The staff is great and very professional. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean when we arrived. Brand new tv, a lot of kitchen hardware, air conditioning. The private beach is a 1 minute walk from a hotel, just across the street. The sunbeds are free for the guests.

The balconies are in line, separated with just a medium height wall so there is no privacy. Although the room was cleaned every day, we didn't have our bed sheets changed for the whole 7 nights stay.

Beautiful new hotel. Room is small but it has enough space for comfortable stay, everything inside is new, beds are very comfortable. Hotel have their own sunbeds on beach which is just across the street. There is free public parking near the hotel. Everyone who works in hotel is very kind and pleasant. WiFi in hotel is excellent.

It's very difficult to enter the bathroom because it's very small, you need to enter the shower cabin, so you can close the door. We were in a ground floor room, it can be very loud inside because the room is close to the lobby and the bar , and sound isolation is not that good. It doesn't have wifi on beach.

Clean, good location

Cleaning staff requires sufficient training when it comes to the "DO NOT DISTURB" and "MAKE MY ROOM" signs. Obviously, they have no idea what those two signify. We were only staying for two nights, so we put up the DO NOT DISTURB sign as soon as we arrived because we have a baby who can quickly wake up from a nap.Both days, the cleaning staff knocked on the door, asking if we needed the room cleaned. I was surprised the morning we were leaving the hotel; they knocked one time and didn’t even wait for us to answer before unlocking and entering the room. I'm not sure how that's appropriate. Goodbye, privacy. Rooms are small but beautiful.

In the hotel, everything was new, modern, and clean.

The reason why it's a 9 and not a 10 is the lack of privacy on the terrace. The terraces are practically connected, with a low dividing wall between them. Anyone can see everything in neighboring apartments. Additionally, on the ground floor, there were very loud and numerous guests with many children, so it was constantly noisy. From the pictures on Booking.com, it seemed like the hotel was right by the coast, but there is another building in front, and the rooms face other buildings. The sea is only slightly visible diagonally.

Property was very clean and a two minute walk to the beach. Hotel had beach chairs and umbrellas allocated for their guests. They had staff that would take our order for sandwiches and drinks on the beach, which was very convenient. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating!

Bathrooms were definitely on the smaller side and doors open into the bathroom, making it a little difficult to close the door once inside. But, shower size was nice and the rain shower head was great with great water pressure!

Delighted by our stay at Relax Hotel. Great view and location. Very stylish hotel with attention to small details, from the room, to reception and garden. The beach of the hotel is one of the cleanest I’ve visited. They have their own beach umbrellas with sunbeds and serve wonderful frappe. The staff was very attentive, kind, and helpful. In the evenings we enjoyed having a glass of wine and listening to our lovely hosts’ stories about the region, things to do and places to visit around. Coming back again end of this season!

The hotel is new, very close to the beach. Comfortable bed, strong air-condition, mosquitos net, electric blinds on the window, electric tent, big TV screen, good size and number of towels (3 sizes per persons - small, middle and big size). Frequency of changing towels, bed sheets and cleaning, coffee bar in the lobby etc. Nice service from hotel's staff - very pleasant and polite. Big regards to all of them.

I really missed some simple basic kitchen equipment like sink to wash dishes, toaster, place where to dry dishes and small stove (plate) to make eg. scrambled eggs/omelet. You need to wash dishes in the bathroom, which is not the best. Clips for drying towels on the terrace cold be good to have too.

Everything was perfect, the room was very well equipped and I really liked the ceiling fan as it helps with the hot weather after beach and is so much healthier that turning on the AC.

The one thing that really bothered me and it was the only reason I gave a 9 review star when really it was for 10+, at the morning around 7:30-8 the cleaning people were making really loud voices next to the front door and cleaning the reception toilets with a very strong cleaning spray and we could feel the smell of the chemicals in the room. Now, we were with a small baby of 1 year old and I was worried for her.
