I absolutely loved the property! The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect – close to everything I needed, yet still peaceful and quiet. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the complimentary toiletries, fast Wi-Fi, and delicious breakfast. Overall, my stay exceeded expectations, and I can’t wait to return!

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like about my stay. Everything was wonderful, from the comfortable room to the excellent service. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Everything was amazing. Rooms were very nice, bed comfortable, everything was clean, a lot of small details which add up for a lovely stay. Location is good, close to walk to shops and restaurants, although there's a lot of steps to take, as the town is hilly, but that makes for a great view 😄 The staff were lovely, they gave us amazing recommendations on where to eat and also one of my friends accidentally forgot their key inside the room, and the lady was kind enough to come help us, although it was almost midnight.

The room was nice, clean, with a big balcony and an amazing view. The property is relatively new, well maintained and in a nice and quiet location very close to central. The staff was really helpful as well. I would definitely recommend.

Just because it is advertised as a suite, i would expect a better shower and an iron in the room. The shower was a little bit small and water could easily get out and spill the rest of the bathroom. Also for the price we paid per night, I wouldn’t expect to ask us €0.8 for additional coffee capsules.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Our room was cleaned every single day and always felt spotless. It was quite spacious with a modern interior that we loved. We had an excellent stay at this apartment! The host / owner and staff were extremely accommodating and friendly and provided great tips on local activities. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and boasted great views. Its location is perfect, just a few minutes’ walk to the main area, beaches, and restaurants. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return on our next visit

We liked everything. The room was perfect for us (very clean, perfect size) , the view was wonderful, exactly as expected. The staff is very kind and the owners are very dedicated to making you feel great and important as visitor/customer. Everything was perfect! Clean, new, modern and a great place to stay, with beautiful city/sea view from above. Kali, the owner was so lovely and informative, which made our stay even more amazing. She was always responsive and even helped us for an emergency we had at 1 in the morning. Definitely coming back again!

Very nice positioned, on a hill with view over the entire city of Neos Marmaras and amazing sunset view over Paradisos. All the rooms have sea view, so don't worry about that. Free private parking available both in front of the building and in a private locked yard nearby. The room was huge, the view is really great, the beds were comfy, it was surprinsingly quiet and well soundproofed, everything was clean. We didn't have any issues and Kali, the owner, seemed very friendly and nice.

The shower is rather small and you have to squeeze inside, quite difficult for a larger person to comfortably shower.

Lovely views of Neos Marmaras from the rooms. The rooms were very clean and modern of high standard with attention to detail. The accommodation is very close to the city centre, only few minutes walk down the stairs. Kali, the owner, was hospitable and very helpful. We would definitely love to stay there again.
