The location was absolutely amazing. It is 5 minutes away from Naoussa centre with all the restaurants and shops. Also, there is a nice beach (very clean, crystal clear water) only 5 minutes away with less tourists and very enjoyable (better than the famous ones full of people). You can rent some deckchairs for the day from other hotels with beachfront between 20-35 euros depending on how many people you are. The staff is great! Everybody is here to help you from the arrival to the departure. We had a plane at 6AM in the morning and they helped us get a cab and check out at 4AM.

We went with our two children 10 and 12 in September. The staff were so friendly and accommodating to every need we had. It’s like the property thought of everything. The breakfast each morning was so lovely and everything you’d want is yogurt, cereal, nuts, grains, fresh juice, eggs, cheese, meats, toast, coffee etc we hired beach towels for a few euro which came in handy as we didn’t bring our own. 4minute walk into the heart of naoussa. Parking area for the hotel.

The location was phenomenal, walking distance to Naousa town and to the beach. The pool area was clean and relaxing with the option to purchase snacks and drinks. Breakfast was delicious and the service was wonderful. Our room got cleaned thoroughly every single day, which was so nice after coming back from a day of exploring to a clean room. All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating, going beyond to make sure we were happy.

Not that we didn’t like but what could they do the improve? Two things… - serve drinks around the pool (instead of us having to go order) - cover the hot tubs during the day so birds don’t poop in them. Also allow for heat adjustment and for the lights to be turned off

The Residence is very well located, being a very short walk to Naoussa town. We appreciated the pick up from the port as we arrived by ferry. We stayed in the Superior Double Room with hydro-massage hot tub. The room was very clean and comfortable. What we loved most during our stay was the personalised welcome, the generous and kind and kind attention from the team that manages the property without being invasive. We also loved the very close proximity to the car and quad bike rental that made it super easy for us to travel around the island. The residence doesn’t have a restaurant, however, they do provide snacks during the day (I highly recommend the club sandwich). In addition, Naoussa town has many restaurants to offer so you can easily find delicious food in a few short minutes.

Very good breakfast with fresh orange juice and various types of eggs preparations without extra charge. Hotel is conveniently located, short walk to centre of Naoussa and easy exit by car towards other island destinations. Quiet and clean accommodation.

1. Double bed was rather narrow. Bed width looked to me 1.60m rather than 1.80m (which is standard in hotel accommodation). In addition, the mattress topper was less wide than the mattress by some 10 cm which led to a feeling of sleeping on a 1.50m wide bed, which is substandard for two persons. 2. Breakfast is served until 10:00, which is too early for summertime in Greece standards. Should be until 10:30. 3. Noise from the machine for the pool was audible in the room till 20:30. The machine and the noise stops after.

Hotel was great. Its in a great area, close to the main part. Close enough to lay by the pool for the day and go in/out for coffee or lunch. Sergio was amazing - he looked after our group. We stayed in the larger apartment room. Large 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The balcony over lookin the street. The pool and lounges were great. Breakfast was yum. Comfy beds, great air-con and yummy drinks by the pool. Would highly recommend and would stay again. They helped us with transfers to/from airport and Ports. And also for our large group to go to different towns for dinner etc. Restaurant and small grocery store across the road and 5mins walk to a beach if you wanted a change in scenery.

The property was clean, well maintained, staff were courteous and friendly. Our suite had two bedrooms and a beautiful balcony with a hot tub. Felt very luxurious. Breakfast was delicious. This property is family owned and the entire family goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.

The owner Themis was amazing!! He helped us book a boat trip, provided restaurant recommendations, and made sure we had a relaxing stay. The rooms were clean and modern, we booked a suite with a hot tub and it was a nice way to relax at the end of the day.

Lovely rooms , clean but very high uncomfortable pillows. Hotel is picturesque , stuff is lovely , the jacuzzi in the room is very nice and warm too! 9out of 10

The pillows are all very high and uncomfortable. There should the 2 sets , the one they have is great for sitting in bed and the 2 nd one , low for a good sleep !
