I loved the People working there. Amazing staff. The rooms were great and clean.

You could hear the water in the pipes and noises from other rooms.

We had a wonderful time at Melis Studios. Place was exactly like in photos, very clean, with all the amenities that you may need. Kitchenette even though small, had all the essentials and whatever we needed additionally the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. We travelled for the first time with our 1 year old baby so we were a bit demanding as guests, (such as requesting different time of room cleaning due to our baby's sleeping schedule, for example, or giving us tape to protect the sockets from our baby's curious fingers) and they were happy to meet any request we had. It is a very nice place for babies/kids. Safe if you're on the upper floors, whereas there is a very nice garden area where they can play, as well as BBQ for guests to use (which we did one evening) and a nice and clean pool. At the same time beach (calm family part of the beach) is 10 minutes away on foot and so is the walking area of Kalithea. Overall, it seems like a very nice family owned place, and at the same time very professional with a proper hotel feal. Highly reccomend it if you're staying in Kalithea.

Nothing major comes to mind, justa few smaller suggestions. It would be nice if there was a safe in the room, although we didn't feel at any point that our stuff was not secure, so just as an ammenity that would add value. Also it would be nice to have a smaller pot for cooking, in case you need to prepare smaller amount of food. Good to emphasize on arrival that the kitchenette has induction stove top. At first we thought it wasn't working :)

Parking was not an issue for the car. Was able to walk to the nearby beach bar. The room was clean. But the room was tight for a family of 4, especially if they are late teens. The kids had to be separated since one twin bed is in the main bedroom with the double bed, and one twin bed in the entrance. For a short stay, it's manageable.

I didn't like the sleeping arrangements for the kids, especially when they are going out. Would have preferred the kids to be together.

From the moment I arrived, I was stuck with the beauty of the property. The building is beautifully set amidst lush greenery, creating a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped with a kitchenette, and perfect for families. The swimming pool and garden are great for both relaxation and play, making it an ideal spot for families with children. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any request. There is a perfect blend of comfort, tranquility, and family-friendly amenities. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it for families looking for a memorable stay!

I really liked the hotel. Great location, lots of taverns, restaurants nearby. The biggest store in town is a 2 minute walk away. The sea with the best beach is also very close. The beach is perfect for kids. The hotel area is very well maintained, beautiful lawn, clean pool. The room has everything for a comfortable stay. Cleaning every day, everywhere is very clean. The staff are always helpful. Very grateful for the hospitality.

Everything is great

Great location. We got a great room with enough space and good terrace. It is extremely clean and it absolutely amazing. Good job :) If the price suites you then this is great value for money.

Nothing too complain about. It can get a bit noisy do to people being people nothing that owners can do about really. WiFi is great - signal not so much - in one area you have amazing speed in other you have none. I believe the positioning of the antennas is weird. Still the best internet I got in Greek holiday apartment.

Amazingly warm people welcomed us at the hotel. It is an extraordinary hotel, you will not find a similar hotel in the whole of Kalithea, they cleaned the room for hours every day.

The location is close to the central streets, shops, pharmacies, car rentals are all around this hotel, but at the same time it is a very quiet area. The pool is also very clean, tidy and of a good size. I highly recommend this hotel

Great location, close to the beach, close to the centar. Stuff is really friendly. Rooms are just like in the pictures.

We were on the second floor so wifi only worked on balcony, but this is minor.

I stayed at the Melis- the studio with terrace for 10 nights with my 2 years old son, my mother, sister , 7 year old niece , 5 year old nephew. - Extremely clean place. -There is a jacuzzi, very clean swimming pool, nice grass field where kids can play. -The kids and also we slept great during the night. Rooms were air conditioned , cleaned on a regular basis. - Centre is 2 mins walk away- great when you're with kids like us or just tired from the beach. - If you have a car there's also nice close by places you can explore. - Nice restaurants with delicious food around. - Beach was nice sandy with clean water. - The owners of the hotels are very good people who take care of their business with their hearts. - The receptionists are also lovely and very helpful p.s I would suggest if the stay is with kids book the Studio with Terrace because the grass field is just right next to the terrace where the kids can play while you have your morning coffee or whenever, also you don't need to go up and down the stairs - it's just lot more conformable. We would definitely recommend this place!

On the way back from the beach here's a little steep heel but it would be the same with any hotel you stay at unless you're front line.

Very nice hosts. Clean apartments and super location. Lots of restaurants around. Best recommendations!
