Beautiful new hotel. Room is small but it has enough space for comfortable stay, everything inside is new, beds are very comfortable. Hotel have their own sunbeds on beach which is just across the street. There is free public parking near the hotel. Everyone who works in hotel is very kind and pleasant. WiFi in hotel is excellent.

It's very difficult to enter the bathroom because it's very small, you need to enter the shower cabin, so you can close the door. We were in a ground floor room, it can be very loud inside because the room is close to the lobby and the bar , and sound isolation is not that good. It doesn't have wifi on beach.

The staff is great and very professional. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean when we arrived. Brand new tv, a lot of kitchen hardware, air conditioning. The private beach is a 1 minute walk from a hotel, just across the street. The sunbeds are free for the guests.

The balconies are in line, separated with just a medium height wall so there is no privacy. Although the room was cleaned every day, we didn't have our bed sheets changed for the whole 7 nights stay.

Clean, good location

Cleaning staff requires sufficient training when it comes to the "DO NOT DISTURB" and "MAKE MY ROOM" signs. Obviously, they have no idea what those two signify. We were only staying for two nights, so we put up the DO NOT DISTURB sign as soon as we arrived because we have a baby who can quickly wake up from a nap.Both days, the cleaning staff knocked on the door, asking if we needed the room cleaned. I was surprised the morning we were leaving the hotel; they knocked one time and didn’t even wait for us to answer before unlocking and entering the room. I'm not sure how that's appropriate. Goodbye, privacy. Rooms are small but beautiful.

In the hotel, everything was new, modern, and clean.

The reason why it's a 9 and not a 10 is the lack of privacy on the terrace. The terraces are practically connected, with a low dividing wall between them. Anyone can see everything in neighboring apartments. Additionally, on the ground floor, there were very loud and numerous guests with many children, so it was constantly noisy. From the pictures on Booking.com, it seemed like the hotel was right by the coast, but there is another building in front, and the rooms face other buildings. The sea is only slightly visible diagonally.

Property was very clean and a two minute walk to the beach. Hotel had beach chairs and umbrellas allocated for their guests. They had staff that would take our order for sandwiches and drinks on the beach, which was very convenient. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating!

Bathrooms were definitely on the smaller side and doors open into the bathroom, making it a little difficult to close the door once inside. But, shower size was nice and the rain shower head was great with great water pressure!

Delighted by our stay at Relax Hotel. Great view and location. Very stylish hotel with attention to small details, from the room, to reception and garden. The beach of the hotel is one of the cleanest I’ve visited. They have their own beach umbrellas with sunbeds and serve wonderful frappe. The staff was very attentive, kind, and helpful. In the evenings we enjoyed having a glass of wine and listening to our lovely hosts’ stories about the region, things to do and places to visit around. Coming back again end of this season!

We enjoy

You go out and and 20m. from you is the seaside with lovely long walking alley left and right (if you do jogging you can't ask for more). It's full of restaurants, cafes, fast food and green parks where the kids used to run and play for hours after dinner. The hotel itself is a gem. It's new and clean and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. There is a nice lounge near the reception where you can enjoy your morning fresh juice and catch up with emails a little bit while the kids are still sleeping. Definitely worth it.

We had a wonderful stay at Plagia Relax in the last week of July. The room was as in the picture. Surprising had a huge mirror and a very big tv. The beds were comfortable. The room is cleaned every day unless you opt out. Bathroom looking great with water and everything working well. Kettle, toaster, fridge was great for breakfasts and occasional other light meals. There is a washing machine available you can use at no extra cost. But the best of all is the staff in the hotel - I think they actually checked us in before 3 pm, answered all my questions which I asked before coming and once there, gave us info on the places to eat etc. There is a building between the hotel and the beach but it still felt like we were by the sea and you can see the from the balcony anyhow. Relax had a beach area dedicated to the hotel and the girls are always there to take your orders for drinks. There is a great choice of taverns right there with delicious food for lunches and dinners. The area alone the beach is buzzing in the evening - so there is entertainment of various kinds. There were also inflatables for water fun and what appeared on the weekend to be a nightclub type of places just under 10 minutes walk from the hotel. We absolutely loved Nea Plagia and Relax with its location and facilities. We will be very happy to come again, definitely recommend and wishing you more grateful customers! There was nothing we didn’t like

The hotel was very good with great location next to the beach, they have own beach and i liked it the most beacuse it was not full with sunbads and people so you can relax with your child like it was in my situation. They have beautiful garden outside, everything i can say was perfect staying in Relax hotel.
