Everything was great. This was a wonderfool resort. Brravo.......to all Miraggio staf! Everyone was excellent.

Breakfast and dinner was included on our booking, however ; drinks are served only for breakfast buffet but for dinner, everyone must pay for their own drinks. This was not mentioned in our booking contract and it was not pleasant experience.

Value for money - Some of the prices for foods and beverages where up to three times higher than prices in surrounding restaurants - Beach was narrow and with stones outside and inside the water - Food options were not 5 stars - Beer at Beach bar was sold as 0.5 ml, but the quantity was more like 0.35 ml - hotel SPA was available only with a surcharge of 50 euros/person/day and kids where not allowed (even when weather was bad for many days) - the breakfast could provide some variation from one day to another for some part of the food offered - half board upgrade price was unexpectedly high - outside whirlpool area should be adults only

The food was very good and tasty.

For breakfast they would offer coffe, tea, water and different juices. For dinner they could offer at least a bottle of water.

The Hotel is located in a small bay surrounded with forest 🌳making the climate very pleasant even in hot months like July and August. It has all the facilities one would expect from 5 star hotel. It will meet the expectations but will not surprise or impress. It ia highly segregated to “Club - west wing” and “all the rest “. Separate reception, restaurants, beach even pool and beach towels reflect your room arrangement. Hotel is quite big, and first day or two some can be desoriented and frustrated but on day 3 :-) everything will become more familiar, easy and comfortable.

Inconsistent service across the resort, some staff really try to serve at best, some are just there because that’s their job . Addressing your issues to reception and customer relations will greatly help improve your experience.

sea. kids club.

unfair payment policy. first they said one amount and after check-out they presented a bill for 350 euros. no one warned or explained about this amount upon check-in, although we asked several times because it was strange to us why the amount was less than what we booked. the curtains and sofa in the room were very dusty, I am allergic and suffered from attacks. the food and pastries were not very tasty. the water in the pools was salty from the sea. the children could not swim because it stung their eyes.

It is all very big - rooms, pools, hotel area... We liked the pools with warm salty water. The breakfast was superb with some products that I was not expecting, like pollen, or dear meat ... The kids had fun every day around 12 with the water bucket. There were lifeguards all the time around us and the kids.

We found a hair or two on the clean towels and bathrobes. We changed the forks a few times - not clean. Our friends got a welcome gift - macaroons, we did not. There is no place where you can run outside - it is all hilly and the only option is the small beach and the port. We did not figure out how to use the spa - or what can we use in the spa for free. Also, I did not see the menu of the restaurant - not in the app, not in the room?

The place is fantastic, the rooms and the pools are amazing ! There is very good service and a lot of choices for food. Everything is very clean and taken good care.

Some of the stuff were bordeline unpolite (not the Greek speaking ones) Some of the prices were overblown, for example the night buffet was 50 Euros per person without even water included ! The size of the beach that wasnt reserved for the suites was really small and not really kid friendly.

in the resort are 2 beaches; one with general access and the other only for club members access; you couldn't find sunbeds on the general beach because was very crowded and the beach club one was empty; at the members club beach you pay an additional aprox. 200 eur

Its really a 5 star hotel and much better then a lot of 5 stars hotel we expirienced in Greece. Great design, great breakfast, very kind stuff, great people! Super footbal court, tennis, great place for kids!

The salty pools, it should have at least 1 pool that is not salty. Breakfast should change, sweets and pastry the same Every day. Big que for coffee, they need 1 more coffee machine. These are really small things.

The hotel is awesome. Staff is so helpful. Food is delicious. Spa, Sauna, Steam Room everything is perfect.

if in the breakfast drinks are free, you can offer in the dinner too. if not a drink then a bottle of water :) but nothing is not suitable for your hotel's name and quality.
