The whole site is amazing. If you are looking for a nice and relaxed time to calm down - that is the place. You are 15 minutes drive away from the next village - bus connections are rare but if you spend your time at surfing beach village - no need to go somewhere. A small supermarket with fair prices is on site. 2 pools which we had (in the post season) nearly for our own. Do not expect massive luxury but for that price, the choice is excellent and unbeatable.

shower curtain. Unfortunately the bar at the beach was alreday closed mid september. The connection with public busses is very poor but you can get your rental vehicles directly delivered to the reception.

The hotel was big with the beach at 2 min walking, a big restaurant and two pools. The staff was perfect, always ready to help and a special thanks to the house keepers who were always so kind ! We loved the cats all around the hotel and mostly the kittens and their family in the breakfast area. As so many people can say, the breakfast is sufficient and we can find the basics. However, if you want to try something else, feel free to go around the island.

The only negative thing that we can say is that the sunbeds at the beach are way too expensive. Maybe it would be better to have favorite prices for the hotel customers.

They offered to free to drive you to the hotel, and back to the port when we arrived and leaved. They also offered a buss that drove you to the closet city and back for free, every evening. That was really helpful. The bar on the beach was really good. Good drinks and loud good music.

The breakfast could have had more choices (Like eggs, bacon). The bed was a little hard, but it was okey. The restaurant did not have the best food, and service could have been better. Still not to costy so its okey

The location , right beside a beach and not too far from Paros itself although you would need to hire a vehicle to travel to and from.

Very clean rooms, although the cleaning was every 2 days in September. Very friendly and welcoming stuff. Location very good, but you need a car. Parking provided. Breakfast also very good, mostly the same every day, but tasty. Close to the beach.

There are no negative things, maybe just that you basically share your terrace with another room.

It had everything you needed, mini market on site, restaurant on site although we never got round to eating there. Pool was amazing with sunken cocktail bar, as was the bar women Helena, always happy and putting on good tunes, even a little shot to keep the party going. Staff all great, free breakfast which was basic but all you needed. And right next to the sea. All for 54 euros a night.

Rooms only had a fridge so very basic, Bathroom a little basic too, TV was small which was ok but meant the sound was a bit crap, but I'm really being picky here, for the price It was amazing. And I would ignore anything negative I've said . We would 100% come back here.

Free transfer to and from the port which is lovely as the hotel is far away. Really big hotel area (also has camping), wjth mini market and restaurant inside with good prices. Nice big clean room. hang drier available Bus stop to Naousa 5min from the hotel, but than frequently. Daily bus hotel transfer to and from Naousa (go at 7pm and come back at 10pm I think)

Other than what there is inside the hotel area nothing around. Beach sun beds and umbrella shown in the photos not included in the price and really expensive (60€ a day I think).

Our room was comfortable. The bathroom was a little old but still ok. Our breakfast was simple with cold cuts, cereal and juice and coffee. The pool was big and clean with a pool bar and subbed with umbrellas. Not crowded which was great and the beach was beautiful. It was clean and lots of public beach if you didn’t want to pay for the subbed which were 60E front row and 50E for further back. You get 2 sunbeds for that.

The hotel restaurant was basic but good. We were there at the end of Aug and the last bust back from Naoussa was 6:15pm. If you stay in town for dinner you have to take an expensive cab home 25E compared to 2E on the bus. Still, it was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle.

Staff was very friendly and helpful with arranging for moped rentals and taxi service to and from the airport. They were able to accommodate an extra night for us in one of the beach front suites which was our favorite room. The bungalows are good for the price, still comfortable and had all of the basics. We also enjoyed the pool with swim up bar. Very convenient mini mart on the property. The restaurant is also very good. Beautiful Santa Maria beach can be accessed directly from the property with another beach bar and restaurant right on the water. Would definitely recommend renting a moped/ ATV or car during your stay the hotel is about 15 mindrive from Naoussa center and there really isn’t much within walking distance. Any negative reviews regarding this place are just folks with unrealistic expectations. It is a very nice affordable stay for those looking to explore the island outside of a luxury hotel.

The villas on the beach were amazing! Loved sleeping to the sounds of the ocean and opening the doors and walking right onto the beach. It was great to also have a pool with a swim up bar as a second option.

The water in the bungalow was salt water. Very unpleasant to shower in and to brush teeth in. Also given its wonderful beachfront location, it would make sense to have either a nozzle outside to wash off sand, a mat to wipe feet on or at least a broom to sweep up the sand.
