It’s very central, close to restaurants and cafes

It is advertised as a place with a view to the sea and some rooms are truly Wow! From others, however, you can barely see the sea - the view from our bed was the rest of the balconies of the building. I believe this should be clear when describing the rooms as well as when setting the prices!

The room is amazing and the view even more so. Clean, new and modern furniture, everything you need, even there are things that the host didn't describe like: hair dryer, cutlery, plates, glasses, there are even toothbrush sets with paste. The maid - a cute Chinese girl, very kind, responsive and speaks good English. He was there almost all day, so he always responded if there was anything For a longer stay, perhaps only the wardrobe hanger would be small. Amazing view. Beach - 5 minutes, center - 2 minutes. I read in comments that the restaurants are very noisy - they are neither loud nor disturbing. It's a hub, it's like that all over the world in hub areas! In addition, there is a very good air conditioner, so if it bothers you, you just close the door. They didn't bother us, they even immersed us in the atmosphere In conclusion: I recommend I would love to come back here, it's even my favorite after over 10 visits to the village.

The only minus - we had a problem with the hot water. The first day there was no water the other days there was hot water but no pressure. It was not a big problem for us, as it was very warm and we were childless. The parking problem there is big, but it applies to the whole of Afitos. The host wrote that he does not provide parking and described in great detail what the time zones are for entering - there is a top center, a walking zone.

The apartment was great, spacious, very clean and comfortable. The beds and the pillows were great! We had nice sea view from the balcony. The bathroom is interesting and we got used to it. The keeping lady was very nice and friendly. The sheets and towels were changed more often than in five star hotel, we were very impressed. The owner was always on line for all our questions and was always very helpful. The location could not be better! We had parking in 5mins, the centre and all the shops and restaurants were literally two steps from the apartment. For the beaches you have to have a car - we liked siviri beach, paliouri golden beach with all the bars, but there are others closer and very nice. Even the afytos beach has its own charm and it could be great choice. We absolutely recommend Vrachos lofts.

What was so important to us as a guest on Varchos Lofts it was the housekeeping lady, she was very kind and helpful and she try to do solutions about everything we ask for. And a recommendation for that hotel wich I think is very important. It’s a beach place it’s important for them to have a place where the guests can shower after check out because check out is around 12pm and people want to spent that day at the beach till late afternoon and thay don’t have any solution for showering after the beach.

Perfect location, right above the main panoramic street of Afytos, and the sea view from the room was very nice especially during sunset. To go to the beach you go down a path very close to where the rooms are so it's very convenient for that too and leads you to the best side of the beach in my opinion. Room was spacious and with AC. And the winning part of our stay was Tatiana the lady that helps for check in and the cleaning, she was super nice, a very good person and always loughing adding a positive vibe :)

Very nice apartment, perfect sea view, very nice interior - very comfortable bed and pillows, very nice bathroom, quiet and peaceful atmosphere, excellent location concerning the best restaurants and the center of the village, very nice beach and water, overall - excellent apartment with excellent location; I can strongly recommend!!!

The Wifi signal appeared to have some temporary problems because the signal and speed were low. But this didn't have any negative impact on our nice vacation.

The view, open room style with the glass enclosed bathroom. Good AC.

No space to speak of to place personal toiletries in bathroom. Also, the hot water is hooked to the toilet so super hot water comes when flushing. Perhaps this is not the case with all rooms. The water pressure in the shower is low so it takes a bit longer to shower, but room was fine overall.

It’s a good accomodation but is overpriced. The shower had low pressure and maybe they can improve the pillows. Because we had the room in the first floor it was a little noisy.

Everything at this little and modern loft was great: the room is modern, clean, with a nice balcony and an amazing view. George, the owner, is very friendly and the communication with him, also via booking.chat, was perfect and helpfully. The room cleaning every day was very comfortable, too. We loved to stay at this nice little loft.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Vrachos Lofts - to sum it up: - we arrived by car and there is a parking area near by, maybe 2 minutes walking distance, so it was really not a big deal. - the lovely Tatjana was waiting for us and showed us our loft- very kind and nice Host! :) - the Lofts are indeed very Stylish, are equipped with the basics and have a small Balcony and view over Afytos. the bed was really comfortable. Wifi signal was good and the Shower-Room design interesting.

It was somehow weird to sit on the balcony in the evening, because beneath there is a crowded restaurant - you are basically on show the breakfast is served in boxes, which at first seemed sophisticated, but the quality of food in the shrink wrapped box was poor.
