The room was very clean and fresh. The host was very friendly. I liked the detail of the homemade cake we got, makes you feel welcome! The location is great, there is a private beach on 1 minute walking from the apartment. Air conditioning works perfect, which was nice with the heat. All and all it's a nice place, I just missed some details to make the stay perfect.

I missed a good outside space to sit (to have breakfast or dinner together for instance), it wasn't very private and also we only had 1 comfortable chair outside, while the pictures showed 2. Also the shower was very inconvenient as it only had a hand shower and the door of the bathroom door doesn't close either.

What really got us was the following: 1) Excellent Host, this is a family business and they really care about their guests 2) Peaceful place, no crowds and noise, just lay down, unwind and relax 3) We had our own Private Sandy Beach with sun beds and umbrellas, crystal clear waters and gorgeous sceneries 4) immaculately clean apartment with everything we needed 5) excellent value for money, we stayed in apartment 5 and had a sea view from the shared balcony 6) we will definitely come back to kis-kis again 7) plenty of free parking spots in their olive trees garden. On our arrival the host welcomed us with delicious home baked cake and upon departure with home baked muffins, what a lovely experience!

Because am a big guy I found the shower a bit tight for me, the shower curtain kept sticking to my back, bum and arms, but upon departure we saw apartment 1 which was bigger in size and had a nice big shower, so next time I will book it, other than that everything else was perfect.

If you are a dreamer, a true nature lover and a seeker of quietness, then you've come to the right place. Imagine a delightful white house perched somewhere high, surrounded by palm trees and lush greenery and the sea stretched as far as you can see before your eyes. A magnificent staircase takes you to a quiet cove where you can swim in calm waters. And if you're lucky, you can spot some mediterranean monk seals. There are terraces where you can take your greek breakfast while enjoying the cheerful chirping of the swallows flying around you or sip a glass of Cava Papaioannou at sunset. The impressive scenery looks like a setting for a romantic movie. The elegant suite where we stayed was designed with great taste, a mix of retro and modern style,with plenty of light coming from big windows. I loved the beautiful orthodox icons on the walls and the shells! The owners are very kind and sweet,they offered us cakes,wine and cherries from their orchard. Close by, there is a taverna with excellent fish and sea food. We cannot recommend this property highly enough. It is a real gem of Halkidiki and we were lucky to discover it. Thank you for all the unforgettable moments!

The instant water heater worked only for a few minutes. We would have liked to have a bigger mirror and a microwave oven.

Everything was perfect

The apartment was as described however I was wrong to assume the terrace outside my room was private. When we arrived late at night there was a couple sitting outside our bedroom door. No privacy. The terrace is shared with 2 other rooms. Also no blinds on all windows just wooden shutters that we couldn’t close. Very small shower. Very loud air con. The apartment is as described but I should have asked more questions. My fault for assuming.

We stayed at Kis-Kis for a week and all we can say is that everything was perfect, from the view and privacy to the design of the room. The private beach is a great bonus for this amazing villa. The kindness of the owners was also something that made our stay perfect. Furthermore, everything was perfectly clean when we arrived.

The villa was stunning, the garden a paradise, and the private beach access was unbeatable. The location was perfect – very quiet and surrounded by nature. The hosts were incredibly welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely revisit in the near future!

My only “negative” note is about the flat itself : it’s very very very tiny and not much privacy as each flat is right next to the other and basically you are having breakfast with your neighbours..

The hosts are super friendly, fun and we really felt being part of the family :))) the view and the location are spot on :)) beautiful:)))

Nothing , staying at kis kis was like staying in another world .

Great location, traditional villa with a great view over the bay, nice garden with multiple terraces and a private, cozy beach. Hosts were very nice as well!

Kitchen and bathroom are kind of small, but usable.
