I recently stayed at Hotel Zannet and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations! The photos online really don’t do it justice, as the rooms have been fully renovated and look even better in person. The furniture and bathrooms are all brand new, and the showers now feature sleek glass enclosures instead of the bathtub curtains, making them more spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect, quiet with a stunning sea view, and it’s conveniently close to the port, so you can even walk there with your luggage. It’s right in front of the beach, so you fall asleep to the soothing sound of the waves and there’s no annoying noise. The owners are incredibly kind, and there’s a lovely bar right under the hotel, always open for drinks by the sea. I would give it more than five stars if I could!

Loved this hotel! Rooms were very spacious and clean. Balcony on the ocean front was really nice with 2 chairs, a table, and a drying rack for your bathingsuit. Rooms were freshened up each day. The owner was very nice and accommodating. They even provided beach towels upon request. Quiet area not right at the port. A little bit of a walk to get to the center, but right on the beach which I liked better. Restaurant downstairs had good food at a good price. Would recommend staying here.

Only thing is I would prefer a black out curtain for the balcony doors/shutters. But with the sheer curtain and shutters it wasn’t bad.

The apartment and hotel was in a great location, right on the beach and not far from the Ferry terminal - about a 5 minute walk. The hotel has a great restaurant and is clean and well kept. The room was tidy, clean and seemed newly renovated. It has a sea view and a balcony which was lovely. The aircon worked well and also the wifi.

When you are on the balcony, there is no privacy from the room next door. either a cloth or a glass panel would work well to seperate them more. Other than this, everything was perfect. As it is on a busy road, it could be a little noisey at times.

We loved our stay at this hotel! Beautiful room with a comfortable bed and plenty of space/storage, and a lovely balcony overlooking the ocean and beach below. Bathroom newly renovated and had great amenities - very modern. Cleaning was exceptional, with daily room cleans and the rest of the hotel always spotless. Staff were so friendly and helpful with excellent local recommendations. And the location was perfect!! Right across the road from a nice little beach to swim at and relax on, but a very easy stroll to the port, bus stop, and town. Lots of lovely bars/restaurants around and supermarket very close. No complaints at all - highly recommend! We would return in a heartbeat 😊

A lovely hotel full of character, five minutes walk from the ferry terminal. Beach in front of hotel. Private balcony perfect for sunset watching. Room cleaned and towels changed every day. Centre of town and bus terminal near ferry terminal and so only five minutes walk away. A warm, friendly, centrally located place to stay.

I had nothing to complain about. Previous comments have mentioned the miniscule shower it has not gotten any bigger but,hey, the view from the balcony makes up for that!

Met with a glass of chilled water when we arrived which was welcome as it was pretty hot. we were shown to our room by Nicholas who was really friendly and helpful. Loved our balcony with sea view. Room was cleaned and fresh towels provided each day. The bed was big and comfortable with good cotton sheets. Had drinks in the bar downstairs ( which was never noisy, though our room was above it). It was a nice walk to Parikia centre by the sea.We extended our stay we liked it so much.

Hotel Zannet is as close as you will get to a great hotel in Greek style and culture - it is frequented by locals as a favorite destination for coffee/breakfast and meeting. The location is idyllic - across the road from the beach and within walking distance of supermarkets and shops. The room was clean and serviced daily, fresh linen, towels and toiletries. Good variety of restaurants are within 10-minute walk of the hotel. We had perfect views of the beach. What sets Zannet apart from the rest are the staff - Niko and his team are beyond exceptional. We had a long list of personal requests and they attended to each and every one including providing us with a Kettle, cutlery and crockery to ensure we could wake up to coffee on our verandah, overlooking the beach, and having a light Greek breakfast before setting off for the day. The breakfast, lunch and dinner menu cater for every taste, but the quality of the food was the best we had in Paros, and at the most reasonable rates. When we return to Paros, we will be staying at Zannet again.

A swimming pool is always a treat in summer but they are rare in Parikia and with the beach so close it was not an issue.

The staff were incredibly kind and the location was great, especially for a solo traveler. Walking distance from the port and old town and right across from a small beach. The view from the balcony was great and there is a small restaurant below that was great for getting a coffee and taking in the views. The rooms were clean and a great value for the price. I would stay here again without a doubt.

The personnel is really nice and helped me whenever I asked for something. The view on the terrace to the sea is amazing and the hotel is nicely located close to Parikia, but still far enough to enjoy the quiet.

The shower was a bit difficult to manage, but the personnel was already trying to fix it, so this should not be an issue anymore.

I was very happy with Hotel Zannet. My friends and I were able to get beach front rooms with these amazing balconies where you can watch the sunset. We requested rooms near each other and we did in fact get rooms right next to each other. The bathroom was a little run-down but nothing you could not cope with. Staff was super friendly and rooms were always clean. There is a little restaurant right under the hotel which was very convenient for a quick breakfast or lunch. The hotel is a 10-15 min walk into the main town/port. If you arrive by ferry it is an easy walk to the hotel. The beach is literally right across the street which was amazing as well. Overall, great place, I recommend it!

The bathroom was run down, the shower scared me a little but still useable !
