If you want romance, luxury, history, grandeur and “filoxenia”, this is the place for you. I recently travelled with my husband,15 and 13 year old daughters coming from Australia and recently completed London, Paris, Venice, Florence and Kefalonia. I booked this accomodation to be close to my husbands relatives and didn’t put too much thought into it. Wow. Just wow. Firstly we arrived late and were immediately greeted by Yianni the owner. He didn’t want to bother us with the check in procedures as it was late and advised we could do it in the morning. As he was escorting us to our room he explained the history of the property. Passion and privileged detail were not forgotten. I was blown away by a young person having such dedication, enthusiasm and respect for a property. His grandmother planted all the Olive trees which are now over 65 years old. The landscaping and plants which are mostly herbs are used for the culinary experience you will taste in your meals and also provide protection from the mosquitoes and flys. When morning arrived and we went throughout our stay we started meeting the staff. It’s as if all of them were handpicked to match the property. Love, dedication and endless smiles. Even the Domestic care taker (cleaner but hate that word) spoke to me like I knew her over 100 years. Secondly, the property. Yianni’s father was the architect behind it and designed it to not interfere with the established olive trees. The lofts are spacious with kitchenettes, plentiful air conditioning units, TV, privacy, option to have breakfast delivered to your balcony, a bar, a pool and endless hospitality. I am sure I have missed so much as we were only there 3 nights. That was my biggest mistake. Not staying longer. I could go on and on about how this was my absolute favourite place to unwind and relax that I have EVER stayed at but you need to do yourself a favour and experience this for yourself.

Giannis went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and I can only take my hat off to him for his remarkable hospitality. Beyond the excellent service, I particularly treasure a memorable conversation we shared — one that allowed us to explore topics of philosophy and life with openness and depth. Such exchanges are rare, and I deeply value the sincerity and warmth with which it unfolded. Thank you, Giannis! Particular highlights of our stay: - Enjoying our meals on the private terrace of the building where we stayed. - The convenience of being able to order at any time during the day, in a room-service style. - Excellent air conditioning — powerful enough to handle the high summer heat, yet perfectly positioned so we could sleep with it on without feeling a direct cold draft. - Giannis’s spot-on beach recommendations, which saved us the trouble of searching for great places ourselves. - Secure on-site parking, giving us complete peace of mind about our car. Go with an open heart, ready to enjoy yourself. Don’t seek perfection — instead, embrace the holiday vibe and allow yourself to truly unwind. Here, we had the most peaceful and restful nights we’ve experienced in years. We will most certainly try to return more often in the years to come.

We had an exceptional stay! The apartment was spacious, fully equipped, had a very comfortable bed and thoughtful touches like mosquito nets for all windows. The whole place has a modern, natural vibe, with beautiful plants in the whole area. During the day, it’s perfect for relaxing by the pool: comfortable loungers, poolside service, and towels are provided. The view from the apartment over the pool, the property, and to the sea is more than beautiful and we enjoyed wonderful sunsets. The food was amazing, the a la carte breakfast had delicious options and sizes were perfect. The kitchen is open until 9pm, and meals can be served either at the apartment (terrace) or in the lovely restaurant area with views of the pool, town, and the sea. Giannis and his team were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed (e.g. oat milk for the cappuccino :)). Giannis also organized a taxi to the airport for us and offered help with anything else we might need - however, we were already perfectly happy. We will definitely come again and are already looking forward to it!

The walk to the beach and town is along the main road and not particularly scenic. But it is very close and easy to reach.

The breakfast was great and the idea with the google forms was so useful. The pool is really clean and big and you can see the sea from it,and in the evening there is a beautiful sunset. The room is clean modern and spacious and the garden is beautifully maintained.

The menu from the restaurant didn’t have so many options and we had expected to find more traditional greek dishes, but the food we tried was delicious.

A beautiful place, clean and well-maintained, from the rooms to the lawns and the pool. The staff is attentive and responds to every request with kindness! Special thanks to Yannis, the manager, who did everything to make sure we were happy! The breakfast is delicious and indulgent, served right to the room’s balcony overlooking the sea and the pool. In short, a delightful place. Highly recommended! YANIS is the best! ;)

Everything was perfect! 10/10

Fantastic place! A gem inside Flogita, having its own ecosystem, small garden, sensational pool, a very tasty restaurant&bar and some of the very best people you can find. The room itself is on two levels, having the kitchen and living room downstairs and the bedroom upstairs. It was sparkling clean, the lady that takes care of cleaning is very friendly and nice. The terrace is great, having shade and offering great views over the pool, city and sea on the horizon. The pool is very clean and well maintained, having a good size overall. The restaurant&bar was surprisingly good, having both meals and snacks, but also cocktails, coffees and refreshments. The breakfast is by far the greatest one I've ever had, having plenty of options to choose from, and being more of a two course meal, with a main dish and a sweet dessert, apart from drinks: juices and coffees. I really mean it, the greatest one! The place has its own private parking lot and full video surveillance, it's super safe overall, plus you're surrounded by old olive trees, making it very quiet and chilly. Saving the best for last, staff is top notch, I felt like being on vacation with some of our friends, having many great conversations with them. I would like to highlight both Giorgios and Giannis for their service, helpfulness and availability. We will come back for sure, we felt like home and would like to thank you for everything! This place is perfect

It was new and very well maintained up to the little details.very clean and well equipped with all you need. The best thing in this place is Yanis the owner, he is so nice and helpful with all of you’re needs, questions and recommendations, with a lot of patience always alerted to see that everything is working perfectly and his guest are happy. The hotel is small and not crowded that is a great benefit Thank you Yanis

This resort is by far the BEST place we have ever stayed in, in ANY country! Location: Stunning location surrounded by olive trees, and of course a view of the beautiful sea. Only a short drive away from the most stunning beaches we have ever seen. Rooms: Impeccably clean and stylish rooms – a huge shout out to Anjela who makes every room look pristine. Great sizes, fully equipped with all that you need. Food: The breakfast provided is sublime; an amazing selection, a la carte style, with the usual trimmings of delightful feta cheese and olive oil. Should you choose to eat there in the evening, the menu contains a superb array of dishes, with many of the ingredients grown on site! Hospitality: The welcome we got from Giannis and his team was second to none. He provided a whistle stop tour of the resort upon arrival, answering any questions or concerns – not that we could complain about anything at all! We were treated like family members by Giannis, Yorgos and Zoe; always greeted with genuine smiles and an eagerness to assist whenever required. If you are considering this area in Greece, don’t waste your time with anywhere else, you simply cannot be disappointed with what Giannis has to offer! This is truly an amazing place for families and couples. The place is amazing, the people are lovely and so welcoming. The concept is great and we enjoyed every single day and even extended our stay. We highly recommend the place, it offers all you need to have an absolute relaxing and wonderful holidays. Thanks to everybody in the team. The breakfast and the food in general is excellent.

Everything! This place is my definition of luxury - its quiet, secluded, service is very good, food is also of good quality (great variety at breakfast) and it has everything you may need. The villas are spacious enough and the bed is very comfortable. The is also a separate patio to each villa where you can have your breakfast at a timeslot you choose!!!The pool was spotless and the sunbeds comfortable to spend the whole day in this area. Have in mind you need a car to reach beach bars (10-15-20 minutes max and you can go to nice beac bars).
