Alexandra was such a great host. Very friendly and helpful, made us feel very at home. The room itself has everything you need and is comfortable and very clean. The location in Parikia was beach side and close to the port so nice and easy to walk straight to a beach club or catch a bus to Naousa. Alexandra was so welcoming and showed us great kindness, we were very fortunate to have stayed at her place. Would recommend to anyone!

The room was a good size. The beds were comfortable. We did get a good sleep as a result. The bathroom was also a good size. The rooms do look dated but you can easily overlook look it with the quality of the amenities, cleanliness and working order of everything placed within the room. The owner and her son greeted us as soon as we arrived and were very welcoming. They were always available with any questions we had. This also helped put us at ease.

Our stay with Alexandra was absolutely amazing. The room was comfortable and the location was great (10 minute walk to center of Parikia). Alexandra and her son were super helpful, they even accommodated us for a last minute extra night when our ferry to another island got cancelled. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Parikia, we would 100% recommend Alexandra’s rooms!!!!

I went to the property and the owner showed me my room and it was not align with my expectations , she proposed me to give my money back then she found a solution, she was enough nice to find me another place to stay at Stella hotel next to her very fast.

Alexandra was not able to give another room to me in her facility as she she said she’s fully booked but as I mentioned She was very nice to find me another place to stay next to her in a second . I really do appreciate her gesture about that .

Location was great - pretty much on the beach with view of sunset each evening. You can swim over an archaeological site and see it from the balcony! Close to port, car hire, restaurants and shops. Huge balcony with hammock. Kitchen was well equipped. Service was good from a dynamic host and the maid very accommodating. Surprisingly quiet at night considering the location.

Parking is hit and miss if you have a car. Need to take what’s available on the street. But usually can find somewhere close and if not then there’s an unofficial car park 5 mins walk away. Tiny weeny little ant problem. Easily cured though. It was so small I didn’t bother telling the host. Pretty sure she’d have been right on it if I had.

Alexandra is the kindest, most generous and most helpful hostess I have ever met, and her son is following in her footsteps. She helped with so many practical things that made my stay delightful, and her recommendations for places to visit was spot on. The room is also clean and well kept, she thought of every detail. Practical and convenient location: 10 min walk to the port and old town, 2 steps away from the beach. I would definitely stay there again next time I visit Paros

The hospitality was far greater than a ten.. Wonderful host to accommodated.Every need really appreciated the friendliness.The knowledge and it made you feel like you were staying at someone's home, Beautiful view of the sea.

I really have no complaints.The only thing for me the bed might have been a little soft, but other people like beds that way..

Perfect location and wonderful family owned business. Rooms were updated sleek and clean. Included many of the little things that you forget you need like bottle openers, toiletries and vanity kits. Was great to have the space located with a view of the sea and beach. Also nice to have a laundry lime so that I could do laundry daily and not bring as many clothes. Nice common sitting area I could use after checkout and before ferry. Alexandria and her husband were delightful!

That it wasn’t duplicated everywhere I went! Would love to have had her in each town I went!

We had a very pleasant stay! Alexandras is at a mostly peaceful beach with some lovely cafés and tavernas surrounding it, but also just minutes walking distance from the port and center of Parikia! •The staff was very friendly! Our boat arrived very early, and we were able to store our luggage there first, and they did what they could to have us check in sooner and also brought our luggage upstairs •The room was clean and the beds increadibly comfortable!

• The wifi was not the best. We wanted to stream a movie because it was raining all evening, but it was impossible. As we were only staying for one night, we didn't want to go and complain about it, but it's something to keep in mind. • We booked a "seaview" room instead of the "partial seaview" room but found the "sea view" part a little underwhelming. You technically can see some sea, but the room is located more at the back and quite low. The "terrace" is a table and chairs outside your room by the hall so you wouldn't really sit there, and that's also where the window is located, so you barely would have it open. There is also a tree growing right in front.

Good location, a few minutes walk from the ferry and the town centre. Alexandra was very friendly and helpful, and the place was thoroughly cleanes every day. The beach was just a few meters across the road

Some plates and cutlery would have been great for making light snacks
