Wow wow wow! I 100% recommend this hotel. It was my first time in Greece, and I can honestly say I’ll be coming back, and definitely staying at this hotel again! The staff was incredibly kind and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. A special shoutout to Anthi at the front desk, thank you for the amazing treatment and all your help during my stay. I went to Greece to celebrate my birthday solo, and they gave me great recommendations and made my day extra special. We really loved this hotel! It’s beautifully designed inside, and our room was spotless — the bathroom was also very nice. I especially appreciated the daily housekeeping and fresh towels every day, which made the stay even more comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, especially Maria — she made us feel very welcome! The location is also excellent: just a 10-minute walk from the port, the main bus stop, and Parikia’s charming downtown. There are tons of great restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast is available for an extra charge. It was quite simple, but for €15, it’s a decent option if you want something convenient to start your day.

The location is fabulous: walking distance from the ferry terminal, bus station, major sights, restaurants, supermarkets, and a good beach. The hotel has clean, compact, utilitarian rooms—each with refrigerator, coffeemaker, and private patio table with laundry line chairs—and a beautiful common courtyard shaded by bougainvillea. Our patio was good for breakfast hanging swimsuits, towels, and hand laundry. We also enjoyed the courtyard, where they serve breakfast, though most of our family (we took 2 rooms for 7 people) ate on our own, because breakfast was comparatively expensive at €10 per person. The staff was great, explaining the bus system, advising on and ordering our airport taxi for departure (a van instead of two taxis, one hour ahead instead of two because the airport is tiny and lacks seating).

Triple room a but cramped for three.

We booked a last minute stay, because we decided to stay one more night in Paros. It is very close to the port, so location is great if you are arriving by ferry or without a car. Staff was very friendly and receptive! We booked our room almost at 10pm and it was ready and clean when we arrived, and the reception waited for us for our late check-in. The area inside the property is very calm and adorable, with a lot of open space for the breakfast (not included, 10 euros per person). We could store our luggage for the day with safety. If you are on a budget, I would defintely recommend this place!

To start with, the Ayeri staff were extremely polite and kind and helped us a lot throughout our stay in Paros. Location of the property is 50m from the beach and 5-10 minutes walk to all tavernas and shops in Parikia. If you consider coming with car (as we were) there are plenty of parking spaces in the range of 200m from the hotel. The room was absolutely clean and neat and it was cleaned every morning. Breakfast is also available at request. The Ayeri hotel is a really beautiful hotel with the typical greek romantic atmosphere. I strongly recommend staying in Ayeri Hotel for your visit in Paros!

Everything was perfect!

Perfect location if you're looking for a quiet place but still close to everything you need (beach, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets...). The city center is only 10 min walk, the beach just down the street. The room was modern, comfy, always clean, and we had a nice little balcony. One morning we tried the breakfast buffet, it was really good and there was a wide choice of sweet and savoury food (including Greek specialties). Really worth the price (10€/person). The common courtyard was cute and cosy! The staff was really friendly and helpful, especially Maria. We had nice chats with her and she gave us some great suggestions on what to do in Parós. We loved our stay!

I recommend this wonderful place! Starting from the lobby and the interior yard which is fully covered in bougainvillea so it is great for having a cup of coffee in the morning or sitting at any time of the day. :) The room was bright, VERY CLEAN (everyday cleaning!), and very well equipped so you have everything you need plus there is a terrace with a wonderful view. The beds are super comfortable. The staff welcomed us kindly and managed to prepare our room even before check-in time, as requested. The location is 10 minutes from the port, going just straight on flat ground so it is easy to arrive even if you have luggage. Also 10 min from the city center and along the way there are many restaurants, shops and car rentals. Once I come back, I will for sure choose Ayeri again! :)

A very nice hotel and great location. Note that, if you are in reasonable physical shape, it’s not bad to walk here from the ferry port. When we arrived there was such chaos at the port, we decided to start walking just to get out of there & maybe call an uber. Traffic stood still. But after walking for a few mins, we realized that we were already halfway there. Turn left on exiting the port and follow the wide sidewalk on the ocean side of the road. It has many parts that are smooth, good for rolling suitcases. Takes about 15 mins and the hotel is easily found w a map app. Staff is really friendly & helpful, lovely courtyard. Each room has its own balcony & a rack to hang wet bathing suits. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it’s clean & well kept. Perfect for a beach vacation.

The beds were very “firm”. Our AC unit blew directly (uncomfortably so) onto one person’s bed, so we tried sleeping w/out it and that was miserable - nights are hot & humid. Our room faced the street & it can get loud. Definitely travel w earplugs.

We really loved Ayeri Hotel. We (2 persons) booked a triple room and it was really confortable. Even if the shower was (half) open, we did not have issue with the water on the floor (most of the accomodations in Greek has this problem). We had also a very tiny balcony and it was perfect in the morning to have the breakfast (there is a coffee shop just 2' by walking out of the hotel with lovely cakes, drinks, etc). The room was regulary cleaned. The position of the hotel was great as well because it is closed to Livadia (2 ') and (Parikia (5') beaches. Those are really nice with a wonderfull sea, not crowed. Think that we stayed in Paros 5 days and we might have visited several beaches, but those ones were so good and next to the Hotel that at the end we always opted for them :-). The hotel is not near the port and the old town: you have to walk almost 15', but it is nice to walk along the sea. We had 1 time also the breakfast in the hotel (9 euro) and it is an internation breakfast, where the guest can select all the foods and drinks that you love. I need to thanks also Maria at the reception because she is really warm in the welcome and always available in any kind of questions, with good tips to drink and eat.

a beautiful property, just 10 minutes walk from the port. The distance to the center is minuscule, especially if you’re planning on renting a vehicle. They also allowed us to check in earlier than what shown which was a huge plus!

Everything was really good, the only thing improved could be the way that the daily cleaning service works. A lot of other hotels come with a tag that can be placed outside your door in order for the cleaner to know that you’d like the room cleaned. That way it also saves time for the cleaner who has to knock on every single door. Such a tag didn’t exist or could not be found in our room
