Great and well maintained facilities. Nice room, great gym, very nice beach and pool areas. very good (on buffet level) food variety and quality. friendly and professional staff at reception and a la carte restaurant.

A massive weak point is buffet restaurant operations and staff. 1. staff is not trained, all apprentices with absolute zero service orientation and commercial excellence. slow, not attentive and completely disorganized... zero attention to details and what things have to come first... it was almost comical to observe how they operated. also i wondered why there was no manager on duty to oversee operations and guide them. really bad. 2. no glasses but paper cups for water... reminded me of mc donnalds and not a 5*facility 3. invest into decent coffee machines for coffee products in the morning.

Excellent room, service, pools, private beach, restaurant, clean.

In such a high level hotel i would expect for barista coffee service for breakfast and not the simple machine with powder milk

We had a lovely family holiday in this hotel, so we even extended our stay in the hotel for a few more days. The personnel was very friendly and helpful, the food in the main restaurant had great variety and was very tasty, on top of this they have a children's menu and free lunch for the children, included in the price, which was very convenient for our small son, the room service was done every day, the hotel has few swimming pools including children's swimming pool and the one with salty water next to the sea, big children play area with many animators who can take care for your child, what is very convenient for family holidays, all this together with nice sunny weather and clear sea made our holidays unforgettable!!! We would love to stay in the Pomegranate Wellness Spa Hotel on our future visit to Greece.

Shower cabins without trays make the water flow all around so you have to use many towels to stop it, not very convenient, a small barrier would solve this issue, and would save a lot of effort to wash dirty towels which were used to stop water from flowing around.

What an awesome experience! I am very satisfied with everything that the hotel had to offer - starting from the unbeliveable customer service, the friendliness of the staff, the wonderfully crafted out entertainment-themed evenings all the way to the astonishing infinity pool. Will definitely come again!

The only downside that I can think of is the fact that the area with sunbeds around the infinity pool should be better planned out - a lot of the guests just left their towels at the sunbed and 'reserved' them, even though it should be against the rules. But even this is not something that is up to the hotel, but rather to the common sense of the guests.

-Perfect location - 40 min. from airport and close to all the nearby area and main road. -Staff is so kind and helpful -Special thanks to guest relationship lady, who changed our room: our first room was so noisy because of the neighbours next door, the next day, they change our room to a corner which was quite and big enough. -Beautiful garden, 2 pools and sea and beach -they clean the rooms everyday and change the towels 2 times/day. -special thanks to Lia, sports instructor she was so engaging and kind -Very good breakfast with lots of options for everyone -A very good restaurant called myrtales, the food was so delicious and service was very good. -kids club area -water fountain show -evening music was so nice

-our first room was very noisy because of the next door neighbours, and the bathroom was very small. however, they changed it the next day to a corner room which was quiet and big enough. -the bathroom drain was not performing well, it needs to be checked.

We liked a lot facilities, beach and pools. Kids club staff is great and our kid enjoyed it a lot(somedays preferred to be there and not at beach with us). Food was great, we took breakfast & dinner variant and it surprised us with tasty and fresh fruits. A lot of choice in buffet and dishes(different kinds of fish and meat). Our always found what to eat. Deserts at dinner were various. Almost every evening there is some show going on, so you wont get bored. Fountains show is one of the best we've seen. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was great and very responsive to any request.

I see 2 downsides of choosing this place. First, you must understand that without car it will be hard to get somewhere else, so either you rent one or use taxi/hotel transfer. Second point is that lunch is not included(and there is no such option), so you either pay to pricy restaurant at the hotel or order some pizza/sandwiches or other food from room service(with prices still high compared to what you can get in nearest village). Overall everything you buy at the hotel will be with some extra compared to Greece prices.

The seaside, the food - breakfast and dinner- outstanding.

The bed wasn’t a 5 star bed

I have never been in such beautiful resort : rooms are great . Breakfast is un believible .The pools and gardens make you feel calm. You forget all your troubles when you seat next to the pool reading your book . And above all is the spa :see the photos ? It is more than that . Beutiful ,peacful,and very nice stuff. All my questions were answered very nicely . We were with little children : they enjoyed the kids club . Although they dont speak english the guides did everything needed to make them particapted . We all enjoy the evening shows. I hope we will come back again . It is a great place for families

The hotel is nice and right next to a lovely beach. The waters were clean, but a bit wavy on some days. A la carte restaurant was really good value for money, however, menu didn't change. Kids liked the kids club. Breakfast was nice- something for everyone

Small beach cabanas are not very comfortable and do not offer much shade Beach service was really slow. After dinner entertainment was a bit lacking. (it was on just on couple of the nights) You had to que for coffee at breakfast. No host to show you to the table. Very few tables outside - we were unable to find a space .

Great breakfast and dinner buffet very large selection. Beach is good. If you swim from the pier out to sea you can step on a sand bar after about 50 meters that allows you keep your head above the water. Great fitness and spa facilities- high standard and many things. Good large outdoor pools , one salt and one fresh. Pomegranate juice on arrival was a dopamine rush.

Not too much, not enough to reduce its rating. Noise travelled easily from room upstairs possibly caused by poor construction or architecture. Water running easily out of the bathroom shower ,again a design fault , the camber leans out so not such an easy fix. Quality of the drinks at the bar / beach was too low for this hotel. Low quality ingredients rather than poor preparation. When you pay this much for the hotel stay we are not going to complain to pay for good quality drinks
