Vert good location, friendly staff and really really nice beach and sea. Sea was calm, crystal clear and water blue color very similar maldives sea color - I know what I’m talking about…

Hotel is located on two different places (first is direct on the beach, the second is 500 m far - accros the road). No clue how I can choose and reserve the beach part of hotel…We were accomodated accros the road - very hard for my husband with walk handicap….just breakfast and diner….at diner time you have to pay for drinks - water included (!)….2 sunbeds on the hotel beach for 15 eur - never experienced in 5* hotels before…

Wonderfull garden all around facilities. Room was comfortable with big terrace sourunded by flowers even from the front side. Obviously big care was taken to achieve green environment. Both breakfast and dinner had enourmous choises of diferent type of meals, some of them prepared on the sport but this is kind of expecting from 5 star hotel. Sevice perfect Beach towels on disposal and you could change in the pool facility whenever you need.

The only thing we didn't like is that we payed for sunbeds on the beach.

Superior suit with private pool is great with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 living room. It is very close to the beach as well. We like the room so much. Sea is very beautiful.

The beach beds and umbrellas are not free for hotel guests. It is very strange.

To be objective, it is one of the best hotels in the region. The grounds are beautiful. The beach is good. Breakfast and dinner are varied.

Our room was very far from the beach and it was very noisy on the night of Saturday. Don't go there on Saturday. Ridiculous and ridiculously loud music from a bar near the hotel until 6am.!!! At the reception there was no apology nor an attempt to move us to a better location away from the noise. Next nights the noise was quieter but still there. One more thing, there was a traffic noise as well from the road. The road is in the middle of the grounds. If you decide to stay there, choose a room near the beach. Apart from this, we were on the third floor with no elevator.

Food: Exceptional buffet both at breakfast and at dinner. Chef Kalin from the breakfast bar was a rockstart and particularly accommodating to our food intolerances, we loved the omelettes and pancakes. Dinner buffet was also great, with a diverse range of options and awesome desserts. Beach: The hotel's private beach was clean and not overcrowded. There was mostly sand with few rocks, suitable for swimming or taking strolls. Noise levels: The rooms were quiet and relaxing. We could even sleep in since housekeeping staff started their rounds later in the morning (after 10am). Staff was also lovely, very polite and helpful.

There is an extra fee for using the sunbeds (12€ for 1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds, 35€ for 1 large umbrella + 4 sunbeds + bean bag). Having a car is a necessity if you wish to experience the area outside complex.

the hotel is one of a few with sea view and close to the sea, very well maintained and large room( the one I stayed) with balcony, pools for the babies, very good food, very clean, beautiful beach! all in all perfect holiday

big problem with sun beds and umbrellas, NEVER finding a good place to, or at all, if you're not early on the beach!!! after 12 impossible to find a place, even if you're guests of the hotel!!! it needs a better manager of the beach !!!

Excellent resort, I liked it very much, every facility that they offer was on high level

Buggy car drivers should be more kind to guests(excluding certain ones). It feels like every time you ride with them, you are forcing them to do it, not like that is their job. The other thing which is annoying here is that u r paying for sunbeds(10 eur for a set) and that the Management actually "ACCEPT" other people who paid for whole 3 front rows of the sunbeds and they're using only 3-4 of them, just to avoid crowd around them(which is very frustrating for other guests...if they want privacy or want to show off, why you don't let them book the WHOLE resort?)

Really great staff that is always happy to answer all of your questions. Very good food choices at the breakfast and dinner. Really great „private“ beach (one of the nicest beach with clearest water from all the beaches, that we went to arround the peninsula). It was also the first time that we have experienced, that a hotel beach was more occupied than the pools. Great option for families with kids, since the hotel has few pools, that are not that occupied.

Maybe a bit outdated interrior and for my opinion too soft beds. Paying for sunbeds and un umbrella on the beach as a hotel guest is a complete no go. (Some other same star hotels in the area don‘t have that. They charge you only if you are not the guest of the hotel and have a system for that). I have also found it unexceptable that some guests could reserve sunbeds at the beach and only came to the beach in the late aftrenoon. That inabled the use of the sunbeds for majority of the day for some other guests. If you already make your guest pay for them, then at least don‘t allow reservations (should be first come, firts serve basis).
