The staff was friendly and helpful on every occasion. We booked a car and 2 beautiful cruise trips, from the reception, everything was very smooth. The resort has a wonderful garden between the reception and the rooms and beach, everything smells beautiful inside and outside. We had the choice to swim and sunbathe at the pool and directly in the sea. The water is very clean and some days when the sky is clear you can see Mt Olympus from the beach in front of the hotel. There are different entertaining activities, like water aerobics during the day, massage, sauna, different games, spaces for kids, parties at the pool. You can also find plenty of quiet places to just enjoy the breeze or read a book. The food was diverse and for every taste. The rooms are big and clean. We had a great time and would like to return.

I strongly recommend this hotel, food is excellent, rooms are comfy, pool and private beach are very clean. Everyday some sports activities by the pool, such as aquarobic, pilates and yoga were my favorites, every night music and dancing in the bar so you can not get bored. I would also recommend spa center,my therapist was Chrisa.

The hotel is like a small neighborhood with beautiful gardens and villas and is very clean, the food is great, the staff are very polite.

The wifi wasn't working at the beach and in the last 2 days we had many problems even in the room. The beach didn't meet my expectations (I expected a cleaner sea), but it was decent. The dinner doesn't include drinks (except for water), I mean for 100+ euros per night, it should also include soft drinks, coffee, tea, etc. just like for breakfast.

The layout of the hotel, it feels like you are living in a Greek village. The food was great, the pools were clean, the beach was so close. Also great entertainment, not too much or noisy. Plenty of lounges on the beach.

- weak Wifi in the room, but good signal on the beach, restaurant. - bathroom was like a 2 stars hotel one, with shower curtain and broken door, also very very small. - the pools were closed at 6pm - beach had a lot of rocks when you entered the sea, even if the sand was nice.

Great facilities for young toddlers / children with plenty of activities, very clean, super polite staff, amazing sunsets, fantastic buffet.

Internet wasn’t reliable and the room’s side garden view wasn’t that nice.

We loved the hotel. It was beautiful and relaxing. The food was overall good, the beach was nice. Coffee was very good. Staff was super nice and helpful. Lovely resort cats.

Our bed was too jumpy. When someone turns the other person can feel it. :( luckily we had a third bed in the room, which saved the day. Not many vegetarian options for dinner, this could be improved.

I liked the fact that it was so family friendly that we didn’t want to leave with the baby. Good beach with excellent pool for kids. A lot of kids and very good place to visit with a kid and the whole family.

Air conditioning, always broken or something wrong. In the hottest parts of the day, the air conditioner didn’t work and sometimes the whole day, and the staff did almost nothing to fix it, or they did and then it shut down again. And the room was properly cleaned only ones, because our baby sleep routine didn’t meet their routine and they didn’t coordinate with that at all.

Good hotel for family vacation - nice garden, kids pool area and beach. Our room was big and spacious.

Breakfast is very early - finishes by 9:30. You need to choose between good sleep or getting breakfast. Food choice in the buffet is very big, but quality is low. Most dishes were tasteless. Better reduce the number of meal options, but increase their quality.

Our room was spacious and had an amazing sea view! The staff was polite and organized a surprise birthday cake for me. The breakfast and dinner was delicious and the coffee was nice.

The property, the staff, food everything was perfect. The most valuable thing this resort has is Staff, very friendly, professional and great people. Highly recommended!!!
