Location was breathtaking. Modern and clean facilities. We had an upgrade to a room with sea view. Blue clear water. Exceptional quality and taste of food for breakfast. Outstanding staff, from reception, cleaners, waiters, all were very helpful, accommodating and friendly.

15€/day for parking your car. Never heard of it in my life. Coctails were abit flat. They were using fine liquors but alcohol balance was not right. Location has two major problems. 1 hotel was next to a public beach, so it becomes impossible to reach hotel because of the cars around. 2. till 2 AM, Bars/Restaurans are playing loud music, and sound insulation of the rooms are poor. The pool is almost dirty.

Everything was amazing the food was excellent, was lots of delicious and different kind of food, dessert and fresh fruit as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Manager Stefanos was always very friendly,polite and helpful with everyone. Is a big thank you from us to him!!!

Beach: Probably the best thing in this hotel. Private beach, free only for gest hotel. View, sand and sun 1 min from your room. Breakfast is great. Buffet with fresh products. Great! Room is renew, nice, clean, modern and comfortable.

Room: We paid a loy extra for view on the sea - But the view was great. Bed is too hard!!! No soft pillows!!! No Bath... Facilities - You have no shops close to the beach and you need to buy all (food and drinks) at the hotel at MAX prices... The SPA is not include... :(

The staff were excellent and friendly, always there to answer our questions. The hotel is literally on the beach which is clean and beautiful. The swimming pool was lovely, clean and refreshing as well.

Extra charges for every little thing, including parking on site (€20 per day) and excessive laundry costs (€3 to wash a single pair of pants and €3 to iron them!). The room was not the size we expected from a 5 star luxury hotel and had no iron. Our room was also not cleaned on one day which was disappointing.

Literally on the beach.Recently build or renovated.Not crowded,enough places to chill ,eat or sip a drink all by the sea.Beach bar serving to the lounges with call by button system. Not crowded beach and sea.(private beach).Good food.Good sand on beach and sea bottom(no rocks) Excellent wi fi could stream Netflix.

Bad mattress not memory foam type. Very slow elevator. Gravel a few meters at water entrance. Got bitten 4 times by something in the sea.Strangely I was the only one in my area. Air conditioning not possible to set and forget.(either too cold or too warm in the room) No remote for AC needed to get up.

Excellent location, very clean, brilliant staff (particularly Anestis and George in the pool bar). Rooms are basic but fine - very comfortable beds. Local town is a short walk up some steep steps where there are some nice tavernas and bars overlooking the sea (I’ve read reviews saying that this was a problem but for anyone of average fitness they’re fine - I wouldn’t do this in the daytime though!). Taxi €8 to Afytos arranged by the hotel - gorgeous town a little further away.

We had a sea view room and people use the beach as a party location at night - a couple of nights we were awake until sunrise when they left. As they use the public part of the beach to do this there isn’t much the hotel could do - bring ear plugs.

The beach was excellent. The best of the area. Staff was friendly.

The bathroom had a glass door with no proper isolation and you can hear and feel everything that happens inside. The room service was disorganised. One day they didn't refill with water, another day there were no towels. Be careful, do not forget anything in tbe room when checking out because you don't find anymore, since the responsible person leaves and comes back the next day, so you don't get back what you forgot in the room. All things that can be resolved with a little bit of better organized service.

Location is rhe best. Restorant stuff was exelent. Good hotel.

The best hotel in Kasandra: 1. Very god service 2. All the staff members was very helpful 3. Breakfast and diner at the very high level (only good quality served), good coffee! 4. The beach is wonderful, free sun-beds, free towels, white sand, no stones, very clean and warm water, perfect for the children. 5. A lot of activities offered 6. Live music at the bar 7. Affordable prices for extra request (lunch, coffee….) 8. The room view is beautiful, even if is not see view, all you need is provided ( shampoo, conditioner, shower gel ….), you have coffee machine in the room which is refilled every day wit capsules. 9. The location is perfect, the hotel is right on the beach, the hotel restaurant is with the beach view, so you can enjoy it all time. 10. Outside the hotel area you can find a lot of tavernas, shops, pharmacy, bars…. If I will choose Kassandra for my vacation, I will definitely book this hotel.

There is no free parking on the hotel area, so you should pay 15 eur per night, but you can choose to park your car outside of the hotel.
