We loved our stay at this hotel! Beautiful room with a comfortable bed and plenty of space/storage, and a lovely balcony overlooking the ocean and beach below. Bathroom newly renovated and had great amenities - very modern. Cleaning was exceptional, with daily room cleans and the rest of the hotel always spotless. Staff were so friendly and helpful with excellent local recommendations. And the location was perfect!! Right across the road from a nice little beach to swim at and relax on, but a very easy stroll to the port, bus stop, and town. Lots of lovely bars/restaurants around and supermarket very close. No complaints at all - highly recommend! We would return in a heartbeat 😊

Hotel Zannet is as close as you will get to a great hotel in Greek style and culture - it is frequented by locals as a favorite destination for coffee/breakfast and meeting. The location is idyllic - across the road from the beach and within walking distance of supermarkets and shops. The room was clean and serviced daily, fresh linen, towels and toiletries. Good variety of restaurants are within 10-minute walk of the hotel. We had perfect views of the beach. What sets Zannet apart from the rest are the staff - Niko and his team are beyond exceptional. We had a long list of personal requests and they attended to each and every one including providing us with a Kettle, cutlery and crockery to ensure we could wake up to coffee on our verandah, overlooking the beach, and having a light Greek breakfast before setting off for the day. The breakfast, lunch and dinner menu cater for every taste, but the quality of the food was the best we had in Paros, and at the most reasonable rates. When we return to Paros, we will be staying at Zannet again.

A swimming pool is always a treat in summer but they are rare in Parikia and with the beach so close it was not an issue.

A lovely hotel full of character, five minutes walk from the ferry terminal. Beach in front of hotel. Private balcony perfect for sunset watching. Room cleaned and towels changed every day. Centre of town and bus terminal near ferry terminal and so only five minutes walk away. A warm, friendly, centrally located place to stay.

I had nothing to complain about. Previous comments have mentioned the miniscule shower it has not gotten any bigger but,hey, the view from the balcony makes up for that!

Met with a glass of chilled water when we arrived which was welcome as it was pretty hot. we were shown to our room by Nicholas who was really friendly and helpful. Loved our balcony with sea view. Room was cleaned and fresh towels provided each day. The bed was big and comfortable with good cotton sheets. Had drinks in the bar downstairs ( which was never noisy, though our room was above it). It was a nice walk to Parikia centre by the sea.We extended our stay we liked it so much.

I was very happy with Hotel Zannet. My friends and I were able to get beach front rooms with these amazing balconies where you can watch the sunset. We requested rooms near each other and we did in fact get rooms right next to each other. The bathroom was a little run-down but nothing you could not cope with. Staff was super friendly and rooms were always clean. There is a little restaurant right under the hotel which was very convenient for a quick breakfast or lunch. The hotel is a 10-15 min walk into the main town/port. If you arrive by ferry it is an easy walk to the hotel. The beach is literally right across the street which was amazing as well. Overall, great place, I recommend it!

The bathroom was run down, the shower scared me a little but still useable !

The location is amazing and the staff are super friendly. The room was cozy, and although small it didn’t feel too cramped. It was nice and clean, and the little balcony was perfect for an evening beer or a morning frappe.

To nitpick, the shower was probably the only thing that could be improved - the water pressure was low, and it was a tight fit (and if wanted to close the shower curtain, you needed to close the window).

Close to the port (we just walked to the hotel when we hopped Off from the ferry) in Parikia and the ktel bus station (7 mins walking), front beach, you can walk easily everywhere to get what you need. Everything was clean and the stuff amazing! When we arrived it was the middle of the day and they gave as cold water in the room! They Even let us to leave our luggages there after check Out and Also use bathroom to change and everything So we can enjoy the rest of the day in Paros, since we had our ferry At midnight almost! I would definetly choose to stay here again!

One of my favorite Hotels so far! Me and my friend (2 women in our early 20s) felt very safe and welcomed by the owner and employees. The rooms were very clean and our balcony overlooking the garden was amazing to sit on and relax. They provided us with everything we needed and really amazed us with their hospitality and kindness. Once we brought our leftovers from the leftovers and they heated it up and toasted some bread for us and we all ate together in the dining room. The breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea is a must (especially the omelette) and the server was one of my favorite people on the island. We got a very helpful introduction from the owner/ manager on restaurants, taxis, things to do etc. Parikia was our favorite town to stay at in Paros. Restaurants etc. were within walking distance and the bus takes you to any other village you want to visit.

This is a lovely little hotel right across from the beach and just a 5 minute walk to the port. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, my room had a balcony overlooking the bay, and the location was perfect for exploring Paros, which is an even nicer island than I'd expected, I think even greener than Naxos. I'm an American, and I like to stay in family owned and smaller hotels. Hotel Zannet far exceeded my expectations and is just an amazingly good deal. Book a nice room and stay there if you can!

A lovely beachside hotel within a few minutes walk of Parikia. Nikos and his team are fantastic. We had a room on the front with a great balcony.

Nothing really, for the price, the hotel was exceptional. A kettle in the room would he nice, but it's not really an issue. I didn't ask about one either, so maybe they did have them for guests.
