Garden view overlooked a car park so best to check or ask for a change on arrival. Reception were very helpful.

Very good hotel, spacious rooms, very helpful staff, nice presentation and choice of food, architectural set-up, direct access to beach- including lounge seats, not crowded feeling despite fully booked, top housekeeping, maintained and clean.

Minor remarks: Organisation of drinks during meals. (Staff is too busy with cleaning up tables and not seeing new arrivals). Parking doesn't provide any shade for cars. Not affecting us, but as info for families with small kids: Mini club asks for attendance of parents for kids under age of 4.

All inclusive is satisfactory with lots of food and drink options. Rooms are neat and clean, except for a couple of lights everything is functioning.

It's about to be 10 days since we're here. Overall is quite satisfying. I'm giving 4 starts because the value for money is not as expected. Pools are not maintained properly and regularly, it can be seen from the pool wall water mark residues. There are metallic structure that are corroded and exposed on the pool edges. Lastly the lack of entertainment and animations. Since we are here 4 girls are trying to cover all the activities from Early morning till midnight including kids club and water sports. It seems that a lot is being tried to be covered with a small team. This hotel wouldn't be my first choice next year. (We are a Family of four that paid around 500€ per day)

The staff were kind, welcoming, professional. My teens liked the karaoke, the table tennis and the jacuzzi very much and we all liked the beach with only one line of umbrellas. So nobody was smoking behind or in front of us and we were right next to the water, which was clean and transparent. We also saw some very small fish. They brought us free cups full of fruit salad on the beach - sweet, refreshing and tasty. Very polite and smiling. The beach has perfectly fine sand and a line with small round pebbles. But they are not so rough, so people went bare-feet on them. I would say that it is healthy to walk on such pebbles to massage your feet and other five star hotels have such paths in their spa zones, but artificial ones. It is the perfect place for our family and everybody was pleased.

We liked everything and we are planning our time to come again.

I have been here with my family for a week on all inclusive. We were delighted by the food. It was honestly good quality fresh food. We also had an amazing time thanks to Maya, Sara & the entertainment team. The hotel beach is also quite nice and clean. The staff are on the whole very friendly. Special thanks goes to our server Maria on the a la carte who made our lunch one fit for kings and queens.

The only thing which is not great is wifi. It gets disconnected frequently.

Nice location, clean, with a decent restaurant.

Beach is practically non- existing. There is a terrace that has been transformed into an artificial beach with sun beds and umbrellas. Food at the restaurant is decent, but definitely not five stars. But the personnel is amazing and very helpful. No elevators for higher floors, so people with mobility problems should take this into consideration. All and all one of the best hotels in the area, but the beach and sea is not.

Staff, location, room view and space, hotel facilities and quietness at night despite that the hotel accommodates families and children. Many options day time relaxation nearby pools and the beach. Very clean facilities and environment. Overall hotel aesthetics, garden, lightning were on point and very pleasant. Very beautiful sunset views.

Some dishes are very much from the greek cuisine. Seafood and Italian and/or international cuisine can be better integrated and improved to include more variety. The “theatre” stage for entertainment/animation can be better built to look more advanced, professional + more interesting for the eye and for the children. The hotel beach is nice, clean and pleasant, but it would benefit from a nearby “beach bar” - you have to do a bit of walk upstairs to the main pool bar to get food, ice cream or snacks…

All staff were friendly. Beautiful beach. Nice and fresh food with many choices of dishes. The whole estate is like a garden with well-tended trees and flowers. We are satisfied with everything.

It was extremely hot and the air conditioning in the restaurant was not very good, especially at the dinner time.

Very polite staff starting from the reception all the way to the waiters and cleaning ladies. Lots of smiles and calm atmosphere 😌 The food is mediterranean inspired very tasty, great choice and varieties of vegetables and protein.

Basically we were satisfied with everything and everyone, maybe some minor upgrades in the rooms would make this place even more attractive.

Everything deserves 5 stars. The food is great, rooms are good, the whole service is great. For a family vacation it is the best. They should only work on the instagram site becouse it doesent look on the pictures as good as it is in person.
