I stayed at this lovely family-run hotel for two weeks as a solo traveller, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel completely at home! The family were incredibly kind, always available for a chat or helpful with local recommendations, and genuinely cared about making my stay enjoyable. The room was cosy, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable longer stay. It was clear that a lot of thought and pride goes into how the hotel is run—everything felt personal and well looked after! The best place I’ve stayed in Rhodes by far! Already planning the next visit.

Great apartment building with garden and pool. Rooms cleaned every day with towels and often sheets changed.

Room beginning to be a bit dated but this is a minor issue

Rooms had everything needed. I especially like the very large fridge freezer. Very comfortable beds with A/C in bedroom. Sunbeds around pool very comfortable and the pool was lovely. What made it home from home was the staff from management making you feel very welcome and serving our drinks always in cold glasses. They even got in a 0.0% beer for me specially, to the cleaners who tidied our room daily even washing our breakfast dishes one day which was above and beyond their duties. Even the night staff made a point of making us welcome and greeting us daily.

Not really a dislike more an opinion I would prefer a shelf or cupboard in the bathroom for toothbrushes etc and perhaps something in the shower for shampoo, soap etc. Plus I think the pool could do with the overflow area under the walkway cleaning.

Great location in Ixia set back from the main busy road in a pretty residential area. Easy walk to beach,bars and shops including a large supermarket. The Maritina is set in pretty gardens with a lovely pool and great sunbeds. There is a bar selling spirits, bottled beers,wines and soft drinks.A selection of cocktails and coffees also available the Frappe were delicious.A snack menu is also on offer.The apartments are spacious, fully equipped and have a modern decor, we had a ground floor apartment with a large patio and small garden. In the main garden there is a large BBQ for guests to use. The hosts were welcoming and helpful and as we had a late flight kindly let us keep our room on.

There was nothing not to like.

Maritina is it’s own little oasis. It’s a good size - not too many people like the big resorts. Gianni and team were very helpful and friendly. The pool was great and our room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The apartments were only 15 mins from airport and Old Town by taxi which Gianni booked for us. There were lots of good restaurants within a 10 min walk. We liked Villa di Mare restaurant.

There were a couple of minor maintenance items in the room i.e. shower head wouldn’t stay up, so tied it up.

The location was perfect, short walk to the local spar and local restaurants and pubs. The pool was always spotless and beds comfortable to lay by the pool. The option of a few drinks before heading out for the night and a few when we were back was also really appreciated and the staff were wonderful. Cleaning staff were thorough and so friendly, came by every day to see if anything was needed and did daily cleans, always smiling and happy too! Rooms were spacious, with plenty of storage! Nice and quiet too for a peaceful nights sleep. A massive plus to be able to wash and dry clothes in the apartment

Maritina apts were delightful Smaro & Giannis were most helpful during our stay Always pleased to meet and greet whatever time of day you,d see them. The cleaning ladies were excellent very thorough polite and helpful. The apartment itself had everything it was spacious fresh & spotlessly clean plus air con was brilliant couldn't have coped without it. Everything is very close and within walking distance Pool.area is amazing quiet but most pleasant and I,ve never seen such plush sunloungers in all my years visiting Europe Would highly recommend the Maritina apartments and will most definitely return again Thanks to all @ Maritina for our wonderful stay

The only disappointment for us was the view We were overlooked by apts when we thought we would have a garden view But we know for next time what to request when booking Otherwise could not fault a thing

We recently enjoyed a two-week stay at Martina Apartment, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is excellent, providing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Cleanliness is impeccable; the rooms are spotless, and the friendly cleaning staff visit daily to ensure everything remains perfect. The swimming pool is a wonderful feature – it’s quiet and offers a relaxing environment. The only downside is the absence of a bar, which we found to be a real shame. In the final days of our stay, there was an attempt to set up self-service drinks, but a proper bar would greatly enhance the overall experience. Despite this minor drawback, we had a great stay and would recommend Martina Apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay.

It’s a family business and the husband, Wife and daughter made us feel at home. Nice swimming pool with sun beds all around , they can make pizzas and other food all at a very good price . Very good location away from the busy town but easy to reach as the blue bus cost only 3 Euros for an adult to reach Rhodes old and new town in about 15 minutes in a straight line road.

For the price I paid, I cannot complain.

We stayed here for a month & absolutely loved it!!!! The family that run it are friendly, helpful & good people. Our room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels, our cleaning lady was wonderful. The pool area was gorgeous, spacious & plenty of sun loungers. The apartment was very comfortable & big enough, with a great patio. We would 100% recommend to anyone who wants a peaceful stay but close to everything
