This was our second stay at Apanemia by Flegra, and once again, everything was excellent. We stayed in a ground floor apartment and especially loved the small balcony/garden area — it's the perfect spot to relax. The rooms are very spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. The beds were really comfortable, making for restful nights. We also appreciated that towels and sheets were changed during our stay, which added to the overall sense of comfort and care.

Very nice Apartment in top location where you can reach anything in 10-15 min. walking distance in Pefkohori, beds very comfortable, kitchenette equipped with all necessary items, spacious balcony to have a coffee in the morning or drink in the evening. Uncomplicated check-in and check-out procedure.

The bathroom should have at least one plug to allow usage of shaving machine or or loading the battery of the electric toothbrush. WiFi and internet connection was insufficient and in our view overloaded, would definitely need an upgrade. A small welcome arrangement (e.g water/drinks and some fruits) would have been nice for guests arriving late. There is no parking available offered by the hotel and public parking can be full in full season so you need to search for a public parking space.

We stayed for 10 nights between 7-17.07.2024. Stuff was very helpfull, they were polite, always ready to support us. There is an option for parking apace, it is paid 10 eur a day additionally, with 20 eur deposit for the gate key, but it was well worth of the money, because of a lot of tourists during month July. Apartment was comfortable, cleaning was done every day and changing of towels and sheets was every second day. It is located in the upper part of Pefkochori, near the old town, and for us it was nice because it is peaceful neighborhood. We will def come back here and will give personal recommendation for the hotel to our friends

the apartment was situated in a quiet location but only ten minutes walk to the bars, restaurants and beach. The room was cleaned everyday and it had all the facilities you need for self catering with a well equipped kitchen. there was a supermarket a minute away selling everything you could need and a few minutes to the old square with excellent entertainment and tavernas.

Location was close to center. Beach was also less than 5 minutes of walk. There were store opened 24/7 in 1 minute of walk. Almost all of restaurants in town was reachable in 10 minutes of walk.

Internet was only good on the balcony or next to the balcony inside. There was no internet in the back of the room.

Close to the center, value for money.

One of the girls in reception wasn’t polite. We used to pass reception to go out since you can go an from the side and she doesn’t even say hello.

It was clean

Has no sun canopies for the balconies. Has no private parking on site. The paid parking is far.
