Our holiday was perfect in every way, but staying in Ragousis Apartments was the cherry on top that took it to the next level. We had an amazing spacious one bedroom for 3 people, which was spotless, bright, cool, fully equipped with all essentials, including espresso machine and coffee capsules, tea bags and a generous gift of white wine courtesy of our host. The apartment was clean, well furnished, and daily serviced. It had 2 decent sized balconies with the most scenic views on the mountain and olive groves, which were pleasant to enjoy with our morning coffee. The whole residence is very quiet and perfect for those summer nights' easy drinks and intimate chats. The apartment is conveniently located in the heart of town just 5 mins walk from the beach, the supermarket and some of the best restaurants alongside the port and the beachfront. It is also 10 mins away from the ferries port, and 10 to 15 mins away from the city centre where we enjoyed eating, drinking, shopping, and mingling with the friendly locals. What made our stay even more relaxed is the generosity and kind hospitality of Antonio, our host, who went to great lengths to make sure our stay was smooth, relaxed, and comfortable. If I go back to Parikia, it would be to stay at Ragousis Apartments again. It's the best accommodation in town.

Beautiful apartment, comfortable beds, great shower, extremely clean. Close to multiple restaurants with a beautiful sunset. Antonis was an amazing host, and so kind with his hospitality. He was available to pick us up and drop us off at the Port, which we were very grateful for. He was also able to let us check in early, and looked after our luggage when we arrived earlier than check in and before our departure ferry. He even helped with our laundry. We had a wonderful time in Paros and it was great to be able to go back to such a superb apartment after each long day. Thank you so much, Antonis - you made our first visit to Paros so much better!

We absolutely loved the location, host, room and everything in between! The room was so spacious, had a full kitchen, bathroom and washing machine (free of charge). The host - Antonis is so accommodating and kind. Anything we needed - he would assist us with. There is daily room service if you need. The room is advertised as a basement but it had so much natural light and was nice and cool during the day. It is not fully underground. Would highly recommend this room for anyone going to Paros. It is literally a 3 min walk to the beach.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully set up with everything we needed. Having a washing machine was a huge bonus. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, even picking us up and dropping us off at the port, which made our arrival and departure so easy. The location was great—close to the beach and restaurants. We’d recommend hiring a vehicle to explore the island fully. Some highlights of our trip included horse riding at Thanasis Farm, walking rescue dogs at Paws, exploring Naoussa, and relaxing at our favorite beach, Ampelas Sea Rocks.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed including basic kitchen equipment and supplies. The location is just away enough from the centre of town so that it is quiet but still walkable to the port. Toni was lovely and helpful and brought us to the ferry on our last day to make things easier. We also had our laundry done all in one day.

The apartments are located on a busy corner which requires a walker to be alert to cars and motorcycles. However, you get used to it and just need to pay attention.

We were four friends traveling together, so the four separate beds were great. The location of the property was good - not far from the beach & a 10/15 minute walk into town. The full size fridge was good to have & the bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Plus, we had our laundry done too!! That was wonderful!! Having AC was good on one of our nights. We liked having the verandah to sit out on & have breakfast. Antonis was really great to deal with & the pick up/drop off at the port was very welcome.

The bathroom was extremely small. Ok for us but would be a tight fit for any larger guests. It was pretty loud being close to the busy road.

We stayed in the studio with the queen size bed. The room was adequate, exactly as shown in the photos. The balcony enhances the overall experience. The building is recently renovated and very clean. The maid comes every day and besides cleaning, changes the towels and sheets. Mr. Antonis, the owner, is always very polite and ready to help with anything needed. He truly enhanced our stay. The location is excellent, walking distance from the port, tge center of Parikia and the Livadia beach.

The bathroom was a bit small and the stay was a little bit overpriced, like ecerything in tge island.

Antonis is a wonderful host, picking us up free of charge at the port and taking us to his apartment. He explained everything we needed to know to make our stay as pleasant as possible (local life, where to go, where to eat...). The apartment, although located in a semi-basement, is bright and very comfortable. Everything you need for a pleasant stay. As we arrived before our room was due to be vacated, Antonis was able to store our luggage and put it in the apartment when it was ready. The apartment is very quiet, with no road noise, and is just a few minutes walk from the town center. If we ever come back to Paros, we will definitely return to one of his apartments. The location turned out to be amazing. So close to the beach, just off the main road. So so close to restaurants and a lovely beach. If you are visiting the first time, you really choose of reviews, so hope this helps. Accommodation close to the port, very appealing, attention to detail, roomy enough for two people and EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN! But probably the gem of this place is the owner. You hear of hospitable people and owners who give advice etc., but Antonis went out of his way to make this stay memorable. He found the time to do both transfers from and to the port, helped us arrange a car rental, sent so many recommendations. We had some trouble with warm water, that is maybe the only reason why we did not score this place 10, but again, Antonis apologised for this and immediately attended to the problem. We got free use of the washing machine outside our room, which comes in very handy! While we waited for check-in, Antonis sorted us with water and juice, which in the Heat of Parian Summer, was amazing! Really an exceptional stay, and will highly recommend.
