The staff were exceptional and extremely helpful during our stay. My husband was very ill with a high temperature and confused. The staff took us to the Private hospital in Paros and then picked us up (at the std cost). He vomited in the van staff were very understanding. The room was good but due to the illness it was hard to enjoy everything.

The kitchen was very basic with no tea towel to dry the dishes. We were concerned about the water as it was cold one day so cleaning was not good. Unfortunately there was a storm our first night with sand blown in from the Sahara so it was very messy around the deck and spa not their fault. The breakfast was good but in the small area where it was set up was not very hygienic especially with children touching food.

The facilities and the staff were all wonderful! They offer luggage help and they have free parking as well. The rooms are decently sized, with modern minimal decoration. Breakfast was great. The internet in our room was great too! We truly enjoyed our stay there and we would recommend it with all of our heart.

We unfortunately had loud neighbors at night 😒 enjoying their jacuzzi until 2am every single night. We believe there should be rules on when you are allowed to use the Jacuzzi given it is outdoors and very close to other rooms. We were using ours only in regular hours. There was not any space/furniture for our luggage in the room and we couldn't find a way to shower without making a mess. The location is a short walk distance from the town. Overall, we would happily go to this hotel again. People there are very nice and friendly, and very professional!

Everything, the facilities, the location, the breakfast, the staff could not have been more helpful. being next to a winery was a bonus. The beach nearby was excellent, except for the sun beds (see below) - perhaps Zoumis could do a deal for their customers for the Sunbeds. Being able to come back to the wind protected pool every afternoon was fantastic.

Bit of a walk to the centre of Naoussa but that could also be seen as a bonus. The thought of a long walk uphill after dinner however turned me off going down there at night alone. If I had stayed longer I probably would have.

The room was great, and all, we had all we needed, good shower, a jacuzzi, a good tv to relax, and the breakfast was quite nice. The staff was amazing, everyone was so friendly, and helped us with all our needs. They did out transfer to and from the airport so it was really comfortable, do recommend.

There aren't many cons, other than it might be a bit off from the town, so wouldn't suggest if aren't up to a small walk, but nothing major. The only other negative I might say is that the bar/restaurant stay up late, which might create a bit of noise for the room we were in, but that's more due to other guests not being quiet after hours.

What an amazing property!! We absolutely loved our stay at Zoumis Residence! George and every one of the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing right from the time of booking up to the very last day. They could not have been more accommodating. From assistance with transfers or transportation needed to the service and friendliness by all the staff nothing could be faulted. We stayed in the apartment overlooking the beautiful pool with our friends in the room next to us. Beautiful days spent in gorgeous Naousa with the town a short 10 minute walk from the property. The beach is even closer - just two minutes away! Thank you George and everyone for a wonderful stay in Paros and we will definitely stay again!

Absolutely nothing!!

The friendliness of staff and eagerness to help. The hotel was immaculate and in a great location. We loved our stay!

The only improvement could be the breakfast. The coffee was luke warm when poured from the dispenser and the buffet would run low of food very early such as chopped fruit with the greek yoghurt. This is not a big grumble as the whole ambience and kindness of the staff made up for this.

Our second visit to this lovely place. Staff are all lovely. It's kept super clean. The rooms are really nice, great pool and bar which does a good selection of food for lunch/dinner. Lots of choice at breakfast with bacon, eggs, yoghurt, fresh fruit, cakes etc. 5 minutes walk to the beach (I heard the sunbeds are expensive) and 10 minutes into Naousa which has a huge selection of bars and restaurants

Sunbeds are uncomfortable - thicker mattresses needed.

Our stay at Zoumis Residence was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay very memorable. We honestly can't say enough positive things about our stay there. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, but it was the exceptional service that made all the difference. The room was spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We booked the room with a private jacuzzi and it was so nice to have this. The hotel’s location was ideal as well, being so close to close to the town and beach. A special mention to the manager, George, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. His dedication to ensuring we had an amazing experience was much appreciated. George was very attentive, always available to offer assistance, and took care of every detail - whether it was helping us with recommendations, ensuring all our needs were met or organising taxis for us. George made us feel completely at home. We stayed for three nights and wish we could have stayed longer! We would highly recommend this hotel, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be returning. Thank you again to George and the entire team for making our stay so memorable!

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Zoumis is in a good location, being easily walkable into town and right next to the local winery. Breakfast was good and despite the self-service area being narrow, it was fairly easy to manage. The staff were very helpful, particularly those working 'front of house' at breakfast, at the bar and reception. Clearly a family business, we appreciated the great service - thanks George!

Unfortunately, some of the facilities expected in our booking were not available however this was dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. The daily cleaning was fine but had some odd random occurrences with the conditioner in the shower being replaced by hand cleaner and body lotion by the sink being replaced by shower gel.
