Breakfast has variety. Good protein options, very good variety and many options for sweet unhealthy stuff, some Greek local sweets options as well - which is very much appreciated. Overall breakfast very good and the staff is very kind and attentive. They have a little bus from the hotel to the beach 3 times a day. We didn't use it cause we had a car but I think its a great service as the hotel is a bit far from the beach, so super nice that they offer that. They had a Greek night at the hotel one night where they offer food and live music for a really good price, I think it's a nice initiative.

The wifi signal is very bad. Super slow internet connection. When they clean the rooms the only things they do is take out the trash and replenish the toilet paper, plus every 2days change the towels. However, they didn't change the sheets (we stayed for a full week) and they didn't bring clean glasses and spoons. There is no kitchen nor supplies to wash dishes in room. So we thought that once we use the glasses and spoons they would bring clean ones the next day. But they never did. Nor did they take away the dirty ones. The shower didn't have a curtain so the bathroom would very easily become soaked after you take a shower. There is not a lot of shade in the complex. Neither in our little patio, nor in the garden for the parking of the cars. So you really can't escape heat.

Nice location. A small bit outside Faliraki centre, maybe 10/15 minute walk, however free shuttles busses run every few hours. Room was lovely, spacious, had a balcony with a great view. The pool was really good too, quite big with towels supplied. Staff were so helpful with organising any excursions or taxis needed. There was a really friendly atmosphere in the place, everyone willing to help. We will definitely be returning!

A small bit of a walk from the centre of Faliraki, especially in the heat but as to be expected if you are looking for a quieter location. The shuttle bus service is very handy too!

Clean, nice room and great swimmimg pool & sunbed area.

BREAKFAST WAS ALWAY WELL stocked fresh .breads were nice .meats .veg.fruit and pastry selection was aplenty .. No matter what time you went between 8.00am and 10.am food was there for you

Just felt bathroom could have had a mop n bucket ..I k ow apartments do t have shower curtains in Greece but tiled soaked can be a accident waiting to happen

A Lovely clean and super studio in a quiet location with everything you need to relax and enjoy you stay . Lovely swimming pool jacuzzi great food and lovely service. They even provided a bus service.

Liked everything my only comment is WiFi weak on occasion

Apartments were basic but clean and staff were very helpful and friendly especially Charlie who seemed to be doing a one man does all job and was always there with a smile to offer help. Serve the drinks at the bar and drive the courtesy bus. The apartments have a lovely pool area also with free towels bar and snack bar are all offering good value. Our only gripe is that they are a bit of a walk from the main centre and in the evening when the courtesy bus had stopped it was uphill all the way and it was still very warm. So we chose to take our time walking up the hill in the heat at night.but at the end of the walk the bar area was the first port of call for a cold beer. Walking to and from the centre was our choice as taxis were available for hire as well as the courtesy bud. All in all we had a very pleasant stay at Hillside and apart from being a bit of a walk we were not disappointed. In the evenings they were very quiet and peaceful which was ideal for a good nights sleep.

The apartments are situated on a small hill and just over a mile from the main area of Faliraki. The hill wasnt a problem walking to the main area and beach but walking back could be a struggle especially the last 70 - 80 yards which was very steep we nicknamed that part heart attack hill although we managed it every day by just taking it slowly as did many of the other guests. We could have taken a taxi for this part so it was our choice to walk and climb the hill

The food and drinks are very expensive compared to down in the town. We only stayed 1 night and spent a lot more than we intended. €14 for a gyros. Only €7 in Faliraki town.. the hotel itself was fabulous though and the staff are amazing

We stayed in Junior apartment, there was a nice sea view from its terrace even though it was on the ground floor. Room was okay, unlike from the studios in the other building there was no kitchen area in the room but we was expecting this. Breakfast were great, dinners were also okay even though the food choice for dinners was limited (which was understandable as really not many guests had dinners included within their stays). Overall we enjoyed both breakfasts and dinners very much. Pool was great. Regular hotel transfer that was running three times a day between Hillside and Faliraki downtown was also very much appreciated and we used it every day.

Thanks to its location you get nice views, on the other hand it is located quite far from the Faliraki downtown. Walking from Faliraki to Apartments is possible, but I would not recommend doing it with suitcases like we did. Wifi needs to be improved, it does not work well, most of the times we were not able to connect to it, not even within the restaurant by pool area.

Nothing negative to say about this place, it was lovely (peaceful location, lovely pool area with restaurant and bar, mini shop and large clean rooms with air con), albeit a little far away from Faliraki town than we preferred, but Hillside do offer a free shuttle bus that runs at 11h00, 17h00 and 20h00. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.

We felt that Hillside might increase the frequency of the free shuttle bus into Faliraki as currently only offer 11h00, 17h00 and 20h00

Great location, facilities and staff Lovely pool area and really enjoyed the buffet breakfast Shuttle bus 3 times per day is excellent Everyone was very friendly

The time of the cleaning most mornings, just after returning from breakfast when getting ready to go out was a little inconvenient
