The resort, pools, grounds were really beautiful. The decor was tasteful, the amenities were great, the staff was attentive, friendly and professional, and the food was simply amazing!!! The west-facing location made for spectacular sunsets.

Although the beach was well groomed with sunbeds, tables, and beach bar, the "sand" was quite coarse/pebbly and hard to walk on. They had boardwalks to use to get to the sunbeds, which helped save the feet. It your goal was to walk on a sandy beach, this is not the place for you. The wine and water were disproportionately expensive and it would have been nice to have some non-Greek wine options on the menu. We visited in early June and were disappointed to find that the bike rental and other sectives were not available yet for the season.

One of the oldest luxury hotels in Greece, it boasts exquisite facilities and a highly attentive staff. The spa offers a range of amenities including a Turkish bath, sauna, and warm water pools. Additionally, the indoor jacuzzi pool, maintained at a comfortable temperature of 32°C, adds to the appeal. With three enclosed pools, it provides an excellent space to spend the day, especially when weather conditions prevent outdoor activities by the magnificent beach or the renowned outdoor pool, considered the finest in Greece. Our room in the central wing with a sea view offered an unparalleled vista, truly enhancing the overall experience.

The hotel is rather old and beside renovated rooms which are very good, the joint area still need to be renovated and you can feel some smell of old carpets throughout halls. Also in your view range from the right side there is another Porto C.hotel which is total ruin and is not working for couple of decades. The Spa is extra charged 70€ per day for family with kids, and plus 100€ per person if you like shortest massages which will be quite expensive for some families, especially if you are planning longer stays.

Exceptionally friendly and professional staff. Food variety and quality was outstanding as well. The whole complex is perfectly blended into the nature, and even in April out of season you can go on the beach, have a drinks in one of the bars by the pool or just have a walk around the golf fields. The spa is nice but it is of extra charge and except the thalasoterapy pool, it is average.

Small details should be improved: - there was no cooling system in the room so we needed to turn the heating off and sleep with balcony door open - complimentary water was not present at arrival time and was missing on the last day as well - the bath was missing amenities as dental kit or body milk you would expext from a 5-star hotel - tv should be bigger in 2023 :) - the gym MUST BE better equiped and cleaner. It has rusty old machines, there is no extra weights, and it is not clean.

We liked The location and the views and the food

Tha Casino was not functioning. We could not enter because the card machine did not work. I think you need to offer discounts for more people to come. The hotel seems under utilized. The indoor pool should be free to all residents. The indoor pool needs maintenance

A littlebit old, but very clean, recommended for families with kids. Staff at the front desk were very helpful, as I forgot my charger and one of them gave me theirs to use!

Most of the staff at the breakfast area was very rude.

Staff seems well trained, enough quantity and friendly. Location, as always, is exceptional, with a lot of space and amenities. Rooms are ready for refurbishment, I suppose that due to this price is acceptable. Dinner was always very good, with a lot of various choices. Sweets could improve variety, but acceptable. Internet is ok, also on the beach.

Bed and pillow to replace with new. Breakfast needs to be more diversed. The grass on the golf course, but even on the football field, is in bad condition.

Our stay was according to our expectations because we have been accommodated before and we knew what to expect for. The hotel has maybe the best pool in all Sithonia. The staff was very friendly. Enough parking spaces for all the guests.

This year the pool is closing at 18:30. In our opinion was not a smart decision because at that time the sun is not so hot and is the perfect time to relax for at least two more hours by the pool. The rooms need a renovation to meet the 5 stars standard. Comparing to previous years the quality of the food was not the same. It still offers a variety of food, but not as tasty.

My family and I really had a great time. The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, and clean. At first, we booked a half-board, but then upon check-in we decided to go with the All Inclusive option since we traveled with the small kids and realized we didn't want to think about lunch, water and other beverages. It was a good decision since cafes are a bit pricey. And we really needed lunch every day. The beach is great, with tiny pebbles and comfortable sun beds. Regarding the program for kids, the animators are just amazing, super friendly, trying to speak the guests' language, and full of patience and kindness. Highly recommend this place to travel with the small kids!

Hotel itself is good. Rooms are spacious. Food was diverse, all was fresh, big variety and of the good quality. Almost daily in the buffet restaurant they offered different cuisine (e.g. Greek, Italian, Asian, etc). Beach is big enough. Cleaning personal is doing a good job, and not only in the rooms, but the whole territory - much appreciated! We were welcomed with a basket of fruits and a bottle of vine in the room. Sea was very clean and great!!

I can't say much what we didn't like, but few recommendations and hints for the travelers: - if you travel from the Thessaloniki airport, mind to spend more than 2 hours to get to the hotel - there is not much around the hotel, so don't expect you can walk around to see something - there are many kids, so if you are looking for a silent vacation, that's not for you And only one wish for the hotel - doctor's office was closed for some hours during the day, and that was a bit weird as anything can happen during that period. We had a situation when we needed doctor's help, but doctor's office was closed. I understand Siesta, etc. but hotel is big enough and this was very frustrating.

Breakfast and dinner - good selection, enough food, enough space and free tables at the restaurant. Hygiene - rooms, restaurant, beach, all very clean. Beach, see, pools - Clean and neat, enough sunbeds, not too crowded, no need to get up early and leave your towels in order to reserve the spot. Free parking with enough parking space. See-side room - excellent view, good AC, quiet during night.

The only complaint is related to the fact that we had to pay for bottled water. I understand that most hotels in Greece have the same policy, but paying 2 EUR for small bottle of water and having to sign a receipt every time me or my children wanted water don't make much sense in a hotel with this level of service and price. Paying for coffee, juices, beers, wines... is perfectly fine, but paying for drinking water on the beach and even during dinner is just strange and I think that this is something hotel should reconsider.
