Room was clean and cleaned every day. Close to the beach (max 5 min). Close to tavernas (3-4 at max 15 min of walking) Big parking lots with shadow for some of them Comfy bed Nice terrace Hotel was quite new and had a nice courtyard with green grass

In the bathroom, sometimes water from the sink would flow on the floor to the floor drainage and would make the floor wet. (Maybe the owner will fix this) The immediate neighbourhood is not in the nicest shape (eg: some unfinished buildings), some empty plot of land with weeds (which were mostly cut to be fair)

The staff was really nice. The property is small and it has only a few rooms which means it was really quiet. The room with the private garden is nice to have for taking breakfast or dinner outside with family. We had cleaning services everyday, witch is really much appreciated. The hotel also smells amazing.

There aren't any activities at the property like a pool or sports. Another things we did not enjoy that much is the location itself and by that I mean the city. There were many hotels but most of them were closed, the beach looked like it was a really beautiful place and taken care of, many years ago. Now it looks like most of the people abandoned the city. Even if the hotel is really close to the beach and the city center it feels like in the middle of nowhere. The city didn't feel like a place for tourists. This is not the hotels fault of course but seems like an important thing to know when planning future trips.

We recently stayed at this wonderful property for 10 days and had an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, Anthony went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He was incredibly responsive and accommodating, handling all of our requests promptly and efficiently. Overall, our stay exceeded our expectations thanks to Anthony's dedication and hospitality. We highly recommend this property and would love to return in the future!

Great location, 250-300 m from the beach. Daily cleaning in the bathroom & floors. Once 2 days change of linen & towels. Great patio space for the studio with private garden. Private parking in front / back of the location. Electric controlled shades. Complementaries on the house upon our departure. Friendly owner & employees. We had a wonderful stay, if we will return to Gerakini definitely we will come back at this location.

It was in a quiet neighbourhood but close to the beach. Extremely clean, the rooms were cleaned everyday excellent. The staff is very helpful and the communication is very easy. Nearby there is a bakery with excellent coffee.

The extra bed in our room was not so comfortable but I got used to it in a couple of nights.

We prefer check out 12 pm in order to be able to fully utilize our vacation day before our trip back to home. I missed checking the check out time this year in our reservation, in 2023 it was 12 pm, in 2024 it was changed to 11 am, I missed that detail. thanks for your patience and understanding of our delay with checking out. Easily the best quality of fit and finish in any room I've every come across in Greece. Amazing care in the details. Everything worked and no lose electrical fittings or handles or locks as is often the case. Highest quality materials. Friendly reception desk Good quality daily cleaning. Good value. Good location Space in the room (maisonette)

No pool or breakfast.

Great apartments, spacious and clean. Hosts are welcoming and they were very nice to all of us. Apartments are cleaned everyday and they have everything you could need for a comfortable stay. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants calm and comfortable holidays.

Great studios, very comfortable, well maintained, walking distance from the beach and restaurants, right next to a bakery for breakfast. They clean them daily and change the towels every few days. The owners are very friendly.
