We were very happy with our stay. Excellent value for money. The location is just a few doors back from the waterfront and an easy walk to great restaurants, supermarkets and the Parikia Port and Square. The old town is fascinating. Our host, Spiros, was particularly helpful recommending great beaches to visit and a must, the Panagia Ekatontapiliani church (the oldest church in Greece), Is one of the best preserved Paleo-Christian monuments to see and is just nearby. This hotel is not 5 star but this is reflected in the moderate nightly rate. It's very well run. Thanks again, Spiros.

Nothing.

This is a lovely, family-run hotel very close to the beach. Many of the rooms have been recently renovated and they are clean, comfortable and everything works well. There is a pretty garden patio and breakfast is available. The hotel is excellent value, and the host is an absolute gem! He is so kind and helpful. When we arrived he gave us a map of the island and a bus schedule and told us places of interest. Later, when we needed something printed, he helped us with that. Then we needed to go to the medical clinic and he drove us there and back, and also drove us to the ferry. I would rate his kindness at a 100 out of 10!

This property is a quiet, family run hotel, close to the port, close to the centre of Parikia and also very close to a beach. There are many nice restaurants and several markets nearby. The main bus station is also near, which is very convenient for people who want to travel by bus to the other parts of the island. The room I stayed in was nice, spacious and clean, with a fridge, TV, good air-conditioning, recently renovated, and with a nice balcony. There’s also a pleasant common terrace with nice greenery where guests can enjoy their breakfast served by the hotel. The owners are very nice and polite, ready to help you with whatever you might need.

Cozy interiors, very clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful, especially with explaining buses and ferries to get around the island. So nice to have a balcony. Perfect location in Parikia only a short walk from the ferry stop. Felt super safe for us girls!

A bit on the smaller side but looked as advertised. Needed key card to activate electricity in the room which meant fridge turned off when out of the apartment.

Our hotel and room were very clean and centrally located to stores and restaurants and bus station. There is also a beach very close to the hotel. The hotel staff helped us with our bags during check in and even delivered our heavy bag to the port area when we checked out. It is a family owned business and they were so friendly and offered some suggestions to explore the rest of the island. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to other travelers.

We stayed in room 16 with views of the hills on a nice, spacious balcony. Near to the seafront, and close to all local amenities, and a supermarket. The room was of a decent size. Good shower. No lift and Spiros, the owner and Fotini,the second-in -command were extremely professional, and friendly. We were made to feel comfortable and safe, as older travellers. Recommended.

Having to leave..

From the hotel you can easily reach Parikia city center if you go on the left, while you can have more quite and isolated locations (cafes / restaurants) if you go on the right. You’re right in the centre, surrounded by very good tavernas and 10 minutes only away from the port. Last but not least, the room was perfect ! Very clean. What makes it special is Spyros!! Very hospitable and friendly, always ready to give you help or suggestions. Thanks Spyros for being so friendly !!! We will be back to your hotel when in Paros again ☺️

The owner let us check in early which was really helpful as we arrived at 10am, he was really helpful giving us advise on bus routes and places to visit, and he was very welcoming. Great quiet air con in the room. Fotini was lovely and went out of her way to get some tonic water so I could have a gin and tonic.

Bathroom a little dated but a very minor point

We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights and we were very satisfied with the hotel. The room there was very clean and we felt comfortable there. The people as well were very welcoming and nice to us. We went in easter and they were kind enough to offer us cookies and eggs. They were also very helpful, advising us on what to do and where to visit. As well as giving us the bus timetable which was very helpful to us. We highly recommend Aratos Hotel.

Upon arrival I was given an early check in, without even asking. The room was spotless, WiFi great and a balcony . Short walking distance from the ferry port ca 5 min, restaurants nearby , beach and city center. The owner was very friendly and helpful with maps and bus time table. Although I didn’t have full breakfast there was an option to have a coffee. Also bar facility. I highly recommend.
