We love the place, we have been 2 times there already and it stays always nice. We came early before check in time, we didnt need to wait for the room. Everything was ready!

Stuff was super nice and willing to help location is good, close to the beach, supermarkets and stores swimming pool is nice breakfast was OK

Beds not so comfort WIFI is terrible and there is no 4G reception so WIFI is critical no coffee machine in breakfast

-clean pools -friendly staff -we asked for a room on ground floor and they managed to provide us such room -breakfast was perfect -less than 5min walking from a few beachbars

-the restaurant - small capacity for such a big hotel; no seafood or traditional greek meals; for kids friendly hotel it’s unacceptable not to have any soup or cooked, there is nothing that you can order for the child, we were forced to go out every day to order a take away food for the baby (1.6y). We had a dinner in the restaurant 3 out of 6 nights, everything we tasted was delicious, if there would be variety of food, we would stay for a dinner all nights.

We were here at the end of May. Everything was good and we had a very good stay. the outdoor pool is big enough and has enough sun beds for everyone. There was no problem with the parking. rooms are cleaned daily, breakfast was excellent and offered everything we could’ve thing of for breakfast. It is located 6-7 min walk to the main alley of the city so location was very good for us.

overall furniture was a little outdated but nothing to complain about - everything was working perfectly. SPA is additionally payable so if you plan to use it check with hotel - free utilities were the indoor pool, outdoor pool and fitness.

we had an all inclusive breakfast, a great pool,a good clean restaurant,the room was cleaned up every day ,we had clean towels for pool or sea every day

if you want to go to the sea,you have to cross a street with high trafic

The hotel is very clean and modern looking. We loved the pool area. Restaurant was good, breakfast was also nice. The staff is amazing and friendly.

Every was good. The only problem we had is that my husband had to work for half of our stay and we asked in advance for a room with wifi connection if available. Unfortunately they gave us a room which was wonderful but we had no wifi connection at all for the whole stay and had to use our mobile data.

Everything about the hotel was perfect – clean rooms, stylish design, and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I would gladly stay here again!

Amazing breakfast. Everything in good supply and staff on hand to replenish when stocks ran low. Very friendly, helpful staff. Air con in the room which was sooo needed! Comfortable bed. Great shower. Lovely food at the bar. The waitress Aurora deserves a special mention for being so friendly and helpful there. Pool looked amazing but didn't get a chance to use it unfortunately as we were there for a wedding.

Only one English speaking TV channel but not a major negative. Better hot water could have been supplied for tea at breakfast, i.e. a jug with a lid to keep the water hot. Nothing though that would prevent me going back to this beautiful hotel.

I can't say enough about how EXCELLENT the customer service from the staff was. From the restaurants, the kitchen staff, their smiles brighten up our day, the cleaning staff, and the reception Maria, Aggeliki amd Ermi. I cannot express our gratitude for their service. Thank you guys for making our stay pleasant.

Clean and cosy room, friendly staff, big pool, but also very good beaches and restaurants in 5 minutes walk.

Parking can be difficult, if the hotel is fully booked. When there are many guests, breakfast can also be too crawded and the refill for coffee and different treats is done quit difficult
