My partner and myself had a wonderful 3 night stay in this beautiful place in Paros. The owner george was incredibly kind and friendly and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We arrived late at night to check in and George welcomed us and showed us around when we arrived. Our room was spacious and cozy which felt very homely, with a lovely balcony. It is in a great location, not too far from the main town (roughly a 20 minute walk) and we didn’t have any issues with parking in the side streets (if your looking at renting a car/ATV). I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in Paros, and we will definitely be back in the future!

The rooms were in a good location. Just off the main road and therefore very quiet. Still only 10 minutes walk to the beach and all the tavernas. There was also a large supermarket only 15 minutes walk away. The port is also only about 15 minutes walk away..The owner George is the loveliest of guys and as he and his wife live there he is always around to help. I was upgraded to an upstairs room which was way above expectations. The shower was the best I've ever seen in Greece! There is a kettle and crockery and fridge freezer but no cooking facilities as such. It was very clean.

Friendly owners — they bumped us up to a bigger room which was nice. Clean with nice touches.

Had to use shower as handheld since it didn’t attach. Beds were a little hard.

The location was fantastic - just a short walk from the port, which made arriving super easy. The space was clean, spacious, and private, with the added comfort of knowing the hosts were nearby and available if I needed anything. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, met me on arrival, gave me the keys, and walked me through the room and how everything worked. They even provided room service during my short stay and thoughtfully gifted me a magnet as a farewell keepsake! I loved my time in Paros, and would definitely stay here again!

An extremely pleasant experience! Check-in was quick and friendly, and Mariyana and Yorgo were smiling, responsive and always ready to help. The room was spacious, clean, cozy and very well equipped – with a comfortable mattress, air conditioning and excellent Wi-Fi. The bathroom was modern and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent – close to both the center and the port and the beach, while being in a quiet and peaceful place. The overall atmosphere was extremely pleasant and welcoming. We would definitely come back again and we recommend it with both hands!

It was super close to the port, beach, food and scooter rental. Our host Georgios was soooo nice! The sweetest host we have ever had. When we first met him we arrived in the evening and he took my luggage up the steps for us, I was tired so it was sooo thoughtful. He took such good care of us. We didn't see spoons and he gave us some without a problem. Anything we needed he was here for. He even stored our luggage so we could walk around before our ferry. And then gave us a present for after our stay. I mean he really treats you like family. Oh and it is SPOTLESS! I am a clean freak so when I say it's clean it's clean. Oh and you can drink the water from his place. Saved us sooo much money from buying water. The price is sooo affordable! If you don't book here for your stay in Paros then you will be missing out on a wonderful stay.

Perfect accomodation in a great location with the most funny and attentive host - Giorgios! My partner and I stayed here for 5 days and it felt like home. The villa is spotless and so well maintained. The rooms and very clean and have everything you need, including aircon! The location itself is perfect - 5 mins walk to a beach, a scooter rental and restaurants. It’s on the quiet side of town too, which means you can actually sleep without hearing the late night parties! 15 mins walk from the ferry. Giorgios was so accomodating. He works hard to make sure we have a great time, is very generous and made us laugh many many times! Big thank you for taking us into your home Giorgios! We will be back!

My husband and I stayed in Paros for 4 nights at the 3rd floor Kontaratos apartment. You have a spectacular view of the mountain/hillside. You get the entire patio / seating area to yourself as you are the only apartment on the 3rd floor. The location is fantastic, only a couple minute walk to the main street where all the shops and restaurants are, about a 15 minute walk to the port where you get on and off the ferry. There is a small bakery / convenience store less than 10 minute walk for your morning coffee. George met us at the apartment later in the evening for a late check-in and was very pleasant and accommodating. He went through the typical house rules and walked us through the different features of the apartment. All of the amenities listed on the booking were present and functional. This is a great apartment for a couple or maybe a family of 3 as there are 2 single beds pushed together. We had an amazing time on Paros and would definitely call George again! Kontaratos Studios & Apartments if we come back to Paros in the future.

Nothing, everything was great!

We had the room on the third floor with the private terrace. The terrace was very nice and it added space to our room. The room and terrace were sparkling clean. Georges the host is a very nice and welcoming person. He kept asking us if we needed clean towels or bed sheets. And he was always there to answer questions or to give recommendations.

The wifi was sometimes slow inside the room as the router is fixed in the outside terrace. Also, the closest supermarket is about 15-20 min walk, which might be difficult on hot sunny days, but this is something personal.
