This property is a quiet, family run hotel, close to the port, close to the centre of Parikia and also very close to a beach. There are many nice restaurants and several markets nearby. The main bus station is also near, which is very convenient for people who want to travel by bus to the other parts of the island. The room I stayed in was nice, spacious and clean, with a fridge, TV, good air-conditioning, recently renovated, and with a nice balcony. There’s also a pleasant common terrace with nice greenery where guests can enjoy their breakfast served by the hotel. The owners are very nice and polite, ready to help you with whatever you might need.

Our hotel and room were very clean and centrally located to stores and restaurants and bus station. There is also a beach very close to the hotel. The hotel staff helped us with our bags during check in and even delivered our heavy bag to the port area when we checked out. It is a family owned business and they were so friendly and offered some suggestions to explore the rest of the island. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to other travelers.

From the hotel you can easily reach Parikia city center if you go on the left, while you can have more quite and isolated locations (cafes / restaurants) if you go on the right. You’re right in the centre, surrounded by very good tavernas and 10 minutes only away from the port. Last but not least, the room was perfect ! Very clean. What makes it special is Spyros!! Very hospitable and friendly, always ready to give you help or suggestions. Thanks Spyros for being so friendly !!! We will be back to your hotel when in Paros again ☺️

We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights and we were very satisfied with the hotel. The room there was very clean and we felt comfortable there. The people as well were very welcoming and nice to us. We went in easter and they were kind enough to offer us cookies and eggs. They were also very helpful, advising us on what to do and where to visit. As well as giving us the bus timetable which was very helpful to us. We highly recommend Aratos Hotel.

Upon arrival I was given an early check in, without even asking. The room was spotless, WiFi great and a balcony . Short walking distance from the ferry port ca 5 min, restaurants nearby , beach and city center. The owner was very friendly and helpful with maps and bus time table. Although I didn’t have full breakfast there was an option to have a coffee. Also bar facility. I highly recommend.

This is not "only" a hotel. Please consider this more as an experience of the kind and wonderful hospitality. It is family owned and the owner and his staff did everything to male me feel welcome, by heart. For sure it not a luxurious stylish hotel but it is not anonymous, its very good located, it is very clean and as said - hospitality by heart

The staff is very helpful. For Spyros no question is a problem and we find a solution. He explains the neighbourhood and helps with what ever he can. Walking distance to Beach, Port, Bus, Restaurant, Shops and CBD. Great location. I found the triple room just big enough for two because if you have too much luggage it could be a problem.

I think the mattress is to hard and you can feel the springs and pillows are not comfortable at all. I was lucky that Spyros found a topper what made it better, thanks.

Lovely clean rooms. Very welcoming and friendly man at reception when we arrived, told us about all the bus routes and gave us some food recommendations. Shower was small but definitely made up for it with the water pressure! Close to town and nice restaurants just outside of the hotel! Would stay again!

One tiny thing is that there wasn’t an iron available but the kind lady at reception did tell us there was a wedding on so they were probably taken up with that group.

Everything was great. We enjoyed our stay. The room is big, good space for storage. The bed very comfortable. The bathroom also nice. The host was incredibly kind and nice. He made us feel at home. The location is perfect, walking distance from the port and the centre of the town.
