Very good location for quiet and relaxing vacation. Nice facilities and very polite and welcoming staff, trying their best to fulfill the visitors' needs. Good breakfast, good cleaning service, and fast wifi. The beach is a gem.

Suites could be better both in terms of design and quality (water was leaking from the shower to the bathroom floor in two different suites). The small cars which transfer customers from the rooms to the main facilities were very few during weekend. Not recommended for vacation with toddlers (i would propose some playground facilities since there is plenty of available space). Overall, it feels a bit overrated considering the price. Minor adjustments could make it an exceptional destination.

My husband and I recently stayed at Hotel Avaton, and it was nothing short of perfect. The hostess, Erini, was equally impressive with her polite and professional demeanor, making us feel welcome and well-cared-for from the moment we arrived. I think that Hotel Avaton is a wonderful choice for couples looking to unwind and indulge in a high-quality, relaxing environment. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to return!

Very polite and upcoming staff. They try to be helpful in any possible way. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Most of them have beautiful view and balcony. They have very well managed the disadvantages of having a divided hotel premises with golf carts. Very organized process of check in/out! The beach area is very well organized with attention to the detail. The beach is fully covered with umbrellas, so you do not have to move your sunbed around with the sun. The food served on the beach is of a very good quality. Another attention to the detail is that the food on the beach is served with normal cutlery and in porcellan plates. You also get the drinks in normal, not plastic glasses. The sunbeds are also very qualitative, made of real wood and well padded. On the beach between the sunbeds there is a wooden table with marbel top. All this makes the experience on being on the beach very pleasant. The water is cristal clean and clear. Another aspect of the beach positves is the presence of a fully equipped toilet and bathroom with towels for the hands. The breakfast is exeptional.

If you pay for the half board, the dinner is somehow mixed up in one menu with things you can order and some stuff for which you pay 50% off. This is really confusing and not a very good idea. The stuff is a bit pushy on leaving tips, this does not make a good impession.

The staff was so nice accommodating and helpful From all the front desk to the restaurant host and all the waiters.

At breakfast,when we asked for more coffee we were told we will have to pay for extra coffee which sound a bit surprising for such an hotel. Also the coffee capsules in the room , which we were told is only for the first day. In all the hotels and especially the relais chateau we were around the world we never got across with this pitty attitude.

The surroundings, the beach, the sea, the swimming pool, and most of it: the food. The kindness of some of the staff. Hope next time it ll be better!

Lack of communication between the members of the staff, procrastination. Lack of privacy, rooms too close to each other. There were some details not in line with the relais et chateaux standards. Except maybe for the restaurant- the property is not a relais et chateaux for sure. Moreover i received some emails where i was scolded for some of my observations- i felt like in primary school again!

Location.

IT IS A 5 STAR SHOTEL and Relais and Chateaux without coffe and water available in the room. It is for the first time when I' ve been asked to pay for coffe and water in the room.. Also at the breakfast, you have only 1 coffee per person, but you can have unlimited filter coffee, which in my opinion it is not coffee, it is dirty water. So , a piece of advice for management department: put the water and coffee in the price of the room and leave to the customer the impression that it is for free.

Staff is one of the best what we meet , very kind and to help you in any occasion Complex is very clean nice located with beautiful beach

Even we pay half board variety for dinner is not enough plus you have to pay for some kind of past and meat , in such kind of hotel i believe is should be better

No SPA, just one restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, no lobby, no swimming pool, no social space. For HB just one and the same menu for every day, the season

Everithing was exceptional and well organised,the wellcome it was very proffi. The staff was proffesional and trained well.

It wasn t especially something i didn t like. It was maybe some small "issue" like not having entertainment or not having a gym. It was more like a place where to chill but at a some point become borring. Another small issue it was the water you have to pay at lunch,or dinner when it was included the half board. The price for water is 6€ still -9€ sparkling, it s a bit ridiculous. Not having a variety of food where to chose from the half board a "no no " aswell

We spent couple of days at the beautiful resort and we appreciated the location with a very clean beach, beautiful nature, good quality of the food and wines. We want to thank the staff for their kindness such as Penny very professional hostess, Giannis the head waiter, Antonia the master of wines - very skilled sommelier and kind young staff such as Despoina and Anastasia.

There are couple of things that management should consider to improve such as: 1) Provide with complimentary water and coffee cups in the room through out the stay 2) Implement a bell at the beach which will make life easier for both the waiters and customers 3)The reception team needs to act as one team and communicate better - some staff were very friendly but others tried to talk out the mistakes and the miscommunication.
