The rooms were very comfortable, the shower and bed superb. The small balconies, the daily cleaning, the location was a big bonus. The best part of the stay was the kindness and the courtesies of the the hosts. Both Niko and his wife were absolutely fantastic and made us feel like friends staying over at their place. they gave us excellent recommendations on beaches to visit, the itinerary and the places to eat. They even helped us with beach chairs, umbrellas and towels which made it so convenient for us to do beach hopping. We left behind a pair of shoes, and they took the trouble of arranging to send them through the Blue Star ferry to us at Santorini. Paros is a must visit with amazing beaches like Kolymbithres, Golden beach, Faragas; the sunset at Lefkes, the town of Naousa , and with a trip to antiparos and the amazing beaches.

Property is 13 mins walk from the port, but is close to lots of good restaurants nearby. Room is clean and spacious, can definitely fit more than 2 people. A little balcony area and patio area with outdoor dining was available. Because there was an electric stove, we were able to make a simple breakfast and eat in the patio area. The beach is less than 5 mins walk, and you can see the sunset there. Our host Nic waited to welcome us in the evening, and told the time to walk us through recommendations food/bar/beaches. Also noted that bus to Naoussa stops in front of facility at asterisk times. Hosts are responsive and kind. There is parking in front of property.

No ventilation in the bathroom except window, people walking by can hear you via said window.

Nautilus Apartments Our stay at Nautilus Apartments in Paros, Greece was incredible due to our comfortable room and Eve’s warm hospitality and care. Eve organized a wonderful shuttle for the five of us adults to Nautilus. When we arrived, we appreciated the modern amenities of our suite which was spacious and clean. The shower pressure from the rainforest shower head was strong and our beds were very cozy - both were welcomed after a long day of sightseeing. Housekeeping was on top of it with cleaning the rooms daily. Eve was gracious to share history of different areas we were visiting, along with spot-on restaurant recommendations. There was a morning we needed pepper for cooking eggs, not that it was important as we had salt, and Eve drove to a local supermarket to get us a new bottle! Over-the-top amazing service! If you’re considering a stay in Paros, Greece, look no further. You’ll be well cared for by Eve’s hospitality. When we visit Paros again, we’ll definitely be booking at Nautilus Apartments again!

There’s nothing we disliked.

The property is very well located if you want to spend your days at Livadia beach and your evenings in the centre of Parikia. The room itself was spacious, clean and had everything you needed. We didn't use the small kitchen for cooking, but it seemed to be well stocked with pans and cutlery. The staff was very helpful and kind. The one or two minor issues we had were quickly taken care of. Definitely a place to recommend and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

If you have noisy neighbors then you will be able to hear them quite well. Luckily ours were pretty quiet after 23:00 so it didn't bother us at night. The road in front of the apartments is regularly used, so be mindful of that while walking because there isn't a pedestrian path.

It was a fantastic comfortable stay, very convenient and walking distance from the port! The room was VERY clean, including the floor which isn't usually the most clean in other accommodations. The bed was ultra comfortable, seriously the MOST comfortable bed ever (and I travel the World). The shower was hot and pulsating. The room had a nice patio with views, and also a kitchenette to cook/warm your own foods. The owners were quite helpful with any of my questions, touring needs, alternative suggestions for my best experience during my stay. On my final day there, my ferry wasn't leaving until the night, yet the hotel let me keep my room that entire day for no extra charge, allowing me to rest/pack/freshen up for my long ferry ride back to the mainland. I left completely rejuvenated and ready to handle my full day of travel to return back home.

All was beyond perfect. I am picking my brain for any possible constructive criticism to offer, but there is none.

The best thing for me was the service at Nautilus Suites! The lady at reception was so super helpful, walking through restaurant and bar recommendations, and the bus routes, stops and timetable which was super helpful for me because I didn't hire a car. Another guy that I met showed me where the nearest bus stop was and he also enabled for me a later check-out. The suite itself was also very good - super clean and neat, and the facilities were all very modern. It also had a little kitchenette had everything you needed to make small meals, packed with pots, pans, plates, cutlery, bowls etc. They have 2 Nautilus Suites in Paros, and the one I stayed at was about a 10-15 min walk away from the port which I didn't mind. Overall highly recommended staying there!

The owners were some of the friendliest people we have met, kind enough to let us go straight to our room and pay in the morning as we arrived late from a delayed ferry. Offered great advice and recommendations with maps and bus timetable. The room was lovely and made up so well every morning. Really enjoyed the patio with the table and sun lounger! Such a good location super close to the beach and <15 mins from the port!

We loved its central location, walking distance to the port, hustle and bustle of the nightlife and close to restaurants and supermarket. We found a place to park our rental car for our day trips. The place is well maintained equipped with all basic amenities and spotless clean. We loved the balcony for morning coffee and the view overlooking the garden. Highly recommend this place!

It was all perfect

Lovely studio apartment a short walk from Parikia port, friendly owners who gave us some great recommendations of beaches towns and the most idillic restaurants to visit on this beautiful island. The apartment was a modern style spotlessly clean, we had a balcony and a terrace area to enjoy sitting outside. The owner was very nice and gave us a lift to the port with our luggage.

The property location is too good, everything nearby. The host is super good and helpful. Good and clean room, spacious and have a functional kitchen with all things you require. Walking distance to beach, super markets and restaurants. The location is at a walking distance from the Paros Port
