Everything was great, the reception staff were attentive and helpful. They gave us a useful list of things to do and see as soon as we arrived and it was all spot on.

Only a few things worth mentioning: 1. Rooms were a little noisy with little noise isolation from the other rooms, I mean you can hear almost every door shut, shower, or small chatter from the other rooms, but nothing from the outside which was good in that sense. 2. Need to work harder on the cleanliness and hygiene, but overall it was good. 3. Theres alway a bad toilet smell in the corridor and sometimes in the room, but it comes and goes so somehow it was manageable.

The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is immaculate and location is perfect, literally a 10 second walk to the beach, there's a shop next door and an abundance of restaurants on the doorstep. A rare find, this hotel has is a pool, again the pool and area around it is immaculate, it has plenty of sunbeds and beanbag chair/loungers. The rooms have all mod cons like a mini fridge, TV, USB/C sockets, electronic keyless door locks, large shower, either a pool view balcony (we had this) or sea view where you can catch the sunset. The bed was super comfy too. This is a newly opened hotel and isn't even on TripAdvisor yet! We would book again in a heartbeat but be quick, once word gets around you may struggle to get room!

It's not a case of not liking anything, just a couple of observations. The room we had (117) could benefit from a few more coat hangers and maybe a shelf above coffee machine fridge area for a little more storage. These are very minor things and did not detract in any way from our stay at Play Paros.

location is amazing, facing a nice small beach, right in the centre of parikia which is a beautiful little place, surrounded by cute cafes and good restaurants accommodation is true to pictures - what you see is what you get, very stylish and super clean rooms - amazingly comfortable, great beds, super clean, nice set-up overall, perfect when travelling with a teenager staff - went above and away to make us feel welcome and comfortable ( joann is amazing! thank you), cooperation with car rental company is smooth and seamless

At the beginning, because the hotel is so new, we had a lot of doubts because there weren’t enough photos and reviews and we felt like we were gambling, but it ended up beyond our expectations!! We took the suite, winch is very wide and there was plenty of space. The view from the room to the beach was beautiful. The room and the entire hotel were extremely esthetic. The stuff is so welcoming and kind, they were attentive towards us, and any issues we had they handled them immediately. The location is great, very close to Parikia center, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Very nice pool area

Because it is new, there were some small things that weren’t ready such as a bar or breakfast, but personally it didn’t effect my staying.

The staff- Katerina was the most lovely and thoughtful host. She even bought our two children little bracelets to take home with them. The pool was also excellent. We used it constantly. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms were sparkling clean. Nespresso machines were great too. The old town, which has the typical whitewashed homes and streets, was a 15min walk away right near the port.

The air conditioning in our room has a strange stale smell quite often. It was very cold but smelt a bit off. We had another room next door that didn’t have this issue so it was probably just ours.

Our 5-night stay at the hotel was fantastic. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had the best room at the hotel, with a separate lounge area and big bedroom, comprising of two sea front balconies and two televisions. The swimming pool was not big in size and not deep, so the water was lukewarm which was fantastic. We had breakfast at the next door Zannet Cafe, and it was superb with great quality food. There was coffee making facilities in the room, as well as a safe and refrigerator. The views from our unit were fantastic, overlooking Livadia beach and the Port. The hotel is walking distance from all the great restaurants, the old town and 750 meters from the Port.

Bit difficult to find parking around the hotel. The open top roof area overlooking the sea has got many chairs to sit on, but it would be great if they could open the bar. The television does not have any channels to watch, but you can sign into Netflix or Prime etc

The staff!!! Naomi and Ioanna were beyond amazing, suggesting restaurants and helping with reservations, beach spots to visit, places to avoid. They made our stay special. Location, location, location. While ant the quieter end of town you just step out across the street and onto the beach. The views from the sea view rooms spectacular. Short walk to Paralia Beach Club where loungers were 20 euro a pair. 10-15 min walk into Parikia town and it’s cute streets, shops, bars and restaurants. Pool area and common areas terrific. Such great vibe. Beds comfy and rooms clean but they are small and our bathroom and hallway had odd and at times unpleasant smell. But loved our balcony. Overall great hotel

Not much you can do about size of room or smell I imagine as an older building. As mentioned smell at times.
