Well maintained facilites, the room was cleaned daily, breakfast was always fresh and super tasty. Staff was very welcoming, exemplary hospitality. I went with my family (wife + 2 kids) and we had a great experience overall. Highly recommended, especially for families. We all look forward to coming back here again. 10 out of 10 from us!

Pavel and his family are great hosts, very friendly and gave full service to the guests.The breakfast was good, everything that you need for good breakfast.

This charming hotel is run by a wonderfully warm and welcoming family, along with their attentive team. They went out of their way to assist us, offering excellent recommendations for hiking trails and helping with anything we needed throughout our stay. The property is spotless and beautifully maintained. Our room was spacious, well-equipped, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable – perfect for a good night’s rest. Breakfast was outstanding, easily on par with the Oniro Hotel in Toroni, despite that hotel being much more expensive. The on-site restaurant, Pizza Napolitana, was a true highlight, serving top-quality dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. While the hotel is slightly pricier than the average options in Sithonia, the value you receive is exceptional. Highly recommended.

The bathroom was spacious and well-equipped, though some of the craftsmanship and design choices could have been better.

Property new, clean, well maintained and large. More than 50 M to the beautiful blue beach 😊 hotel service indescribable. The hosts welcomed us very warmly and nicely ☺️ every morning we had a delicious breakfast prepared by Mrs Victoria🤩 right next to the terrace exit from the room we could enjoy moments by the large and clean pool 🏊 staff atmosphere 10/10! We spent one of the best holidays of our lives there and have very warm memories of Victoria and Pavel. 🌴☀️

There is nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect!

Breakfast was ok, though we've only tried it once (10EUR/pax/day was a bit on the high side). Staff was polite and helpful. Functional aircon and fridge, hot water w/ good pressure all around the clock, service/bar open until later in the night, relatively ok place to work on the terrace/

Pretty strong smell in the room on occasions, suspect it was from the aircon unit (smell was only in the room, NOT in the bathroom). Noisy guests around the pool (perhaps our bad luck), which staff only tried to quiet once we complained about it (more or less successful). Apartments are not actually two rooms - the second bed is on an iron platform on top of the main bed. Pretty difficult & dangerous to escalate for kids, heat in the afternoon was unbearable (windows faced west). Rooms and hotel in general rather small (somehow looked larger in the pics; having been there, pics are accurate, but do not provide a sense of actual sizes).

Everyone working there, so helpful and nice. We had bathrobes in the room, also an iron, which is something I have missed in so many other hotels. The location, Kalamitsi beach is 3 min walk away. And this beach is very nice, with umbrellas, sunbeds, but also place for towels, if you prefer that way. The view from the beach is beautiful and you can also do snorkeling in there. Very good value for money for this hotel

When you see it categorized as a 4 star hotel, you may be thinking of bigger rooms (especially bathroom), maybe also a more diverse breakfast. But then again, look at the price, in my opinion the value for money is excellent. Just set your expectations right, judge by price not by 4 star title

I really recommend this proprety! Hosts are very welcoming, also helped us a lot with some problems we had (no related to the hotel). Cleanness is spotless. The breakfast is great, good variety of food,great coffee. Room is comfortable, everything is new and very well decorated. I really liked that 2 beds for kids are separated, on the level above. Special plus for the room is nespresso coffee maschine in the room. Location is great, 150m from beautiful beach, restorans and shops. Very good value for money. I will definitely come here again.

The facility is located close to the beach. The hotel area was quite and nice.

The wifi signal was poor. The song playlist can be improved. During our stay, starting 9 am, we were waking up with the same songs. This gets annoying at some point. If by any chance you get 2 rainy days, you might have to take cold showers, as the water in the rooms is being heated only by solar power.
