The location is great in regards beach access. The city itself is 10min walking distance but with two kids (5 y.o. And 2y.o.) is manageable. The spirit that this place has is gorgeous-authentic and very cozy-view, outdoor place, olive trees. Every room has a wow view. Yes, like many comments the breakfast is all the same( for our 5 days stay) but has everything needed, its fresh and has different opportunities-salty and sweet, I would say enough for different styles -from egg lovers to healthy oat makers. The pizza they do outside breakfast is phenomenal-homemade and very tasty!! And very important was that the only beach bar/store is actually the hotel’s one. Great value for the money!

Mosquito nets (they offer machines and tablets, still can be added) and some amenities soon need to be renovated. Can add more fresh fruits as people expect this in Greece as big producer.

Had a great stay at Maistrali Beach Studios. Our hotel room was spacious, tidy, and had a calming sea view. Enjoyed the quietness of its beachfront location. The sandy beach had free sunbeds and wasn’t too busy in late September. The beachside breakfast area was very nice. There are also some cosy tavernas within walking distance. Worth the visit.

The hotel is located in a small village Gerakini, right on the beach. The beach is sandy and quiet. The hotel provides sunbeds and umbrellas. The studios are not big but there is everything you need. There is one thing you should bear in mind: some studios - on the first floor - have been renovated and they look very nice. The studios on the ground floor haven't. On arrival we got studio number 13 and it wasn't a good sign. The room was very dated, gloomy,etc. So, we came to the owner and ask her if there was an opportunity to get a better room. Konstantia was very helpful and gave us another studio, on the first floor. The difference in price was 5 euros per day but it was worth it. There are nice restaurants nearby

Breakfast is Ok, but every day all the same, no fruit or vegetables. The shower is tiny.

I would say that Maistrali was great value for our money. The complex has an unexpected great surprise - the beach nearby. Initially I did not plan going to the beach where the hotel was located, because there are more famous ones 30 min away. This changed when we went for a quick swim at the evening. It is as if the hotel has a private beach. The water is very calm and even though it seems rocky, this is only at the beginning (the beach converts into a sand one after 15-20m + it is not deep). Additionally, the entire complex is clean, it has sun beds, nice gardens for rest and there is parking space available (the good ones are taken if you move the car in the morning and come back in the evening) The room was renovated and it served its purpose. I have to say that we were situated in a ground-floor studio, in the older building and although there were some uncomfortable aspects (the room is not big), the space was used optimally (hedge wardrobe, where all of our bags and clothes fitted). Also, the room has a small kitchenette with a great refrigerator. If you bring an air-fryer with you it would be completely enough to have an adequate lunches and dinners. The bathroom was ok - it served its purpose.

On the ground-floor studios in the older building there are 2 annoying small windows - one was in the bathroom and it was not closing well + one just above the bed and sometimes there was light coming from the other side. I would suggest a slight change in the breakfast menu. It was ok (we did not skip breakfast even once), but it was the same every morning and I would imagine that for some people that would be a deal breaker. Nothing else. Again - Great value for your money

The view from the room and that the hotel provided sunbeds and sun umbrella free of charge. The grill section is well equipped and ofeers dinner with a sea view. We always managed to get good parking. If you are bad at driving in reverse, you will get pretty much nervous for getting out of the parking and driving in reverse uphill

The choice of salami and cheese for breakfast. In Greece, you expect at least the local cheese FETA and greek yoghurt (the second one you get if you ask for it. If you don't speak english or you don't read the fine print on the cupboard, you won't get it. There was just yellow cheese and no white cheese what so ever. The choice of salamy was vary bad. They served the cheapest ones. This is not a dealbreaker for me, but for someone, it might be

The staff was very-very kind. They made sure every need was met and we got a lot of on-the-house things (from water to medicine and beach chairs). The location is between Kassandra and Sithonia, which is very accesibile for all good beaches, on both sides. On top of this, we were welcomed together with our little doggo, Lolita, and met little, cute Yoko (owners doggo). From our balcony, we had an amazing view (towards Kassandra), and, based on what we saw, most of the apartments have the same. All in all, it was a blast - Recommended, for sure.

The studio was stylish and clean with a very big balcony. It had an equipped kitchen and nice looking bathroom. The view from the room was excellent. The breakfast which was included was perfect, served at a good location. The place is just 50 meters next to the beach and it provides sleep beds and umbrellas for free.

Very nice place, the garden is very nice, there are sunbeds almost everywhere where you can enjoy the shades from the olive trees, the apartment was clean, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was fine, all in all this place is excellent value for money.

I could hear almost everything from our neighbours, i had the feeling like we are in the same apartment, they could also hear us i presume, the bed was a bit squicky but that is not that big of a deal, i would point out only that i got the feeling that the sound isolation is almost non-existent, apart from that i have no complaints

Perfect location, right on a private beach. Staff, the most kind staff ever! Room overlooking the sea, equipped with a kitchenette but also taken care of by cleaning ladies, which you don't get at any other private accommodation. Worth every penny!.

The only minor issue was the internet connection which was pretty poor in the rooms, but knowing how the hosts take care of everything I'm sure they'll take care of this as well.

Maistralis is an excellent place to stay for a weekend. I recommend it for couples. The staff is nice, they offered us a welcome coffee free of charge and they are lovely with pets(dog). There is plenty of space for your dog to run around the complex and the beach. The property is 1 min from the beach and they have free sunbeds. The beach was almost empty so we had a feeling like its a private just for us🤪. Amazing view from the Standard Studio, room was clean, parking was free, breakfast with a sea view, everything was fine. The city is quiet so I think this is for people who want this kind of places.

Poor wifi connection, but if you are with the right person you don’t need it! 😁
