All staff was very friendly and assisted every time we asked for. The room was super clean and greatly located in front of the beach. Although downstairs there are some bars with loud music during the night, the windows and doors seemed very good to isolate any noise and promise a good sleep.

The only negative thing is that the bathroom wasn't equipped with shampoo. The only things provided was 2 tiny bars of low quality soap.

I really liked the location.

Hotel location can’t be better, just in front of the park and beach. Hotel has really nice restaurant (terrace is great) with chilling music, great for relaxation during the sunset, great cocktails and must say exceptional, polite staff. (In the restaurant especially a guy with longer hair sorry can’t remember his name; in hotel really everyone).

There is no elevator, but there is not much to do about it. (Maybe the owner will find the way to fix it) When we booked the hotel we were aware of this, we informed them that we will be coming with our 5 months old twins and they promised to assign us the room on the lowest (first) floor. - I have read a lot of people are complaining about the loud music. There is music but when we close the terrace door (first floor) it is not a big deal (not even to disturb babies), not sure if it is same like that in high season.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, all rooms are with balcony and beautiful sea view, the hotel is just a step to the public beach and restautants

Cleaning every day, new towels every two days. Location of hotel, climate can work when we are not in room so we have cold room when we come back. Beautiful sea view.

There is no elevator (problem for my pregnant wife). You hear music to late at night.

The hotel is at a prime location. Ther room was clean and since I got a room with a see view it was great to sit on the balcony

If you are light sleeper the street noise maybe a problem for you as it was somewhat for me

EVERY SINGLE DAY a lady came and cleaned the room. NEW TOWELS, NEW SHEETS, PERFECTLY clean and tidy service. ABSOLUTELY TOP LEVEN CLEANLINESS AND SERVICE. THE CLEANING MAIDS ARE EXCELLENT! ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT!

Beds are shockingly uncomfortable PARKING CAN BE A NIGHTMARE in Hanioti, but it is understandable.

We don't have breakfast, but we have dinner and it was very good. The room was good but very small. The beach is very close but with more stones and less sands.

I have no complaints only that we waited a bit to get the room.

The hotel is in the perfect location the beach is there the restaurants is there. The windows are very isolated you can't hear any noise from outside. The clima is perfect cool. I recommend 100%

Cleaning every day, its close to the beach

Its hot when air con is not on, its hot in night, because its so close to center- motorcycles are "screaming" all the time especially in the eveng and night, sometimes you just cant sleep
