Thank you for the wonderful vacation you gave us. The location is close to the beach, supermarkets and the resort center. The rooms are large, clean and with everything you need including a Nespresso espresso machine. Towels and bed linen were changed every day. The owners were very helpful and helped us with everything we needed including driving us to the location where we had to take the bus because we had heavy luggage. For their manner, a 10. Ako zelite da se osecate dobrodoslo, ovo je pravo mesto. Vlasnici su ljubazni i uvek se trude da izadju u susret i pomognu oko svega. Ceka vas velika flasa vode u frizideru i jedna van (za slucaj da imate osetljivo grlo) Cuvaju vam parking mesto, savetuju kako da nadjete parking na plazi ako ste lenji kao ja pa tih 200 metara zelite autom, cim izadjete iz smestaja isti se cisti i menjaju se peskiri, dopunjavaju Nespreso kapsule za kafu, provetrava... Sve spavace sobe imaju klimu, posudje je cisto i neosteceno (nema izgrebanih teflon tiganja) pomazu oko prtljaga, uvek su nasmejani i srdacni... Osecali smo se kao u poseti dragim rodjacima. Pod obavezno dolazimo i sledece godine!

We had a wonderful time in Kallithea thanks to Kokkos Brothers for everything. The hotel is very closed to all attractions like beach, center and grocery stores. The apartments are very specious, exceptionally clean, neat and have nice view. We stayed as family of four with a kid in no:4 at first floor, the apartment have two big balconies, kitchen with all the tools needed and ac in the bedrooms. The owners are two brothers, Yannis and Christies they were very nice and welcoming hosts with a big smile every morning. They help us out with everything we needed. We definitely will come and stay here again! Thank you Kokkos Brothers for the wonderful time we had !!! See you again!

Nothing we dont like!

The host first and foremost was wonderful! Very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room we had was spacious and had a great view. It was quiet, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. It was cleaned daily and felt really fresh. The location is very close to the city beach and the central pedestrian street but at the same time far enough from the noise. Overall a great stay! We would definitely repeat.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay. The service was truly amazing – I had asked in advance for a parking space, and they made sure it was available for my entire stay, which I really appreciated. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the location is very nice, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The owners are incredibly friendly and always go out of their way to help and make sure you're comfortable. Highly recommended – I’d definitely stay here again!

The location is perfect, near the restaurants and the shops but out of the noise. The apartment was very clean. There was everything you need for cooking as well as big table for five people at the kitchen and at the terrace. The rooms are big with air conditioning in every single one. Suddenly one of them stopped, the hosts responded immediately and they changed the air conditioning the next day. The Kokkos brothers are very kind, friendly, responsive and they will help you with everything. For example, they always reserved our parking spot whenever we go out with the car. Thank you for the hospitality! We will definitely visit you again!

Everything! The brothers were so friendly and helpfull with everything and I mean literally everything! It made us feel like home! The booking is close to the center with shops and restaurants and also close to the beach, it is the best choice for your stay in Kallithea! I would visit them again for sure!

The view is amazing, the location is great, the hosts are very friendly. The internet (WiFi) is good. Enough dishes and accessories for cooking. I personally always used a kettle and a fridge. My recommendation is not to miss the sunrises.

The water pressure in the shower was weak for some reason
