The place was amazing, had a very relaxed vibe, the staff was very friendly, helpful and insightful. The pool, bar and garden were absolutely great! The room was nothing special but cozy and clean and the access to the garden with a small terrace was wonderful. The location is a bit remote and if you don't have a car you should take a taxi instead of walking to Afitos but honestly, the staff organized a taxi every time we needed one and it cost €6-€7 so it was absolutely fine. There is a small secluded beach directly under the cliff the hotel is located on which is great if you want to escape the busy beaches, we really enjoyed it. On Saturdays there is even yoga in the garden! The frappe and food at the bar were also great!

I really can't think of a substantial negative point. Some people might be slightly iritated by the noise from the road but it was a minor nuisance at most. The path to the small beach might be steep and slippery for some people, so bring some shoes. But also this was not an issue at all, maybe just a remark for people who do not feel to comfortable with steep paths.

The location is like a paradise, that's how we felt. They welcomed us very kindly with a welcome drink, everything was very clean and soothing. The rooms were cleaned daily, the food was very good, and the lady at the reception is very kind and nice, she made our stay much more pleasant. We stayed for 5 days and decided that we would gladly come back! By the way: the beach near the accommodation is a wild one very close by with clear water, on a gorgeous path through the forest, and in Afitos there are many beautiful restaurants with good food and a beach equipped with sun loungers.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Breakfast and dinner were both excellent and the staff accommodated my dietary needs without a problem. It’s the kind of place you never want to leave.

It’s conveniently close to beaches, Afytos center and its great dinner spots and bars, yet distant enough that you don’t feel overwhelmed by the crowds. The hostess and the staff were absolutely amazing, so kind and thoughtful. The breakfast each morning was lovely. We enjoyed our experience and would recommend Elies 33!

If you’re looking for something off the beaten path, Elies 33 is your spot. It feels private and boutique, yet luxurious and professional. The location is just outside Afitos, a lovely village with shops and restaurants, but the hotel itself feels remote and exclusive. I loved the minimalist yet warm design, and the pool area is like something from a travel magazine. Everyone working there made us feel like we were staying with friends. I travel a lot for work, and rarely do I relax as much as I did here.

The tranquility of the location, the stunning architecture, and the amazing sea view created the perfect setting for a relaxing escape. What made it even more special was the staff – so genuinely warm, helpful, and professional. Every little detail is taken care of, from the high-quality linens to the organic bath products. We also had two dinners at the Melia restaurant and the food was exceptional – fresh, local, and beautifully presented. I left feeling completely recharged and will definitely return.

Beach is amazing. But difficult to arrive, to beach more difficult to come back. Ou can go with your car. My suggestion if you have a SUV, you can go with your car. Road is not good, May be not good for standart Cars. No sunbeds and umbrella at the beach. Pool is small (but enough). Only fastfood at Kitchen for Launch and dinner (it is normal this is small hotel)

The retreat is amazing, in all aspects! The staff at the reception was so pleasant, she left the instructions for us when we arrived late at night. Breakfast is good, and you can go down to a private beach very easily. The hotel is very quiet and you can truly have a private experience.

There is no espresso option for breakfast, and filter coffee isn’t the greatest, but that wasn’t that big of a deal at all.
