a plate warmer to keep the food warm.
