Our stay at Domes Noruz was absolutely exceptional. This hotel is truly amazing, with immaculate cleanliness throughout the property. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed and pillows provided us with a perfect night's sleep. The pool area is stunning, and the beach is pristine with crystal-clear waters. We thoroughly enjoyed our time by the poolside and on the clean beach. The staff at Domes Noruz were incredibly helpful and genuinely kind. Katrina, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of amazing. She warmly welcomed us and continuously checked in to ensure our needs were met. The relationship manager, Mrs. Artemis, is an absolute delight. Her professionalism, assistance, and exceptional friendliness made us feel like valued guests. She provided us with excellent recommendations for local attractions and places to visit. Her willingness to assist us with any matter was truly commendable. The outstanding staff at Domes Noruz made us feel like a part of their family, and we cherished every second of our stay at this remarkable hotel. Without a doubt, it is their exceptional service that sets this hotel apart. We would not hesitate to return to Domes Noruz in the future, solely for the opportunity to be taken care of by such an amazing staff. Overall, review and experience are very good. Location of this hotel is just perfect for couples who are seeking serenity to be closer to the town and closer to the night/ beach clubs.But keep on mind that when will be summer season serenity can been replaced with loud house music in one point which will come from the same clubs. Internet is ok(keep in mind we visit this hotel in the beginning of the season) Food choice it was with very good variety, but very little the F&B staff knew about the safety of the food on the buffet .(no sneeze gard) special on bread,fruts, and sweet section Mini bar in room was ok (but not restocked) every day. Love the fact that room division comes to ask about any additional towels and offers a bottle of water. Guest service relation was ok.(improving on English) I love the fact that we were upgraded to suite. Bar location was very good.(Need more training on international beverage bar Menu) Cleanliness was spot on everywhere. Pool perfect location together with all garden plants around.

International staff clearly needs more training and coaching to meet the expectations of 5 star hotels. Example English needs to be improved to all junior staff and managers, too. (Customers always right)have to be a golden role in the hospitality business.

An Unforgettable Holiday – Pure Relaxation and Genuine Hospitality Our stay at this hotel is without a doubt one of the most memorable vacation experiences we've ever had. Right from the moment we arrived, we felt what truly sets this place apart: *“Relax, you’re on holiday.”* – and that’s exactly what we experienced from the very first minute. We arrived by car and were warmly greeted by a friendly porter responsible for the spacious, secure parking area. Shortly afterward, two extremely welcoming staff members, who were already expecting us, took over. One of them handled our car and luggage, while the other guided us directly to the stylishly designed lounge. There, we were offered a refreshing welcome drink and chilled, moist towels – a very thoughtful gesture after the journey. While we relaxed, our passports were taken care of, the check-in was completed entirely for us (including a complimentary upgrade to an even more beautiful room), the car was parked, and our luggage brought to the room. We were then personally escorted there – a welcome just the way it should be. What truly made this stay exceptional was the team. Never before have we encountered so many sincere, warm-hearted, and dedicated staff members. We wish we had remembered every single name – that's how much we appreciated the personal, genuine, and absolutely authentic service. No wish went unfulfilled. Everyone was enthusiastic, helpful, attentive, and consistently friendly. We never once felt like “just guests” – we always felt genuinely welcome. One example of this outstanding hospitality: during breakfast, one of the coffee machines suddenly broke down. The team responded immediately – although it's usually self-service, staff started bringing coffee directly to the tables. A small detail perhaps, but moments like these make all the difference. Sadly, there are always people who complain even in such situations – but that says more about them than it does about the hotel.

Overpriced for what you get Young and inexperienced staff No airport transfers Average service - definitely NOT 5 star, a good 3 star for service. Food in restaurant is super expensive compared to the surrounding restaurants.

Sapcious room. Highly lighted room (sun, lamps). Very comfortable beds. Excellent location in Chanioti, just near the beach. Superb breakfast!, very good buffet dinner. Excellent facilities - pools, sun beds and umbrellas, pool towels, outdoor gym, private beach, daily music at evening, daily pilates class (for 10 Euros). Facility is cleaned all over on a daily basis.

Dozens(!) of cats hanging around, some eat from plates of the guests - one cannot understand this hotel policy. Badly effects entire stay in the hotel. Safe is not attached to the wall! Never encountered such a poor installation. Extremely expensive services (5 Euros for a bottle of water, etc.). At breakfast there are many assisting personnel around; at dinner - very few.

Clean, modern, large , liked that the car park was controlled by a person most of the day.

The car park was not easy to get in and out of. Once you parked the car, you questioned whether you wanted to get it out again… sometimes you had to park at another section, around the corner The room we were in was rather ordinary, not worth what they charge. The sun beds were also made available to non hotel patrons (as long as they bought something) which was frustrating because we were a large group and couldn’t always sit together. Brought it to the attention of management but they denied this was an issue.

Beach and facilities very good, staff was very helpful and sincere not as a performance. The design is very open and modern, and will improve as we were told the renovation will start next week.

The beach restaurant closes at 16:00, which gives you no option other than the buffet in the main building. The buffet is plenty but could be better as some dishes have been cold while the needed to be warm, sometimes the indications are completely off. We had porck meat indicated as safran chicken. as an example.

Everything: quiet, modern interior-not pretencious, very nicely furnished, very well organized, bery comfortable, immaculatelly clean, nice braekfast with plenty of different choices. Wonderfull pool area and beach. If there is something wrong with some of the apliances-its fixed immediatelly, and even things you did not complain about-if they have noticed it not functioning properly-they replace it with you not even sayng anything about it. Very nice quiet bar on the beach and in the loby. Sometimes there is a music event-very good choice of performers (regardless of wheter it is a DJ or a band).

This has been our second trip to Domes Noruz. We love it there. Facility is quiet and peaceful. Beach and the service there is terrific. Apparently the bartender is very talented as he/she prepared us pretty good cocktails. Food (breakfast and dinner ) was exceptional. Staff were quite friendly and helpful. We even had a problem about the room and remarked that on the survey hotel sent us. Short after, the hotel manager called me and sorted our problem out. She was so kind and they upgraded our room. I assure you that you’ll have a great holiday in Domes Noruz Kassandra.

Some parts of the facility look old. Maybe a little bit renovation would make it look better and newer. One last thing, during the dinner we felt kinda pressured to have a drink, even water, that was a little bit odd.

We celebrated our 40th anniversary, they sent us Champaign and a cake to our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the experience to the maximum.
