The location is great in regards beach access. The city itself is 10min walking distance but with two kids (5 y.o. And 2y.o.) is manageable. The spirit that this place has is gorgeous-authentic and very cozy-view, outdoor place, olive trees. Every room has a wow view. Yes, like many comments the breakfast is all the same( for our 5 days stay) but has everything needed, its fresh and has different opportunities-salty and sweet, I would say enough for different styles -from egg lovers to healthy oat makers. The pizza they do outside breakfast is phenomenal-homemade and very tasty!! And very important was that the only beach bar/store is actually the hotel’s one. Great value for the money!

Mosquito nets (they offer machines and tablets, still can be added) and some amenities soon need to be renovated. Can add more fresh fruits as people expect this in Greece as big producer.

Deck chairs and umbrella provided on the beach and deck chairs in the yard. Yard filled with olive trees. Resting on a suspended deckchair attached to an olive tree, while listening to the waves is real relaxation. Internet is excellent everywhere in the facility and equally good on the beach. We heard that in previous years the internet was slower, but the owners invested a lot of money to cover the entire complex with a wi-fi signal. Your pet will enjoy it too, if you take it with you. The hotel is really pet friendly for dogs, regardless of the size of the dog.

Everything was perfect. The sea grass on the beach in front of the hotel annoyed me a little, but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself. If you move a little to the side, everything is OK.

The owner was very friendly. Studio was sparkly clean and was cleaned every day during our stay, with changing sheets, towels, etc. The view from the balconies and especially from the pizza bar terrace was breathtaking. Every little detail in the garden was beautiful and well-rounded. The accommodation is pet friendly which is also grat. Wi-fi is free and very good all over the premises, even on the beach.

It would be great if the kitchenette was equipped with some small appliances, such as tea kettler, a small toaster for bread, vegetables peeler and stuff.

We stayed at this hotel in Halkidiki for 3 days and had a wonderful experience. The room was very clean and well-equipped with all the daily essentials you might need. The hotel is right by the sea, and you can enjoy free access to showers, hammocks, sunbeds, and umbrellas. There is also a nice bar/café, and the overall atmosphere is very peaceful. Our room had a spacious balcony with a stunning full sea view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The owner is incredibly friendly and truly hospitable, making you feel very welcome. We would definitely stay here again!

The place is very nice for a holiday. It is right at the beach, but you can relax in the garden (or your balcony) as well. The reception has a restaurant as well where you can get coffee, beers and so on. It's easy to park here and it's dog friendly (there were multiple people with dogs during our stay). The room and beds are comfortable and the staff is very friendly. We had some issues with our car battery, so our host helped us with jumping cables to get us ready again for the road. We stayed in one of the garden rooms, which had a nice area to sit and eat outside, in front of the room.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at this hotel. Honestly, we did not expect to find such beachfront accommodation at such an extremely good price in high season. We parked in the hotel's car park and were happy to find that the hotel has a very nice, clean, beach where you can borrow a sun lounger and umbrella for free. The room was very nice and modernly furnished — excellent value for money. We were so delighted that we would have liked to stay a few more days, but they informed us that everything was fully booked during the summer period. I cannot believe how cheap it was in July and how nice everything was. We had a great time at this hotel. I highly recommend staying here!

Everything was nice, garden is equipped with sunbeds and the beach is right in front, furniture in the room was new and comfy. There was enough parking space.

The room cleaning felt a bit rushed and not very detailed, and when we first come we noticed a musty smell, likely due to moisture from being on the ground floor. If you are allergic to cats don’t book ground floor room, they sit right next to the door.

Had a great stay at Maistrali Beach Studios. Our hotel room was spacious, tidy, and had a calming sea view. Enjoyed the quietness of its beachfront location. The sandy beach had free sunbeds and wasn’t too busy in late September. The beachside breakfast area was very nice. There are also some cosy tavernas within walking distance. Worth the visit.

It was a bit noisy in the morning because of other guests with children that would wake up early to go to the beach, when we would wanted to spend more time sleeping and there was one morning when someone mowened the lawn and another time that we were called (again, in the morning), to move the car so the garbage truck would fit into the property. But I guess these are singular events that might happen.

I would say that Maistrali was great value for our money. The complex has an unexpected great surprise - the beach nearby. Initially I did not plan going to the beach where the hotel was located, because there are more famous ones 30 min away. This changed when we went for a quick swim at the evening. It is as if the hotel has a private beach. The water is very calm and even though it seems rocky, this is only at the beginning (the beach converts into a sand one after 15-20m + it is not deep). Additionally, the entire complex is clean, it has sun beds, nice gardens for rest and there is parking space available (the good ones are taken if you move the car in the morning and come back in the evening) The room was renovated and it served its purpose. I have to say that we were situated in a ground-floor studio, in the older building and although there were some uncomfortable aspects (the room is not big), the space was used optimally (hedge wardrobe, where all of our bags and clothes fitted). Also, the room has a small kitchenette with a great refrigerator. If you bring an air-fryer with you it would be completely enough to have an adequate lunches and dinners. The bathroom was ok - it served its purpose.

On the ground-floor studios in the older building there are 2 annoying small windows - one was in the bathroom and it was not closing well + one just above the bed and sometimes there was light coming from the other side. I would suggest a slight change in the breakfast menu. It was ok (we did not skip breakfast even once), but it was the same every morning and I would imagine that for some people that would be a deal breaker. Nothing else. Again - Great value for your money
