Staff is friendly and keen to keep the place clean and to make everything work. The place is just by the sea in a cozy place just by the Neos Marmaras. it is obvious that the owner constantly invests in the property in every way. Good value for money.

I would suggest some investment in services and education as well. Owner and the staff can’t take the best seats in the garden while guests are looking for the place to have a coffee. They are not doing it on purpose, the just don’t think about it enough. Otherwise they are friendly and kind and I am sure they are going to improve these little things as well.

The location is excellent, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the rooms are cozy and comfortable.

The soundproofing could be improved — we could hear our neighbors quite clearly and were concerned that we might have disturbed them as well. Also, I would really appreciate a bit more variety in the breakfast menu. At the moment, it's the same selection every day, which can get a little repetitive. Additionally, there are several sensors in the room with unclear purposes, but they emit bright lights at night, which could make it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Nice hotel. Room was very clean, cool location. We want to mention one exeptional young man, name we dont know, he worked as a waiter.. He's the first and last positive impression, very kind, hardworking, hostile and pleasant.

Stuff is giving their best and hotel will be great after little bit more experience.. But, we only have one problem we want to share: breakfast was limited with food, 3 days there wasn't enough food, so we left hungry from hotel. If you want to eat, you need to get there first.

Everything, like kindness of the staff,clean rooms and especially the Smile of the receptionist.!! her energy is unforgettable)

Good location by the sea. Nice and spacious rooms.

They claim to be "a biker friendly hotel" with tools etc, but not even a bicycle pump was found. They claim to have a laundry service, We were told that someone would come and collect our laundry, but even after several hours no one came. It is not good to list numerous available services, if there are none. And it is not a good way to do things that you promise to "find out" and leave things hanging.

The room was very big and clean. Bed was comfortable. There was a big balcony with a table and chairs with a sea view.

Breakfast was pretty much the same every day. The beach is very small and there is no room for all guests to use it. People put towels early in the morning on the sun beds and there aren't any free sunbeds by 9 o clock. The sand on the beach has a lot of stones and the sand is not good.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect — just a few steps from the sea! It was so convenient to go for a swim or enjoy the sunset. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Location was great! Right in front of sea, in a minute. Hotel has private part of beach, taken good care and it was always clean. In 5 min walking distance you can find delicious Greek & European cousin restaurants/ tavernas. App. 20 min walking distance (5 min with car) you can reach Neos Marmaras center with lots of places to spend evenings pleasantly. Hotel staff were very friendly and supportive. They even let us check-in 2 hours earlier and upgraded our room (instead of second floor with the garden view we could spend our vacation at third floor with the sea view) The room was very clean, bright, with comfortable beds. It had a balcony with sea and mountains view at the same time, which was really nice for spending some time. Very much recommended!

Great location with an easy access to the beach. Very friendly staff that is doing their best to accommodate guests needs. Excellent coffee. Probably the best value you can get in the area.

A bit more variety or options for breakfast would be useful particularly if you have longer stay.

My experience here was absolutely perfect and exceptional! Room was cleaned every single day, towels replaced every two days. The staff is UNBELIEVABLY kind and polite. I would 100% recommend this place and will come back next year! Thank you and amazing job!
