Great resort, well managed and kept. They know and understand their customers. The biggest advantage is that even when hotel is fully booked you have enough room everywhere - sun beds, restaurant places etc. Situated right on a sandy private hotel beach with easy access. Rooms are great - good king beds, nice bathrooms. Food is good both in variaty and quality with wine card. Most of staff is fantastic, motivated and friendly, love their job and attached to customers who return for years. Tennis court and football field is kept spotless - used every day. Great sucess story - thank you for a great time!

Nothing to inform

The location was very good and all the facilities were clean and well organised. The staff was eager and friendly. The room was spacious and corresponded to the photos. The whole area echoed calmness and family vibes. The food was very good (dinner and breakfast) with numerous options in the buffet. We visited for a weekend to celebrate our anniversary and will definitely return every July for the same reason. I liked the environmentally friendly approach of the hotel as well (solar panels, reminders about reusing/waste). An extra pro the proximity of the pool and the beach; you could actually switch between the two.

Negroponte claims to be 5 star. I disagree. Not in terms of facilities ( old fashioned wall mounted hairdryer in bathroom, shower in the bath, (a real no no for me), minimal towel allocation, no tea/coffee facilities in room, beach towels being handed out at reception) HOWEVER, the staff at the hotel, from Eddie at reception, to staff at the restaurant (Gregoris, Zoe, Eva, Niko (at bar), reception ladies, and more) were 6 star. They could not do enough. Friendly, capable and happy! The beach was lovely, and the Greek dancers so much fun.

I think the food could be better curated to emphasise the beauty and variety of Greek cuisine, and maybe more fresh offerings... The beach towels looked really old, needed some sprucing up.

The staff were incredible from start to finish in all departments. The rooms were clean and we enjoyed the food at the pool and the service at the beach with fresh healthy fruits. Except for one day all other days there were plenty of spaces by the beach and pool. Lots of parking spaces and we plan to visit again. The sea is great for swimming with easy access and near the pool, make sure to bring goggles as the sea water is very salty.

Breakfast finished at 10. As a late riser on holiday I prefer 10.30 but the staff were flexible and accommodated us.

This is a hotel which was obviously built to be a 4 or 5* hotel. The materials used are first quality, marble, wood: everything was made with care and an eye for detail. Comfortable beds, large room, marble bathroom and I was given a room with a lovely balcony and view. The girls at the reception were absolutely adorable and helpful

Although meticulously upkept, the hotel is slightly outdated, but I don't think it's really a negative point. What is, though, is the surly waiters, and as for the food...better avoid it altogether.

An outdated bathroom

Better than we expected, cozy, all facilities close, beautiful beach, salt water pool, always available sun beds and umbrellas even though hotel was full. Shaded parking. Free water and reasonably priced drinks. Very nice staff, always helpful, smiling, and available.

Buffet dinner was good quality but could have used a couple more main course and desert choices.

The breakfast was wonderful, it had everything you would ask for! The room was clean and quite. They let us check out at 1pm. Receptionists were friendly. At nights they have live music.

Personnel wasn't enough for all the guests and you would wait a lot before you could order at the beach or pool. Big disappointment the sauna, as it was closed as well as the indoor pool. The guy in pool was rude and unfair. He let people leave their towels on the sunbeds before breakfast to reserve them, when the pool was closed and therefore when the pool was opened we couldn't find available sunbeds! And when I exposed him he told me I was right! Awful experience with that guy. Overall hotel doesnt meet the expectations of a five star facility.

very nice hotel situated in front of a private beach with sunbeds.Very big swimming pool and pool for children also.The hotel is very well maintained,the rooms are spacious,clean and very comfortable,we had nice balcony with pool and sea view.Nice restaurant with balcony overlloking the sea,nice pool bar also with lot of choices for food and drinks.Huge free parking just next to the hotel.wifi was good,staff very kind and helpful giving suggestions about the area.Overall a great choice.

Nothing to dislike.

Roomy, Clean, Convenient. The lobby and the pool were excellent. The breakfast was nice and full of choices. The balcony for breakfast was excellent, too. There were more nice places where you could sit, drink something etc. Saturday morning a very nice lady was playing piano live. This was a remarkable touch. 2 "Blink" electrical outlets for electric vehicles are available. The beach is very convenient and nice. I enjoyed all the services during my stay there.

Although the room is in good condition, with good furniture, it looked old-fashioned. I have to mention this in order to be objective; however, this is not enough drawback to prevent me from recommending this hotel.
