The hotel is looked after by an extremely pleasant gentleman (apparently the owner)! Wonderful communication – he was very kind, helpful, and ready to assist with anything. We truly appreciated this interaction, as the friendliness of the staff greatly influences the overall experience. 🤍 The hotel is in a good location – about a 12-minute walk to the city center, and just around 2 minutes to the nearest beach (although the beach was extremely dirty – we recommend exploring beaches outside the city, which were much cleaner and better maintained). The hotel itself is very well-kept, and our room was clean and tidy. The interior is tastefully decorated and feels very cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and enough to start the day, though the selection was quite limited (that said, we’ve never really encountered a wide breakfast variety at any Greek hotel so far 😀).

The only downside was the bathroom – the layout was very poorly designed. The shower constantly overflowed, and due to the open-style shower area, water splashed all over the toilet paper, towels, and floor. The toilet paper was placed directly under the towels, so it was always wet. The glass doors (which might be some mysterious Greek tradition, because it's a common thing in hotels here) left gaps through which you could see your roommate using the toilet. The toilet itself was squeezed between the sink and shower, so anyone taller than 180 cm would need to assume a modern ballet pose to take care of business.

Just a great hotel. Not in Parikia 'downtown' but instead perfectly located a short 10 minute walk away and very close to the nicest beach (away from all the huge, ocassionally noisy ferries), one or two restaurants and a mini-market for fridge stocking. The room was great; comfy beds, good shower, a balcony (perfect for hanging washed clothes) with everything very clean. Add to that the very friendly and helpful reception and house-keeping staff and it turned into a great stay. I've stayed in hotels more than twice the price that haven't come close to this standard. Would certainly return.

If you're looking to be in the main port area, you cannot get better then this. There are 2 beaches within a 10 minute walk, 2 car rental places on the street, and so many restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. The rooms were lovely and AC worked very well, we had a three person room and had 2 bathrooms and 2 AC units. The staff were excellent and helped us with whatever we needed, changed out towels, gave recommendations, gave me an early check in. Super happy we stayed here!!!!

The hotel is very good positioned, as it is close to the port and the center of Parikia (about 10 min walk), but on the other side near Livadia beach. Accommodations that are closer to the port don't have access to any beach. There are a lot of restaurants, tavernas nearby and bakery with great sandwiches and refresments just in the next street. Breakfast has all you need, and the owner of the hotel is very kind and ready to help always. Room was very spacy and beautifully decorated.

It can be noisy with windows open from the street, as there is a lot of traffic during the day. It is much better with closed windows.

Upon our arrival, we were graciously welcomed by the receptionist (i forgot his name but i wish i remembered it) who radiated kindness, warmth, and a genuine eagerness to assist. His politeness and informative nature made us feel instantly at home. Every time we passed by the reception, he would offer us valuable tips on dining options, breakfast choices, and local attractions. One morning, knowing we had an early tour scheduled, he went out of his way to arrange for an early breakfast for us which meant so much for us, 10 stars! The Greek spread breakfast was a delight, with the highlight being the incredibly delicious Greek yogurt and Greek honey that I found myself looking forward to each day. The room itself was elegantly minimalistic yet comfortable, providing us with a peaceful retreat after our daily adventures. The cleanliness of the rooms was just nice, with housekeeping ensuring they were tidied up and refreshed every day. This attention to detail added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. The overall experience was nothing short of perfect, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by the receptionist. We are already looking forward to returning to Paros and without a doubt, we will choose to stay at Hotel Cyclades again. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality that truly made our stay memorable!

We really enjoyed this stay, the hotel was beautiful and well kept. The highlight of our visit was the staff, particularly the man in the mornings and the younger boy in the afternoons who we had many encounters with and were nothing but polite and courteous, always going above and beyond to offer assistance. Thank you so much for making our Paros trip a joy!

Nothing - it was absolutely fabulous.

The hotel has a good location. You can reach the center with a 5-10 minute walk. Breakfast was enough in the morning. Room is been cleaned every day. Owner is very kind and helpful. There is a kitchen on the ground floor so beer is noisy in the morning. Those who are sensitive about this issue should ask for rooms on the upper floor when making a reservation.

The property was amazing, with great location that was about a 8 minute walk to Parikia. We were very distressed about our ferry being cancelled and booked to stay here last minute, in which we were upset as we didn’t stay here the whole time in Paros. The room was very spacious and the host was absolutely wonderful to us. The breakfast was also great

Nice breakfast with fresh fruit, many restaurants and small supermarkets in proximity, great sunset view from the beach just 2 min walk from the hotel. The room was fine, quite small, very clean with a great balcony. Very friendly staff

A bit expensive considering the location and facilities, but I guess it's understandable in August

- central location close to beach - modern facilities - large sunbathing areas - the fastest internet connection on the Greek Islands - more than 90 Mb/s! - Athanasios is an intelligent, well educated owner/housekeeper, who speaks several languages

- the road beside the Cyclades Studios is noisy during daytime with lots of heavy trucks, ATVs and overall traffic - the property does not provide an iron if you want to use it. Instead, you are being offered an outside company to arrange this matter for you. Too complicated!
