We had a great stay at Naias. The accommodation was just as described, but for us, it was even better than expected, mainly because of the professional service and warm hospitality. When we made the reservation, we requested that the third bed be a regular bed instead of a sofa, as specified in the room description. The hosts responded immediately and confirmed that our request would be fulfilled, which we really appreciated. The room was cleaned every day, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent. There’s free parking nearby, and you can also park right on the street in front of the building. It’s easy to drive out of Neos Marmaras if you want to explore more distant beaches. At the same time, the town center and the nearest beaches are just a few minutes away — either by car or on foot. Getting back on foot was also quick and easy, as the nearby streets are not very steep. One of the best things about the location is the constant breeze — we kept the windows open and never had to use the air conditioning.

The room was very big and had everything you would need. There was a small kitchen where you can make your coffee and a nice balcony. The bed was also comfortable. The room was cleaned everyday and the towels were changed regularly. You can park on the street for free, we always managed to find space even on the busiest days. There are also two free parkings nearby. The host was also very nice and always ready to help. There is no reception- when you arrive you will see the phone number written on the entrance and you will have to call.

Everything was great

Everything was great, very friendly staff and host. Location is great, there is a free parking very close to the apartment; and if there is no room there, you can park on the street. The place is very clean, there is a lady that cleans every day and changes the towels and sheets - exceptional. Very comfortable, they met all our needs. We will definitely come back!

Our host Thanassis was very helpfull and guided us very well. The room cleanliness and comfort are perfect; it was like the pictures. No noise from the other visitors. No parking problem.

There was a noise in the air condition; whenever we told about it to our host,he took care of and afterwards, everything was much better.

Large terrace with wonderful view, clean apartment, comfortable beds and large bathroom. There is a large free parking only few steps away. Villa is in good, quiet location and 3min away from the center, church and sea. The nearest beach is also very nice with fine sand and clear water and several beach bars to choose from. It is 10-15 min away from the villa, but if you choose the way by the sea that can also be a pleasant walk.

Everything was as shown in description and even better than we expected.

Before booking here, tourists should carefully research the location and facilities. This is to avoid all kinds of mean comments afterwards. The Naias villa offers apartments of different sizes at very good and friendly prices, but above all it offers IMPECCABLE CLEANING, comfort, coziness and peace (this also depends on the neighbors staying at the same time, of course). As a plus, I also mention the location, because you are 5 minutes walking distance from the shopping area, restaurants, bars, etc. We thank Thanassis' family for their impeccable service, kindness and help, and we hope to see you again soon!

Time too short 😬

Overall the accommodation is a good one, the owner is very friendly and helpful, clean place (everyday cleaning), we had also the only private parking space available, easy to find on the map and quite close to both beaches in the area (10-15min walk)

Unfortunately the building is quite noisy, the doors are not helping at all, you can hear people in the other room, you can hear people talking on the hallway or the cleaning lady washing the stairs. We had a couple with a baby next door and we could hear everything. It's a good place, but not one where you can find the rest and sleep at any hour you would like. It depends from person to person and their vacation sleeping mode

The hotel manager/owner was great, he gave good suggestions for restuarants in the area and was very friendly - you could tell he really cared about his property. The room itself was more than 2 stars in my opinion but the amenities at the hotel was lacking thus the low star rating. If you dont need a pool or a restuarant at the hotel then the room itself is very good and I would highly recommend it.

The place was very nice. It was cleaned everyday and when we came back from the beach the room was so fresh. The hosts were so friendly and kind. They asked us if we need something every morning in the yard and respond immediately. There was a nice terrace, where we had breakfast every morning and a great yard where we were sitting in the evenings. The place is very quite. I recommend it and will visit it again for sure.

There is nothing that i do not like in the property.

Location is very close to the center and the restaurants. It is a silent place compared to central apartments. Apartment was very clean and housekeeping were cleaning the room every day. Thanassis is very helpful and hospitable.

The hotel is in a somewhat hilly area, but this is generally the case in the Neos Marmaras region. If you don’t have a car, it will be struggling.
