It was clean, comfortable, very quiet especially at night. 2 minutes drive to the port of Neos Marmaras. Free parking. Good accessibility considering we have a small baby. Staff was very polite and discrete

Our baby got sick and we must leave 3 days early, anyway they charge the whole amount. It was our second stay in Botanica so I think that they could be more flexible and make some refund

We had a wonderful experience at Botanica Luxury Suites. The suite was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with great attention to detail. The location was perfect – very close to the beach and just a few minutes’ drive from the center of Neos Marmaras, which made everything super convenient. One of our favorite parts was the spacious balcony – it was such a pleasant and peaceful spot to sit and relax, especially in the evenings. There’s also a big, spacious parking area right next to the apartments, which made coming and going extremely easy – a big plus, especially in the summer season. The atmosphere throughout the property was calm and inviting, ideal for a relaxing holiday, and all the amenities were top-notch. The staff were kind, professional, and made us feel welcome. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout the stay, which was another great bonus. Botanica Luxury Suites exceeded our expectations , and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Just a few minor issues. The extra bed for the third person was quite small and not very comfortable, which might be a downside. Also, the bathroom felt a bit cramped and the lighting was a bit off. These were not major problems, but worth mentioning.

The building is quite new, the rooms are modern. The furnishment is nice and practical. Cleaning is very good and efficient. Rooms are good sized, our bathroom did not have windows (some had). Receptionist was helpful and kind.

Soundproofing is quite bad, we heard people coming up on the stairs, small children crying in another room. Unfortunately smooking is allowed on the balcony, which means, if your neighbour is smoking, you are smelling the smoke as well, while you are sittting on your own balcony.

New building, room spacious, clean and very modern. Beds comfortable, appreciated the fact that there were pillows and mattress protectors. They changed our bed linnen and towels every second day. The place is very close to the beach, about max 100 m to the beach, which was great, because it was away quiet in the morning and night. Staff was friendly and polite.

The location is very good, at 20-minutes walk from the center and 2 minutes from seafront tavernas. The building is pretty new and the rooms are clean. They change the sheets and towels every two days.

The kids’ room up the stairs can get very hot, despite the A/C and the electrical fan provided there. The kitchenette is rather small and could be improved with more facilities (microwave oven/toaster, electric kettle etc.) They only come to change the sheets every two days, but the 4th day they forgot…we talked to the man at the reception, he helped us with new towels and they came the next day. They do not clean the room/bathroom, but they provide a broom and dustpan on the balcony, we did it ourselves.

Very nice room, with everything you need. Clean, confy, perfect location near to the beach. Lots of parking spots. Great reception services.

The room was not ready at the checkin time. Even after 15-20 min wait time, the bathroom was not really clean. After the checkin, all the services were done perfectly (cleaning every 2 days). Probably a little bit of bad time management for the ladies cleaning the rooms.

My stay at Botanica Luxury Suites was a true delight. Situated just a minute's walk from Paradisos beach in Neos Marmaras, the location was perfect. The building was modern and well-maintained, while the rooms were beautifully decorated. Our room came with a balcony offering a captivating sea view, perfect for sunset-watching. The regular cleaning kept things neat and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The area was peaceful, with plenty of cafes and a large grocery store nearby. It was easy to explore Marmaras port and the city center on foot. And let's talk about the beach – the water was remarkably clean and the beach itself was a slice of paradise. Overall, our stay was thoroughly enjoyable. Botanica Luxury Suites offered us a peaceful retreat with easy beach access, friendly hosts, and all the comforts we needed.

The hotel was new and the place was next to the beach.

The room was dirty and there was dirty towel.

Exceptional property, new and very clean, everything inside was smelling wonderfull.They paid attention even on the small details, in kitchen equipment you can find almost everything like at home.Bathroom also clean and good looking.Furniture was new and modern.From our room we had nice view on the garden and sea, so you can enjoy watching sunset from balcony.Beach is very close and also other beatufull beaches on Sithonia can be reached easily.

Nearest beach is not very good, but maybe if they put on sunbeds and umbrellas, for guests in the hotel, it would be much more enjoyable.

The hotel is relatively new and equipped with modern furniture and appliances. The location is very good, the beach is 2 min walking distance, also you have enough parking space. The nearest beach we find it very appropriate for us with a little baby because there are nice nature shades and is not very crowded.

Maybe in the future it will be nice if the owner upgraded it with breakfast option in the hotel because there are not much options for breakfast in the neighborhood.
