The hotel is completely new and very clean, located on the hillside and has a beautiful sunset view. There are multiple pools with lovely cushioned sunbeds. The breakfast is satisfactory and the hotel bar is available for drinks and snacks throughout the day. The manager Bojan is very polite and eager to help. P.S. The whole place is very picturesque and insta worthy

The breakfast can improve. There is no water for welcome in the room. A vending machine will be a great option after the bar closes early for having beverages,considering the remote location of the property and nothing nearby. There is a coffee machine in the room but no coffee capsules for it 😕 this small thing can make big difference

The property was immaculate, everything was clean and smelt brand new. I have never felt this type of service ever, everyone was smiling asking us if we needed assistance of any kind. They were even kind enough to upgrade our room just because It was better for couples which we enjoyed. The facilities were amazing with many pools and beds inside the pool which felt amazing. We will be visiting again definitely and I would recommend you do too.

The view from of the sea and mount Olympus from the King Size Room was wonderful, we also had a big balcony with 2 sunloungers , room was decent size with the balcony considered . Breakfast was very good and you could see the sea . Room was modern and clean.

We had a car and you need a car all the beaches are at least 5-10km away the closest .

The provided facilities were great. Every section of the hotel has its own pool area to avoid overcrowding in pools. The location is great. It is conveniently situated near Sani beach, only 5mins away by car. Additionally, the customer service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist us with any requests or questions we had during our stay. This made a positive impact on our visit.

I must admit that I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The room didn't meet my expectations, and I noticed several areas that were not properly cleaned, for example the bathroom. However, the hotel is recently opened and hope the hotel management will address this issue to enhance the overall experience for future guests.

Our family stay at SaniMar, was simply unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The staff here are exceptional so friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. They made us feel at home while treating us like special guests. The location is stunning, with gorgeous views, beautiful design, and a serene atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxing. Our room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The entire resort is so thoughtfully maintained, with lush gardens and quiet corners to unwind. We especially loved how family friendly everything was. Our kids had a fantastic time, and we felt so safe and relaxed knowing they were happy. The food was another highlight delicious, fresh, and with excellent variety. Above all, what sets this place apart is the people. Their genuine warmth and hospitality made our holiday truly special. A Hidden Gem in Halkidiki – Hotel Sanimar by Mono Alex I recently stayed at Hotel Sanimar and it was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable experiences I’ve had. The hotel is absolutely beautiful — modern, clean, and perfectly designed for a peaceful getaway. The rooms are comfortable, the pools are sparkling, and the whole atmosphere is calm and serene. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the staff, especially Done and Bojan. They were beyond amazing — kind, professional, always smiling, and genuinely attentive. Their warmth and energy truly made us feel at home. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with fresh and delicious options. The pool area is a dream — quiet, clean, and beautifully maintained. Sanimar is a peaceful little paradise tucked away from the crowds, but still close to the beaches and lovely towns nearby. It’s the perfect place to switch off and enjoy pure comfort. Thank you again to the whole team, and especially to Done and Bojan — you made our trip truly special. We’ll definitely be back! Aco (Mono Alex), the owner is such a pleasant person and so friendly, he truly made incredible hotel and has so much to be proud of!

Very beautiful hotel, the grounds are lovely. Stunning views over the countryside. The pool area is really nice, lovely comfy sunbeds and good quality furniture. Our room was lovely, it had a huge balcony and overlooked the hotel pools. The bed is very comfy and the room has an iron, hairdryer etc. The cleaner was very friendly and we saw her cleaning all the time. Our room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels etc. The staff by the pool are also friendly. It is a lovely hotel if you want to relax.

We knew the hotel wasn’t in a town but there is honestly nothing to walk to at all and you definitely need a car. If you want to have a drink then getting a taxi is expensive. It was €25 one way to afytos so we ended up spending a lot of money on taxis which was a shame. We didn’t like the breakfast, all of the ‘ hot food’ was just laid out on a table and was stone cold. The cocktails are nice around the pool but expensive at €10- €12 each. A Coke is also €5! The food options are also limited and not cheap, it was €15 for a pizza round the pool. The downside of our room was that we were just off the reception and car park area which meant we were woken up at night with cars parking and driving up and down.

We found this hidden gem by chance as we needed place to rest for 1 day not far from the airport, but we will definitely visit it again after our great experience. The room we had was amazing, with exceptional view from the enormous balcony. The pool options were also great, clean and maintained. They have a bar with food available at all time during the day and can prepare as to one liking which we appreciate. And the best part were the people working there as all were so helpful for anything we needed.
