The hotel estate is very big and spacious - lots of greenery, a huge amazing pool with loads of sunloubgersl, plenty of bars and a big eating area. Everything was modern and clean. It is in a quiet and calm area. The rooms are also very good - they are all mini bungalows that are very spacious with a good-sized bathroom, high ceilings and large balconies. The hotel facilities were great. There was good food and plenty of options at the buffet restaurant for breakfeast and dinner, and loads of indoor and outdoor tables, nice bars at the pool and beach. The pool itself includes a 25m length pool over 2m deep for laps as well as plenty of more shallow parts. It had a bar in the middle and loads of space. The beach was also good, albeit not right at the hotel (you need to walk for 5 mins or get a golf buggy). The spa was lovely - good indoor pool and sauna and the staff were great - booked a facial with Martina and it was amazing. All of the staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly and all speak English and French.

The pool is amazing—very big. There are a lot of activities with the club. We also had a little pool in our bedroom; it was so great, we could swim at night. The staff was very nice, spoke French and English, and they were very reactive to our demands and did everything to ensure we had a great holiday.

We didn't like the food at the buffet; there were not a lot of choices. On the weekend, the food is great (tastier and more choice). However, the morning buffet is always the same, so we didn't appreciate it a lot. The money is not worth an all-inclusive. The beach bar is great, but unfortunately, the beach was very bad when we went.

The kids pool was good. Food amazing and different every day. The majority of the visitors were French and the general ambiance was great. Every night there was something else organised. The landscaping was great all over the hotel. All in all a good experience. Ideal for little kids.

Kid's club was not something special, the respective French one was really good. Private beach is not great. All inclusive drinks and coffee are not of great quality as they come from machine and tap. Some of the staff sounded overwelmed. The cleaning process needs review, team was understaffed, and usually late in the afternoon or not at all(1 day)

The property is quiet and well organized. Very beautiful gardens and flowers and excellent pool setting with lots of space for everyone. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was excellent and very very clean! Last but very important the whole area is well guarded and access is through a controlled gate. Not that the area is not safe but i consider this a big plus.

I wanted to use the Spa but because it was the first days of opening the Sauna and Hammam were not operational plus the inside pool was quite too cold. Would have been nice to have this insight in advance as the use of the spa was important for my selection of residence.

There wasn't a big selection of food, but it was enough for me. The salads were very tasty. Also the vegetables and fruits were fresh and very tasty. I liked the swimming pool very much. The hotel is very nice, everywhere was clean. We had a room with a pool, which was very comfortable. I recommend an antistress massage in the SPA and chocolate or strawberry masage for children.

Coffee was included in the price only from the machine, which was not good at all. Espresso cost 3 euros at the bar. The gym was very small, the mats had already lived their life after life, they were very ruined. There was no treadmill and there is no place to run around if you don't want to run around the rooms. The hotel store was very poorly stocked in case you forgot something.

The spa area, which had an inside pool, massage,an indoor gym and a sauna was excellent and the spa service was really friendly and hospitable. It had a really nice variety of sport facilities and activities for kids. Also the food was really good as it had many choices for demanding customers and many different flavors . All in all, it was a really nice expierience and i would definetly recommend it for families.

When we got there we had to wait for more than 20 minutes after the check in for the transportation to the room which was suggested by the receptionist and finally we reached the room by our own. What i want to say is that the receptionists were not organised and not able to put in order the transportations of the customers in the rooms and finally they just forgot about our transportation.

The food in general was superb. Lots of variety and great tasting. Good for kids options too. The pool area was great and had something for everyone. Kids area and more adults area, and lots of space not overcrowded. Our spa experience was fantastic too. The kids club was very good. and kids disco every evening was fun.

The room was a little basic, but clean and had all our needs.

Facilities: pool was exciting for adults and children Food was very good with a great variety of all taste and even if you go 10' before closing you found everything Exceptional personnel - service orientated with a smile and kindness , always there to assist. Finally the "kids club" was very good , my son fully leveraged it !!!! Focus can be given to external playground . SPA is excellent... massage was the best I had for many years - even for kids ( chocolate and strawberry)

My room was located near tο drains and the smell was horrible- especially at night I could not open the window. Twice the same "curtain rods" fell almost in my head. Accidents happen but when fixed , all the maintenance dust was not cleaned from room and even my luggage was dusted. The beach I visited once and I did not like it much ,additionally you have to cross the national road to go , not really safe with children. Pools are excellent so spent the days there. This can be considered for future: As a Greek i would have appreciated to have more entertainment in Greek ,as everything was organized in French which we could not follow ( even proposed to do so by animateurs).

The private pool of the room was semi-private as we could be seen from our neighboors next door and upstairs, fact that didn’t allow us to relax as we wished. Also the beach is a bit far away.
