Excellent Location just 1 minute from Plato’s Gyalos beach , breathtaking views to the Aegean Sea and the beach, the staff and the owner are just amazing and lovely people , the best breakfast of our lives with handmade local food and goodies , the room space - it is a spacious apartment with everything you need , X-Large balcony with panoramic views to the endless blue , everything is just AMAZING!! The experience definitely exceeded our expectations and we are coming back for sure!! Don’t think twice and book this if you are coming to Sifnos!!

The Niriedes Hotel is even more beautiful and magical in person. It looks even better than in the pictures. We absolutely loved the view from our room and the breakfast area. It's absolutely stunning, like a dream. Thanos and his wife take great care of their guests and are always at hand to help or guide you in the right direction. You walk out of the hotel go down the little steps and there you are on one of the most beautiful beaches on the island with a plethora of restaurants to choose from, spoilt for choice. Couldn't have chosen a better place for my daughter and I to unwind and relax. Can't wait to go back.

We loved everything about our stay. The location and view is spectacular. The room was a good size with a beautiful balcony. Absolutely huge breakfast and the owners could not have done more to make our stay so fabulous.

This place was extraordinary in its views, the spaciousness of the suite, and the breakfast. The pastries at breakfast are made by the host's father-in-law at his patisserie. The beach right down some steps is beautiful and a perfect swimming beach. We also had a fantastic dinner at one of the restaurants at the beach. Seeing the sea, boats, and the lovely pool right from our two balconies was such a treat.

The host was okay, but he was the least helpful of the hosts we've had in Greece. We would've appreciated some suggestions about what to see and do on the island, and, because of the location of the place, he should have told us that renting a car was necessary. Instead, when we finally realized that we needed one, he told us it was too difficult to get one to be brought to the place for us. Also, unlike at the other places we stayed in Greece, the host did not offer free transport from the ferry to the hotel. He did arrange for a taxi to pick us up, but we had to pay for it. There are only 10 taxis on the whole island, which makes it even more imperative that the host inform the guests of the necessity of renting a car if they want to see any other parts of the island.

It is a shame the rating system only goes to 10. Thanos and Anthi deserve a 15/10 ! If you can manage to get a reservation to stay at the Niriedes Hotel, BOOK IT NOW. Anthi & Thanos are fantasic hosts. - gorgeous property - commanding views - bountiful breakfasts - beautiful rooms - attentive and informative - I miss Roxy their "toy/ mini" dog also

We can't recommend the Niriedes Hotel highly enough. A beautiful hotel in a fabulous location very close to the Platis Gialos beach. Several good restaurants right by the beach. Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations; lovely rooms, very helpful and friendly owners, plentiful breakfast, superb views over the beach and the bay. Nice swimming pool. We loved Sifnos which is a bit of an undiscovered gem. If you want a quieter Greek island with nice beaches, places to visit and a high quality family run hotel then Sifnos and the Niriedes Hotel are perfect.

The hosts had great recommendations for what to do and where to eat. Anthi is a Sifnos native so she knows every inch of the island. And the breakfasts were amazing—fresh and bountiful. Anthi’s father owns the best bakery in Apollonia so we had treats from his bakery every morning. Lovely view of the harbor from our terrace. I arrived on crutches due to a fall and the hosts were super-accommodating—moving us to a room on a lower floor and adding a pad to the bed.

Our bathroom was small. Otherwise, the suite was quite comfortable.

Beautiful boutique hotel that was spotlessly clean with a gorgeous view and excellent service provided by Thanos the owner. Breakfast was a real highlight with a vast assortment of local baked goods provided by the owner’s father-in-law’s bakery. The rooms are large and outfitted with a great shower and coffee bar area along with a large built in sofa in a separate living room. There are also balconies off of each room.

Exceptional hotel, friendly and helpful staff in a great location. Thanos and his wife welcomed us like part of the family. Our split level suite, and splitlevel private balconies were perfect. We had amazing views over the pool and the beach. Breakfast each day was simply amazing. Fresh, local food with a view to die for. We loved the short walk down the steps to the beach each morning for our long swim, and also to dine at night (often on the sand).

We loved everything!!! Even the Parking was great.

Wow! What a gorgeous hotel and perfect location on Platis Gialos beach. The beach is pristine and there are many good quality restaurants to choose from. Thanos and his wife are the most hospitable and gracious hosts. Breakfast was incredible! The room was a great size with a balcony and fabulous view. We will definitely be back.
