Our stay at Domes Noruz was absolutely exceptional. This hotel is truly amazing, with immaculate cleanliness throughout the property. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed and pillows provided us with a perfect night's sleep. The pool area is stunning, and the beach is pristine with crystal-clear waters. We thoroughly enjoyed our time by the poolside and on the clean beach. The staff at Domes Noruz were incredibly helpful and genuinely kind. Katrina, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of amazing. She warmly welcomed us and continuously checked in to ensure our needs were met. The relationship manager, Mrs. Artemis, is an absolute delight. Her professionalism, assistance, and exceptional friendliness made us feel like valued guests. She provided us with excellent recommendations for local attractions and places to visit. Her willingness to assist us with any matter was truly commendable. The outstanding staff at Domes Noruz made us feel like a part of their family, and we cherished every second of our stay at this remarkable hotel. An Unforgettable Holiday – Pure Relaxation and Genuine Hospitality Our stay at this hotel is without a doubt one of the most memorable vacation experiences we've ever had. Right from the moment we arrived, we felt what truly sets this place apart: *“Relax, you’re on holiday.”* – and that’s exactly what we experienced from the very first minute. We arrived by car and were warmly greeted by a friendly porter responsible for the spacious, secure parking area. Shortly afterward, two extremely welcoming staff members, who were already expecting us, took over. One of them handled our car and luggage, while the other guided us directly to the stylishly designed lounge. There, we were offered a refreshing welcome drink and chilled, moist towels – a very thoughtful gesture after the journey. While we relaxed, our passports were taken care of, the check-in was completed entirely for us (including a complimentary upgrade to an even more beautiful room), the car was parked, and our luggage brought to the room. We were then personally escorted there – a welcome just the way it should be. What truly made this stay exceptional was the team. Never before have we encountered so many sincere, warm-hearted, and dedicated staff members. We wish we had remembered every single name – that's how much we appreciated the personal, genuine, and absolutely authentic service. No wish went unfulfilled. Everyone was enthusiastic, helpful, attentive, and consistently friendly. We never once felt like “just guests” – we always felt genuinely welcome. One example of this outstanding hospitality: during breakfast, one of the coffee machines suddenly broke down. The team responded immediately – although it's usually self-service, staff started bringing coffee directly to the tables. A small detail perhaps, but moments like these make all the difference. Sadly, there are always people who complain even in such situations – but that says more about them than it does about the hotel.

We liked everything about this hotel. I don’t want to be too enthusiastic so it stays a well-kept secret 😉 It’s a really lovely hotel with outstanding facilities. Our room was massive; more like a suite with a sofa and balcony. The welcome wine and raki was a lovely touch and this level of thoughtful service continued throughout our stay. The hotel really is beach front and there were always loungers in the shade available for us. The main pool is enormous and again, it has more than enough loungers with shade. This sounds like a minor thing but as a very fair-skinned European it really matters. Not having to set alarms for 5am to reserve sun loungers was a dream. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options. The hotel staff are really kind and thoughtful; there were older people staying at the hotel and they were helped into the sea every day by hotel staff and lifeguard - this is not something you see at many resorts and we were really impressed by their care and attention. Thoroughly recommend.

Overall, review and experience are very good. Location of this hotel is just perfect for couples who are seeking serenity to be closer to the town and closer to the night/ beach clubs.But keep on mind that when will be summer season serenity can been replaced with loud house music in one point which will come from the same clubs. Internet is ok(keep in mind we visit this hotel in the beginning of the season) Food choice it was with very good variety, but very little the F&B staff knew about the safety of the food on the buffet .(no sneeze gard) special on bread,fruts, and sweet section Mini bar in room was ok (but not restocked) every day. Love the fact that room division comes to ask about any additional towels and offers a bottle of water. Guest service relation was ok.(improving on English) I love the fact that we were upgraded to suite. Bar location was very good.(Need more training on international beverage bar Menu) Cleanliness was spot on everywhere. Pool perfect location together with all garden plants around.

International staff clearly needs more training and coaching to meet the expectations of 5 star hotels. Example English needs to be improved to all junior staff and managers, too. (Customers always right)have to be a golden role in the hospitality business.

Friendly, helpful staff always ready to please; special mention for Apostolis and Adamantia from the restaurant. Very nice room, too bad it doesn’t have a full frontal sea view. The sunbeds at the pool and bar are very comfy and very well managed so always available. The sea is wonderful, the pool too, and not too crowded either. The quiet zone and the gums are a plus. The best parking lot, you car is safe in the shadow. Great, widely varied food at breakfast and dinner.

The mattress was old and iverused so you slept like in a hole formed by previius tourists. Yhe pillows were terrible, too soft. The cocktails at the bar are not quite what they should be. The fact you have to pay even for water at dinner. Lack of entertainment in the evenings. Out of 5 nights, there was none in 3, 1 of very poor quality (a dj) and only 1 quite enjoyable (a sax player) The beach is more pebbles than sand and the entrance in the sea is quite abrupt, but ok overall.

Overpriced for what you get Young and inexperienced staff No airport transfers Average service - definitely NOT 5 star, a good 3 star for service. Food in restaurant is super expensive compared to the surrounding restaurants.

Sapcious room. Highly lighted room (sun, lamps). Very comfortable beds. Excellent location in Chanioti, just near the beach. Superb breakfast!, very good buffet dinner. Excellent facilities - pools, sun beds and umbrellas, pool towels, outdoor gym, private beach, daily music at evening, daily pilates class (for 10 Euros). Facility is cleaned all over on a daily basis.

Dozens(!) of cats hanging around, some eat from plates of the guests - one cannot understand this hotel policy. Badly effects entire stay in the hotel. Safe is not attached to the wall! Never encountered such a poor installation. Extremely expensive services (5 Euros for a bottle of water, etc.). At breakfast there are many assisting personnel around; at dinner - very few.

Clean, modern, large , liked that the car park was controlled by a person most of the day.

The car park was not easy to get in and out of. Once you parked the car, you questioned whether you wanted to get it out again… sometimes you had to park at another section, around the corner The room we were in was rather ordinary, not worth what they charge. The sun beds were also made available to non hotel patrons (as long as they bought something) which was frustrating because we were a large group and couldn’t always sit together. Brought it to the attention of management but they denied this was an issue.

We had one of our best vacations ever at Domes Noruz Kassandra from check in to check out and all the communication in between. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, the facilities and the premises are clean and beautiful, and our room had an amazing view. All of the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, but we have to single out Andreas who went above and beyond to make sure our stay is lovely and memorable, from recommendations around Hanioti to friendly conversations and meaningful gestures, all with so much care and professionalism!

We loved everything. We will be back!

Exceptionally well selected staff with a coherent and target approach to make guests feel welcomed and relaxed. Really positively surprised with the staff attitude from a hustled free check in and polite and kind response to each encounter. Lavish breakfast and dinner with huge variety of dishes. Car park and Cappuccino and Frape coffee free of charge during meals whereas in a 5 start Hotel in Thessaloniki we were charged extra. Guest relations and Catering Manager even brought me a birthday cake at my room !!!
