The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, local tavernas, and the relaxing waterfront. It’s a great base for exploring the island, especially with the convenience of on-site parking, which made renting a car super easy and stress-free. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed to relax after a day out. We also loved the peaceful vibe around the property—ideal for solo travellers, couples or families looking to unwind. A special mention goes to the management team, who were always present and attentive, making sure guests were happy and well taken care of. The breakfast was fresh and tasty every morning, with a variety of options to start the day right. We highly recommend Acoya Residence Aliki Paros to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-located place to stay with friendly service and great amenities. Would definitely come back!

We absolutely loved our time at Acoya Residence! The staff were amazing, super friendly and incredibly helpful. They actually sat down with us and helped plan a daily itinerary based on what we were into, which made our days so much easier and more enjoyable. Thanks to them, we got to see some really special places we wouldn’t have found on our own. The location is perfect as it’s literally a minute’s walk from the beach, and right by Alyki, which is such a cute little town. It felt really authentic and relaxed, not overly touristy, and it was also really easy to get around the island from there. And I have to mention the breakfast that honestly was our favorite part of each day. It’s served outside in a lovely setting, and it’s à la carte with such a great menu. Everything we tried was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Overall, Acoya just had this relaxed, welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home. Would 100% stay there again!

I spent five nights at Acoya Residences and absolutely loved it. The hotel is truly beautiful, stylish, calm, and thoughtfully designed down to the last detail. The room was spacious and bright, with a charming little terrace While the bathroom was slightly small, it was modern and functional, and the overall comfort of the room more than made up for it. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the beach and the relaxed tavernas of Aliki, but tucked away enough to feel tranquil and private. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. Breakfasts were a highlight: generous, delicious, and beautifully served at the table outdoors. A special thank you to Mr. Manos, who was not only attentive but also gave us fantastic local recommendations, from secluded beaches to great restaurants, and even a magical yoga session at the stunning Mythic Hotel. His personal tips truly elevated our Paros experience. I would absolutely recommend Acoya to anyone looking for a tasteful retreat , with warm hospitality in the heart of the Cyclades. We had a fantastic stay at Acoya Residents in Peros! The property was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the area. What really made our experience exceptional was the concierge service. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided amazing local recommendations that truly enhanced our trip. From dining spots to hidden gems, every suggestion was spot on. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend Acoya to anyone visiting Peros! This accommodation is outstanding. The staff are so amazing, so helpful & kind. The position of the hotel is perfect, 2 mins from the beach and restaurants & shops. A gorgeous little town with a gentle vibe. The breakfast was massive, with so many options, truly delicious, and filled you up for the whole day. Very generous breakfast as well as an espresso coffee machine in the rooms. The 5-star sister hotel has an amazing pool with incredible vistas, Acoya offers free transportation to this pool, if you would like a swim, we highly recommend an afternoon here to relax & soak up the gorgeous views! The treatment from Acoya is 5-star And a total treat, to say the least

As it's a brand new hotel, a few things are still being attended too. My suggestion is to look at the amount of plugs in the room for the different machines to all be used easily and perhaps add some extra hooks for extra comfort. Everything else was perfect and this hotel is highly recommended

The staff, the food, the room and balcony - all really good! Only the bathroom let this hotel down (see below). The staff, especially Daniel our breakfast waiter and Esmeralda the receptionist, were just delightful, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent! A wide variety of choice, all freshly cooked.

The bathroom!!!! We would have scored 10/10 but the bathroom was just awful! Way too small with only a small hand held shower head. No room to sit on the toilet properly! Small window in the shower which looked out onto next door’s balcony!

We loved everything!!! If you are looking for somewhere in or close to Aliki don’t look any further!! Just book it! We got upgraded to an apartment when we arrived and it was so spacious and comfortable with everything you need. We had three balconies but unfortunately not enough time to enjoy them enough. We only stayed 3 nights but could have stayed a week. The location is excellent. Less than a minute walk to the beach and some lovely restaurants and bars. Aliki is a small village but really relaxed and chilled compared to some of the other towns in Paros. Even better if you have a car or scooter and you can do some exploring very close by and maybe a trip to Antiparos. The best part of this stay was the staff. I have never had a host like Manus who will go out of his way to make your holiday. He sat with us at breakfast and planned our stay with excellent recommendations and I saw him do that every morning with his guests. With the help of Carmen they organised a scooter and a boat trip for us and a very special visit and tour to their spectacular sister hotel. Alex on breakfast duty was also a gentleman with very good humour and very attentive! Overall our favourite place to stay in Paros.

Acoya was a really pleasant stay. Esmeralda and Daniel were particularly kind and attentive. There was a generous breakfast in a lovely setting, and we were very kindly upgraded to one of the apartments. The aparment was clean with basic ameneties (and nice bathroom products). It was a generous space, great balcony and was a great distance for exploring Aliki.

The rooms lacked decor detail - "refinement". While this is not an issue, and the place is good value for money, manage expectations if expecting something more glamorous!

We loved our stay in Acoya residences. Aliki is a lovely fisherman village, quiet and pleacefull. The accommodation is 100m from Beach, restaurants and all facilities. Amazing home made breakfast « à la carte ». Do not hesitate to ask the team for advices and recommandations, they will be more than happy to help you to organize your stay and are doing there best to make you feel like you are home. Nothing more to add, that’s excellent… Again, thanks to all the staff, we appreciate !
