I had a pleasant stay and overall enjoyed the experience. The location is lovely, and the atmosphere is welcoming, which made me feel very comfortable. However, I believe there is some space for improvement when it comes to cleanliness. In the bathroom, I noticed some residues in the sink area and around the shower, and in the room, there was visible dust on the TV. Additionally, in the restaurant, some of the dishes and cups were chipped, which takes away from an otherwise nice dining experience. With a bit more attention to these details, the experience could easily become excellent. I hope my feedback is helpful and I’m looking forward to seeing these improvements on a future visit.

The staff were so kind and helpful.There are so many variations of food .The restaurant was made above the old swimming pool which was full with beautiful fish and turtles ,so you can eat and watch them swimming under your feet through the glass.The hotel is so clean.The rooms are cozy and the swimming pools are perfect.Parking was free.And the nearest beach is 5-6 mins away.You can go to the beach get a 10€umbrella and have a free frappee,fresh,water ,club sandwich and etc.The owner of the hotel-Anna was so kind,she answered all the questions that we asked her about the hotel and different locations.I'm glad that i found the hotel in booking and i will come back next year.

People - everyone is extremely friendly and this adds to the experience a LOT! Food - we had breakfast and dinner included and we were very happy with both variety and quality Pools - they are indeed well suited to entertain the little ones (we were there with 2 yo child)

Maintenance - it's not the newest place and you can tell. Certain maintenance is in place, but there are a lot small things that just take away from optimal experience. Distance from beach - it's approx. 10 min away walking from the beach and the beach is mediocre at best. Construction - there were ongoing constructions near the place and this brought a lot of dust and some noise.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel overall. The property is modern and comfortable, and the food was varied, although dinner sometimes offered a rather limited selection. Desserts were mainly fruit. Room cleaning was good, but one major downside was that the housekeeping staff would enter the room almost immediately after knocking, without giving enough time to respond. This was very frustrating, as it could have led to very awkward situations — thankfully, I was always dressed or not in the shower at those moments. The sea is not very close, but the walk there through the small streets is quite charming. The animation was enjoyable, and for children, it was excellent. The pools, however, were not always very clean. Foam parties were held often, and after them, a lot of dirt and soapy water would remain, but the pools were not cleaned right afterward. Another thing to note is that the rooms have very good sound transmission, so you can clearly hear what your neighbors are doing. Overall, despite these downsides, the hotel is quite good, and I would still recommend it.

We liked everything about the hotel — the room was perfect for a family, with a spacious balcony overlooking the pool. Everything was clean, there was enough wardrobe space for our clothes, and even a drying rack on the balcony. Fresh towels were provided every day, and the room was cleaned daily. The food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner. There were always fruits and desserts every day, which made the dining experience even better. This hotel was truly worth it — 100% recommended!

There was nothing that we didn't like except for the late check - in time at 3:00 PM.

Very nice hotel, good food buffet, well organized, with various entertainment every night. The pools area was nice and the fact that the restaurant is right next to the pool, so you can relax while the kids are swimming. It is at a decent walking distance from the beach which is sandy with clear waters.

Our room was a little below ground level, nice and cold for summer, but a bit dark. Other rooms at the main building seemed okay. The only thing that bothered us was that there was no wi-fi at all in our room during the first 2 days, some device was not working, and it was fixed on the 3rd day. Maybe they should be more vigilant and speedy with these things. Other than that we highly recommend it, and will definitely visit again!

Hotel Anna truly exceeded our expectations. The property is modern and very well-maintained, with stylish, brand-new furnishings in the rooms. We had a lovely view from our balcony overlooking several beautiful pools, which added to the relaxing atmosphere—even though we didn’t swim, as we spent our two-day stay entirely at the beach. The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite, especially the receptionist, who made us feel very welcome. Their professionalism and friendliness really stood out. The food was another highlight of our stay. Both breakfast and dinner offered a great variety, including dishes with chicken, fish, pork, and a selection of well-prepared sides and fresh salads. Everything we tried was delicious and clearly made with care. While the hotel isn't located directly on the beach and doesn't offer sunbeds or a beach bar, the pool area more than makes up for it. There are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, and we especially appreciated the adults-only pool with a swim-up bar—such a nice touch! All in all, Hotel Anna was a fantastic choice, and we would gladly return.

- There are several pools in the complex, the pool for the little ones is great, there is also a pool for adults only, who can rest in peace without children's noise - The room we were accommodated in was a two-bedroom unit with a patio to the room - Еvery day the room was cleaned and the towels were changed - The complex has several parking lots, which are free for guests - During our stay, the food was extremely varied and delicious - The staff was very kind and smiling - We were with a 4-year-old baby and a 6-year-old child and we would gladly repeat our holiday in this complex, because despite the warm weather, the water in the children's pool was not warm and the older child was a little disappointed

A special mention to Christos, the bartender at the adult pool bar, who crafted amazing cocktails with a friendly smile. An amazing fella, making our day even better. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch, from the beautiful rooms to the relaxing spa. Every detail was perfect, thanks to the dedicated team. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and luxurious experience—I’ll definitely be back!
