The whole complex was very nice, located at a quiet road in a forest - very relaxing and cool atmosphere. We were staying at one of the villas in a two-bedroom apartment on the second floor, that had a small and simple kitchenette. These types of rooms are very rare - to have two proper separate bedrooms in one of which the child can go to bed early and we can enjoy the evening to ourselves in the other room or on the balcony - priceless. The villas have one assigned parking spot, but if you're not the first one to arrive - no worries, there's plenty of space to park just in front of your room. There's an ok restaurant with big portions, priced similarly to the restaurants in the near by villages.

The water in the pool was rather cold, so we stayed there just on the day we arrived. It is a proper 6-7 minute drive to reach the beach, so if you don't want to use the car during your vacation, this is not your spot.

This charming property is located in a quiet area of Kassandra, on top of a hill, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. In August you may literally eat juicy grapes from the walls ! Some spots of the property offer stunning views on the sea and hills of Halkidiki and on Mount Athos. It is not far from Paliouri and from beautiful beaches. We enjoyed a 1-week stay in a 2-bedroom villa with direct access to one of the large swimming pools. The swimming pools have to be shared with a few other families and groups of friends, but all were courteous and respectful. The villa is really spacious, well furnished, and offer not less than 4 terraces with sofas and tables. A BBQ is available on request. The villa is cleaned every day and linens and towels are changed regularly. Television was not working fine, but that was not important to us. Staff is courteous, helpful, and always smiling. The on-site restaurant provides a selection of good quality food and nice views on Halkidiki and the sea. The reception operates a shop with local products.

Nothing to mention. If you miss some kitchenware or anything else just ask the reception.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, in the forest on the top of the hill with the spectacular view of the sea. Our room was spacious and cool in hot summer days. The patio leading to the pool was great to spend time at. All the appliances worked well: kettle, fridge, stove, hairdrier...

The place needs to be renovated and cleaned better. There are problems with mold, insects, etc.

We spent last week here and it was magnificent. Akritas villas is situated a little bit up in the mountain (around 7/8 mins from Pefkochori beach by car ), and probably that is the best thing - spectacular view, cool constant temperature (no need of air-conditioning, although it is provided ). The villas are spatial, fully equipped, and would satisfy everyone needs. Each villa has a nice and cozy backyard or a terrace and comfortable sunbeds around the pool. Having the benefit of mountain peace , away from the suffocating humid heat, is the best way to enjoy the summer days :) I would highly recommend staying with them :)))

Wifi needs to be improved inside the house :)

Balcony and Restaurant views were stunning. Pool water a bit on the cold side but clean. Food served in the Tavern was top class ( I think it's the same business ). Car Park is near by each villas and convienient

Kitchen annex and bathroom may need some improvement. Air condition may need mantenance as well - it was noisy

We returned to this place after last year's vacation, but we chose a bigger room because we were satisfied with the location on the hill, 3 swimming pools that can be used 24/7 and the kitchen in the restaurant - large portions

-there were a few sunbeds by the pool, which would need to be replaced -2 times it happened that they had nowhere to lie down -spring mattress, which would also need to be replaced, last year we had a comfortable bed in a smaller room

The villa Pigadi that we stayed in had plenty of room and an amazing terrace overlooking the sea. Parking space is available right in front of the villa. There is a small pool where you can relax if you don't feel like going to the beach and the Akritas tavern is also quite good. Staff was very friendly and responsive to our requests. If you want a decent place that is a bit secluded and away from all the noise and the tourists this is it! Keep in mind that you will most probably need a car since the location is a bit remote.

One of the days there was a weird loud noise coming from a small shed right next to our villa that was a bit annoying, however it did not last long. We did not communicate it to the staff but I am sure they would have taken care of it if we did.

We love the location, the staff is very helpful especially Mrs Ioulia at the reception. Feels like a mountain spot just a few minutes away from an amazing beach and the Seazon beach club and an amazing Tavern Giannikos in the small town nearby. We recommend for people that love to sleep in a cool and quiet place.

The location is fantastic, nice and quite, the view's are amazing, the villa's have a nice concept with swimming pools, a tennis court and a restaurant ... The staff is very kind ... Markets, shops and beaches are 5-6 min.away by car ... I highly recommend if you need a pleasent, quite vacation ...👍🍀😎

Outdated interior - maintenance required (very old kitchen, cabinets broken, doors don't close, only 4 TV channels, lot's of mosquito stains on walls and curtains, etc ...
