The hotel is very well maintained, the rooms are cleaned every day. The towels are changed every day. There is everything you need in the room, plates, glasses, forks, a refrigerator and a coffee machine. The owner offered us cold water when we arrived and when we left. 200 meters from the beach. At the beginning there are some stones, then it is sand. There are no sea urchins. 600 meters from the center.

The bathroom is narrow, but I don't think this will be a problem for a few days

Very clean rooms and friendly staff. The hotel is about 250m from the beach, and at the same time there is easy access to the regional road and is easy to get out and go around the surrounding beaches. Parking space is always available next to the hotel .

It would be even better if the room is equipped with a little more drawer or shelves, but it doesn't affect the overall positive impression .

It was the first time I was in this location.. Beautiful clean sea, clean beaches where there are not too many people.. Exceptional food in local restaurants.. The hotel and their staff are perfect, I would especially like to praise Savaas, the man is a legend! I think this place as well as the hotel is a very good choice for a family. Absolute recommendation!

A well-intentioned suggestion is that the automated message sent to all addresses on Booking.com creates confusion as it is not personalized. It applies to some apartments, not all units. I believe it is unnecessary and further work should be done on business communication via messages due to the very unprofessional attitude of the person responsible for it. That's why the rating is 9 instead of 10. Furthermore, the sea here is surprisingly murky, brownish-green, almost like the Danube River. There is no sense of clean seawater at all.

The hotel keeps a very high standard of cleanliness and the interior and amenities look very new. The room was very spaceous with a huge balcony, has a mini-kitchen with fridge and stove (basic kitchen equipment available) which is great for preparing some snacks or simple cooking when necessary. Breakfast is rich in choice and is usualy in the form of bufet, served in a stylish interior dinning area or outside on a very relaxing terrace. All the personell is very kind and extremely helpful. Overall the hotel meets the qualities high level hotels.

Hotel is located in Paralia Dionysiou which is a smaller village with a calmer and family vibe (with not a lot of shops or entertainment for young adults) and for transportation (bus available) is much more conveniet and rather needed to have a car also to be able to move around to other smaller towns nearby for more night life and more lively areas.

The stones in the sea, because we prefer fine sand :-) But luckily there are other beautiful beaches nearby, so that wasn't a problem either.

Really nice host. Clean. Close to the beach (3-4 minutes). Terrace with chairs. Air conditioning. Quiet area. Good for family with kids. Minimarket (Dionisos) in 50m.

There should be also a stowe for cooking.
